Pop singer Willa Ford and hockey star Mike Modano are getting married next weekend, a source close to the couple told andPOP.

Ford, who once dated Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, and Modano, who has spent his entire 18-year-career with the Dallas Stars organization, have been dating on and off for the past four years.

Modano, 37, proposed to Ford, 26, last October.

Ford has been spending her time recording her next pop album. She shot to fame in 2001 with her debut single, “I Wanne Be Bad,” off her album, “Willa Was Here.” She released a single in 2003 called “A Toast to Men.” It was supposed to appear on her second album but it was never released. She also competed on “Dancing With the Stars.”
