Two seventh graders are being called heroes after stopping a school bus from crashing in Washington. After the driver passed out and went unconscious, several students called 911.
Jeremy Wuitschick acted quickly, jumping out of his seat and taking control of the wheel. Meanwhile, another student named Johnny Wood began performing CPR. These kids are quick thinking heros! Who knows what would have happened if they weren’t there?

George Clooney was arrested today for something much more dignified than arrest by texting and driving or throwing an iPhone.
The actor and his father were hauled away at a protest outside the Sudanese Embassy in Washington. Clooney, along with a few other protesters, were warned three times not to cross a police line outside the embassy. When they did, they were handcuffed and placed into a U.S. Secret Service van. Will we ever see him again?
Clooney and the protesters accuse Sudan’s president Omar al-Bashir of provoking a humanitarian crisis and blocking food and aid from entering a key border region with South Sudan.
It’s very likely that Clooney knew the likelihood of getting arrested, so it served as a perfect photo op to draw more attention to his cause. So don’t feel bad… it kind of went according to plan. Clooney is just taking one for the cause.
While he was being arrested, scores of fans activists cheered him on. George Clooney is (somehow) even more awesome than before.

Apparently real housewives in D.C. aren’t very interesting. Washington Post reports that Bravo officially pulled the plug on the ‘The Real Housewives of D.C.’ Thursday.
Andy Cohen of Bravo said, “We had an amazing season and we told stories that were unique to any other in the franchise. I wish all our DC Wives the best and hope to work with them again in another capacity.”
Is this really a great loss for TV? Probably not. In fact the world may be better off if the whole franchise is cancelled. Here’s hoping!
Yet another casualty on the set of “Transformers 3.” On Monday, a Washington D.C. Police SUV collided accidentally into a Chevy Camaro known as “Bumblebee” on the set.
Footage from MyFoxDC.com shows an entourage of vehicles driving down 3rd Street and Maryland Ave. when “Bumblebee” and the Police Suburban collided at an intersection.
Yet another injury and inconvenience to a movie set already plagued with problems.
Jake Harris, a cast member on reality show “Deadliest Catch,” made some progress in solving some of his legal problems on Friday.
Harris was able to convince a judge to give him his license back, reports TMZ. In February Jake was arrested on suspicion of DUI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license
A judge however dismissed the DUI and hit-and-run charges after a lack of evidence. His license was then automatically reinstated.
Harris needs to be back in court June 3rd to deal with the remaining charges.
