Apparently tattoo goddess Kat Von D is still really, really unhappy about her breakup with Jesse James. So upset, in fact, that she’s harassing producers of her TLC show LA Ink to remove him from all upcoming episodes!

TMZ is reporting that Kat threw something of a hissy fit after watching some screeners of upcoming episodes, which seem to cast a spotlight on her rocky romantic endeavors of late. In an effort to appease their testy star, the show’s producers are scrambling to remove any shred of evidence that Jesse James ever crossed Kat’s threshold.

Ah, yes. But remember how, for the few weeks they were dating, Kat and Jesse were practically attached at the facehole? Here’s where the crew runs into a problem: there’s just not enough footage of Kat ridin’ solo to fill out a full episode. Which means more commercials on the horizon for LA Ink fans!

Well really Kat, what did you expect? Did you really think this vile scumsucking alleged neo-Nazi would be the man of your dreams? The man cheated on Sandra Bullock. Have you seen Miss Congeniality?! It was movie gold. You don’t cheat on a lady like that.

We’re sure TV viewers would gladly endure a few extra commercials if it meant Jesse James were to become permanently castrated. Make it happen, TLC! We’re sure Kat’s going to ask for that next anyway.

Kody Brown from TLC’s “Sister Wives” just won’t stop, even though he is facing an investigation for polygamy. The reality TV star has married his fourth wife, reports E! Online.

The lady is Robyn Sullivan, a single Mom who reportedly married Brown in May during a private ceremony. The network doesn’t plan to air footage of the private ceremony, but in the season finale episode, viewers will get to see the wedding reception.

TLC’s favorite polygamist family’s future hangs in the balance as county prosecutors decide their fate, reports TMZ.

The cast of “Sister Wives” were being investigated by the Lehi Police Department for felony bigamy. That investigation has now been turned over to the Utah County Attorney who will decide whether to prosecute.

“Sister Wives” follows the life of Kody Brown – who has 3 wives, a fiancée and 13 children. What a guy! And what a moron for putting his illegal lifestyle on display! Good luck in prison.

Kody Brown and his four wives had a conversation with PEOPLE about their lifestyle and filming their show on TLC.

“We’re a family, just like any other family,” Janelle Brown, 41, tells PEOPLE. “[We have] struggles and we love our kids, and we want our kids to be happy.”

In regards to their children…..

“We have teenagers, so some days it’s really good, and some days it’s not so good and they don’t want to be a part of it,” Janelle says about filming the show. “They just go away in their room and do their thing. And then the next day, usually they’re like, ‘Okay we want to be there.’ “

The Polygamous Family who star on TLC’s “Sister Wives” are continuing on with their show despite an investigation launched by Utah officials.

TMZ reports the Utah family have become the target of a felony bigamy investigation. The family issued a statement saying “We are disappointed in the announcement of an investigation, but when we decided to do this show, we knew there would be risks.”

The family continues, “But for the sake of our family, and most importantly, our kids, we felt it was a risk worth taking.”

“Sister Wives” follows the life of 42 year old Kody Brown who has 3 wives, a prospective 4th wife and 13th children.

Kate Gosselin is on the cover of People which hits newsstands Friday, and she is showing quite a bit of skin, posing in a bikini.

The mother of eight tells People she credits her amazing physique to her daily runs outside her Pennsylvania home.

“I’ve worked really hard!” she tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story. “Haven’t I earned the right, at this point, to look good?

Gosselin also talks about the rumours she is romantically involved with her bodyguard, saying “It’s just absurd.”

For popping out eight kids, starring in a reality show and having a douchebag ex-husband, she looks pretty damn good!

Jon and Kate Gosselin Reach Settlement Over Custody of Kids

The custody battle is officially over between Jon and Kate Gosselin, and it is believed this new arrangement is in the best interest of the children.

TMZ reports that the couple have reached a settlement agreement, however the terms are sealed by the court. A source familiar with the situation says “An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children.”

In April Jon requested primary custody of the children and lessened child support obligations. However because of the confidential terms of the agreement, we aren’t sure the type of deal he was able to work out.

Jon and Kate Gosselin kids aren’t being exploited, according to the Pennsylvania’s labor department. Therefore, “Kate Plus 8″ will continue production as planned.

The Pennsylvania labor department says they are not being “unlawfully exploited,” reports PopEater. State Rep. Thomas Murt raised concerns last week saying children under 7 can work on movies, but not TV.

The labor department believes the law isn’t being broken, and the labor permit prohibits the kids from working too many hours.

Don’t you remember when you were a kid and your friend’s (or even your) parents got divorced and there was competition between the parents for the kid’s love? That appears to be the case for Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin.

For the sextuplets birthday, it doesn’t appear Jon did much except pick up the kids from the school bus and take them hope (which is fine, it’s spending time that’s important).

However Kate Gosselin really kicked the crap out of Jon Gosselin as far as cool birthday gifts. Kate took the kids to Kissimmee, Florida where they hooked up with Boggy Creek Airboat Rides for a private tour, reports TMZ.

