Oksana Grigorieva Claims Mel Gibson Wanted to Kill TMZ’s Harvey Levin

It seems that week after week Mel Gibson gets a little crazier. Steve Jaffe, a rep for Oksana Grigorieva, told TMZ that Mel Gibson had told his ex about a plot to kill Harvey Levin. Why? Well, aside from the whole Gibson getting crazier thing, he was allegedly upset at the fact that TMZ broke the story about his anti-Semitism.

Jaffe said Oksana was told by Gibson that he had someone doing surveillance on Harvey, TMZ’s founder, and that Oksana claims Gibson told her that he wanted the “blood of Jews” on his hands. That’s a little disturbing, but the alleged plot continues.

Jaffe also said that the alleged plan to kill Harvey included kidnapping him and stripping him down, taking him to the desert, breaking his knee caps, and leaving him for death.

This should all still be taken with a grain of salt though, since Oksana isn’t always the sanest person either and there is no official record of the plot ever being told to authorities. Still, what would the celebrity news world do without Harvey Levin?

James Cameron Tries to Redeem Himself

As reported a couple of days ago with TMZ video, James Cameron can be a nasty prick sometimes. This was clearly evident in the video footage where James Cameron refused to sign an autograph for a fan. Now there maybe more to the story than what was on the video, but James really looked bad. However in an interview with a LA Morning show, James Cameron explains that he will sign an autograph for any fan. See below for the video:

We really hope James Cameron was just having a bad day and he is not a huge prick like this normally. A TMZ cameraman caught Cameron and a fan in a war of words after Cameron refused to sign an autograph. From what the video is showing, we are siding with the fan. James Cameron you fail.

West And Gaga Release Provocative ‘Fame Kills’ Promo

While Kanye West may have claimed to Jay Leno to be keeping a low profile on things after his Taylor Swift-MTV Video Music Awards debacle, the new video clip he posted on his blog begs to differ.

The promo video released on Wednesday, Sept. 23 for his new “Fame Kills” tour with Lady Gaga is anything but low profile, according to MTV News.

The video clip, posted by West under the headline, “What Happened to All the Rock Stars? Fame Killed Them!” is a slow motion film featuring a topless Gaga covering herself and wrapped in the arms of a black man while soft, moody music plays in the background. When 30 seconds of this pass, the name of the tour appears on the screen along with a voice that says, “Fame Kills!” and then “West + Gaga” flashes across.

West first made an announcement about the tour earlier this summer at an appearance on “The View,” but it wasn’t a sealed deal until last week. The “Fame Kills” tour is set to begin on Nov. 10 in Phoenix and wrap up Jan. 24 in Dallas.

Other than the video clip, however, West has managed to keep out of the direct spotlight. He even had his lawyer push back a court date that was scheduled for this month. The pre-trial hearing for West’s 2008 airport scuffle with a photographer has now been pushed back to Oct. 23. Lawyer Blair Berk reportedly went to the judge in the case and requested for the trial to be pushed back.

The scuffle took place on Sept. 11, 2008 at the Los Angeles International Airport. West and his road manager, Don C. Crowley, allegedly wrestled a camera out of the hands of a TMZ photographer who was trying to take the rapper’s picture. Crowley is then said to have thrown the photographer’s $10,000 camera to the ground and West is said to have smashed the flash. The debacle ended in an arrest. West has pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor counts of vandalism, theft, and battery.

However, the pushed-back date still allows West lots of time to work on the new tour with Gaga. And no matter how you look at it, Gaga and West are sure to blow the top off this one.

Police Still Investigating Leaked Photo Of Rihanna

The Los Angeles Police Department is still investigating how a leaked photograph of a bruised Rihanna landed in the hands of entertainment web site TMZ, according to E! Online.

Last week, TMZ executive producer Harvey Levin told police they obtained the image legally. However, the LAPD has yet to formally identify the singer as the alleged victim. The department said the photo appeared to have been taken during “an official domestic violence investigation.”

The incident took place on Grammy day, February 8. Although Chris Brown has not been charged in the case of alleged domestic violence, he turned himself in after the alleged incident took place. Brown was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats.

The leaked photo has upset Rihanna’s fans across the world, as well as the singer’s father.
