50 Cent is sounding suicidal in some recent Tweets. The rapper has been having trouble with his label, Interscope, and the release of his fifth album.

“I have lost all the faith in the team I’m on,” he tweeted. “I having nothing left to say I will not be promoting my music.”

He went on with some very gloomy tweets.

“I’ll be honest I don’t think I’m gonna live much longer,” revealed 50. “That’s why I started my street king movement. I want to mean more in other people’s lives.”

He also sent out a philosophical tweet.

“To be conscious that life is short is not suicidal. I’m good if I die tonight. I’ve taken care of the people who took care of me when I couldn’t take care of myself.”

Could this be the end of 50 cent? Or just the end of his music career?

Demi Lovato tweeted that everyone should stop badmouthing the Kardashian sisters. She explained that she considers them good friends, and they are extremely genuine people.

“The Kardashian sisters are some of the REALEST, GENUINE girls I know,” she tweeted. “People need to leave them alone. Anyone who’s running their mouth is Just jealous. And by the way. They are SMART BUSINESS women too.. People don’t give them enough credit.”

YouTube star Michael Buckley replied to Demi’s tweet, saying, “They signed up for a reality show and live very publicly. We have the right to simply not like them,” Lovato said people have the right to not be Kardashian fans, but they shouldn’t judge.

“You have the right to not like them, not the right to pretend like you know them honey. #PERIOD,” she wrote.

It seems Demi gets very protective over her friends – even more reason to like her.

Justin Bieber recently tweeted out the date “#nov1st,” and we are thinking that’s a possible release date for his much-anticipated Christmas album.

Confirmed on the album is a collaboration with the legendary Boyz II Men. Taylor Swift and Sean Kingston are also rumoured to be on the release, and also one secret “superstar” artist. Scooter Braun tweeted “with 1one of the most #Legendary performers ever.”

It will be interesting to see how the album turns out.

The Game just keeps making matters worse. As we reported earlier, The Game recently made some homophobic comments. Now he is saying 50 Cent is gay.

The Game tweeted the following to TMZ in response to their article about his homophobic comments. The Game said,

“@TMZ but look around, shit I be surprised when I see someone who’s not GAY. My girl hair stylist is GAY & he kool. @50cent GAY n we was kool ”

We don’t think 50 is going to like this one bit, consider he also has made some homophobic comments. It will be interesting to see how 50 responds.

Lil Wayne paid a visit to the hospital last night after a skateboarding accident in St. Louis.

Wayne needed 9 stitches after crashing hard off a skateboard. He had a major cut over his left eye, and one witness told a local TV station the rapper was accompanied by several members of his entourage. According to the hospital, Wayne was treated and released.

He seems to be in good shape, tweeting he got a ”gnarly gash.”

Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and Khloe Kardashian are just some of the celebrities lending a hand to the “Show Your Hearts” campaign through social media.

On July 3, a the Berry family from Houston was in a major car accident while heading home. A car veered into their lane, killing the two parents, and severely injuring their three young children. The campaign is to raise money for the children and help with their recovery, while providing support for their future.

Lady Gaga Tweeted, ”Monsters: There are orphans that need our help. A tragic story that left them paralyzed www.showyourhearts.org or text BERRY to 85944.”

Bieber Tweteed, ”Spread the word and trend #SHOWYOURHEARTS and when u make a donation post the new profile pic 2 show the world! LEGGO!”

Khloe Kardashian also tweeted, “This truly breaks my heart!!! http://t.co/hmYH1qf Please show these children your support!!!!!! Show Your Heart <3″

It’s always nice to see celebrities lending a hand for noble causes just like this!

Rumors are circulating that she was dating Ryan Phillippe, but she claims that is untrue. Lovato Tweeted,

Lindsay Lohan sent out a tweet yesterday explaining her fingernail message was not directed at the Judge.

“Didn’t we do our nails as a joke with our friend?” Lohan Tweeted to a pal on Wednesday. “It had nothing to do w/court.. it’s an airbrush design from a stencil.”

Lohan caused a lot of controversy when she showed up to court Tuesday with “F— U” written on her left middle finger.

It was on and then it was off, and now it’s back. E! Online is reporting that Brian Austin Green is now reengaged to actress Megan Fox. The 90210 star tweeted on Saturday that he is “engaged and [has] a son from [his] previous relationship”, after a fan asked if he was married and had kids.

Early last year Fox called off the engagement but those differences have obviously been resolved. Additionally Megan has reportedly purchased a $2.9 million home in Los Feliz last week, shortly after her fiancee put their old house on the market.

On Thursday night, Lady Gaga was scheduled to perform at Purdue University, however cancelled the show at the last minute due to illness. Furthermore, LiveNation (the tour’s promoter) announced that Saturday’s show in Atlantic City, and Sunday’s show in Wallingford, Connecticut have been cancelled, and that Monday’s show in Uncasville, Connecticut will be rescheduled.

Gaga tweeted about the Thursday night event, explaining to disappointed fans, “I’ve been crying for hours, I feel like I let my fans down 2nite. An hour before the show, I was feeling dizzy and having trouble breathing.”

Gaga further reports that she is suffering from an irregular heartbeat, as a result of exhaustion and dehydration. Her doctors have advised her to take some time off and rest. The Indiana show has been rescheduled for January 26.

No this is not a regular andPOP story, however it’s an important cause and a really cool approach to use Twitter as a charitable tool. A new and unique Twitter movement launched today with the goal of revolutionizing the way social causes connect with online communities.  The movement,  called “A Million Tweets to Remember,” (1Mtweets) seeks to digitally memorialize one million people who have lived with Alzheimer’s disease (past or present) by having their loved ones tweet about them at  http://1mtweets.com/.  The campaign coincides with the launch of World Alzheimer’s Day, a global initiative to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s.

The campaign is the brainchild of Jordan Banks, a committed philanthropist whose personal connection to the disease includes four grandparents who have all lived with Alzheimer’s.  More than six million people across North America are currently affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

“I have seen four of my grandparents battle Alzheimer’s and, in their honour, I wanted to do something monumental,” says Jordan Banks. ”Over the past ten years I have dedicated a significant amount of time raising money and awareness for Alzheimer’s research and care, but this time around I really wanted to leverage technology in garnering substantial support around the world.”

In a recent blog post, Internet marketing guru Seth Godin commented on the tremendous opportunities that exist for non-profits to tap into online social networks:  “Take a look at the top 100 twitter users in terms of followers. Remember, this is a free tool, one that people use to focus attention and galvanize action …. None of them are non-profits.
