Want to be the fastest person on the planet? Easy.
Just watch this video and listen to Usain Bolt himself explain his technique. With some practice (or hell, just wing it!), you’ll soon winning the 100m.
I particularly loved this quote: ”60m, that’s when I become a beast really.”
You may think he’s cocky. But honestly, if I was the fastest person on the planet, I would be celebrating like no tomorrow. Don’t act like you wouldn’t do it either…
Usain Bolt had one job to do going into the Olympics and that was to defend his title as the world’s fastest man. While he has since proven himself after dominating in the men’s 100m, 200m and the 4x100m relay, the track star REALLY took it to the next level when he celebrated like a champion.
Hamming it up for the crowd, the media and the viewers back home, some may call Bolt’s celebratory regime a bit over the top. But hey, if you’ve just proven yourself to be THIS naturally gifted, I guess it’s better to savour the moment while you’re at it.
Though many of us may never get the chance to run as fast as Usain Bolt, we all know how good it feels to win. So if you’re ever presented with the wonderful opportunity of winning the biggest competition of your life (an eating contest, a Super Smash Bros. tournament, etc.), here’s a step-by-step guide to celebrate just like the world’s fastest man on the planet.
1. Kiss the track (or the ground you’re standing on)
2. Celebratory push-ups (although it’s not like you’ve just proven your greatness)

Demi Lovato

What she’s wearing: Lovato was photographed wearing a lace white dress and a spike-studded denim jacket on her way to tape an episode of X-Factor US.
Why we love it: If this outfit is any indication of what type of X-Factor judge Lovato will be, expect the former Disney star to be tough but kind. The small lace details makes this LWD (little white dress) a standout as it draws inspiration from the current lace-crochet trend. Lovato counterbalances the soft sweet dress with with a spiked denim jacket, which will surely scare off her fellow judge Simon Cowell. To style the look, Lovato draws inspiration from retro icon Rosie the Riveter, with her red-polka dot headband and updo while modernizing the look with round white sunglasses.
Dianna Agron

What she’s wearing: The Glee star wore a vibrant multi-coloured striped Prada dress, paired with Capri sandals and Miu Miu sunglasses at the 2012 Giffoni Film Festival.
Why we love it: The bright colours and the quirky geometric patterns makes this classic babydoll dress an eye-turner. The thick red sunglasses and chunky red sandals complete this look, perfect for a fun day in beautiful Giffoni Valle Piana, Italy.
Kate Middleton

What she’s wearing: While awaiting the Olympic Torch’s arrival to Buckingham Palace, the Duchess of Cambridge wears an Adidas Official Team GB white polo, cobalt blue jeans from Zara, and navy Corkswoon wedges by Stuart Weitzman.
Why we love it: Usually the words ‘casual’ and ‘royalty’ don’t go together, but Kate proves she can pull off any look with royal ease. Coloured denim has been a trend for a while now, but seeing the future Queen of England rocking a pair of electric blue jeans shows that this trend is here to stay. Perhaps she can convince her husband Prince Will to give coloured denim a try too. The crisp white polo keeps this look simple but most importantly shows her support for Team Great Britain. Navy wedges keep everything in the Team GB colour scheme and also match her sapphire engagement ring. (Don’t pretend you didn’t see it, that thing is massive!).

Usain Bolt is fast.
So fast that when he crossed the finish line and won a men’s 100m race in Oslo, he crashed into a girl handing out flowers.
While all is good as the girl laughed it off, it would have been a smart decision to move right away than to stand in front of the world’s fastest man!
Seeing that the sprinter has three world records under his belt, Bolt is a force that should not be reckoned with!