TLC crews were there to film the whole event. So who do you think the kids love more?

Our Moms tried all kinds of inventive ways to cheap out on our birthdays, like tube socks and books. But imagine your present being a day with your Dad? And of all the Dads in the world, king douchebag Jon Gosselin.

Our suggestion to the kids – see if you can exchange your gift for something better, like getting a tetanus shot.

Assuming Kate’s plans come to fruition, TMZ reports the day will work with Kate making the kids breakfast, then shipping them to school, and Jon could have them after that.

Kate Gosselin’s new reality TLC show is cleared to go – legally that is. The Department of Labor says the kids of Kate and Jon Gosselin are okay to continue their reality TV careers.

A spokesperson for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor tells TMZ “The proper steps have been taken and the kids are permitted for ‘Kate Plus 8.’”

However no paperwork has been submitted for the kids to appear on “Twist of Kate,” Gosselin’s spinoff. Good thing for the kids because you don’t want to whore yourself out too much like their parents.

Jon Gosselin Moves Forward With Child Custody Case Despite Kate Gosselin Kicked off ‘Dancing with the Stars’

Jon Gosselin is moving forward with his “absentee Mom” argument despite Kate Gosselin being kicked off ”Dancing with the Stars.”

Jon’s case portrayed his ex-wife Kate as more concerned with her celebrity status than the welfare of her children. Arguably now that Kate is off the show, she should have more time to take care of the kids. Jon thinks otherwise.

Jon’s lawyer, Anthony List, tells TMZ “‘Dancing with the Stars’ is just the tip of the iceberg for Kate, as surely there will be many other projects to take its place soon.”

Kate has also signed on for two more shows on TLC. List continues by saying, “She’s always promoting something … and most of the time it’s herself.”

Jon is currently seeking custody of all 8 kids and also wants child support. Yes he is a douchebag and you can see why that happened in an earlier article regarding that here.

An emotional Kate Gosselin appeared on “The Today Show” this morning to talk about her recent custody battles with her ex-husband Jon Gosselin.

“It’s a struggle to be here, to be anywhere,” she told Meredith Vieira, struggling to stay composed. “The emotion that you see is because I’d rather be at home with them. I have to work, I have to provide for them. It’s a struggle that every working mom, especially single moms, go through. And I’m really feeling it.”

Jon Gosselin has accused Kate of being an “absentee mom,” concerning herself with her celebrity status more than her kids. Kate address those comments by emphasizing she is a working Mom and her kids always come first.

“In my heart I’m always in my kitchen baking and cooking for my kids and I’ll always be there.”

As we haven’t seen enough Kate Gosselin (and andPOP is part of the problem driving it in people’s faces) the reality Mom has landed another series with TLC.

The cable channel has announced plans for Gosselin to host her own series reports PEOPLE. “Twist of Kate” will follow Kate as she profiles women who are facing their own challenges that are inspired by her story. That story of course is a woman who defied nature by having 6 kids in one shot and married a douchebag. Perhaps that is an inspiring story.

“I want to be out there learning from others, helping to provide insight whenever I can, though, I don’t consider myself an expert on anything,” Gosselin told USA Today. “I look at it as a loose concept.”

Kate Gosselin watched herself on “Dancing with the Stars” elimination night this week and explains she looked like a slasher victim, reports PEOPLE.

“I’ve been told by more than one person … that on the night of the first DWTS elimination, the expression on my face looked like something out of a horror movie,” Gosselin, 35, writes on her blog on TLC’s Web site. “I didn’t realize this, obviously, until I saw it for myself … and even I was a bit frightened.”

She continues to explain that her 8 children didn’t see the episode as they were already in bed.

“Thank goodness my kids were in bed that night,” she writes. “I didn’t want them to watch just in case I was eliminated, but I had no idea I was inadvertently saving them from nightmares. All joking aside, I WAS scared to death!”

Wow – the Palin’s must really hate their daughters ex-boyfriend and I am sure the feeling is mutual. Why else would Levi Johnston be trying to pitch his own reality show?

Reliable sources tell Perezhilton.com that Johnston plans on pitching his own Alaska reality show, which is being dubbed “Entourage on Ice.” The tentative name of the show is Levi Johnston’s Last Frontier, which is expected to be Johnston hanging out on the ice drinking beers with his buddies.

His pitch meetings start this week.

Kate Gosselin Doesn’t Want Jon’s Flowers

Jon Gosselin showed up to Saturday’s arbitration with roses for his estranged wife and Jon and Kate Plus Eight co-star, Kate Gosselin, reports Perez Hilton. But she was not impressed with the gesture.

“She was disgusted by Jon’s actions,” said a source. “She sees right through him. He told the press he brought the flowers as a peace offering but Kate knows he just did it for attention. You can’t go on TV and say you despise someone and then bring them roses. Kate is keeping her focus on pushing this divorce through as fast as possible.”

A decision about the splitting of their assets is expected by Dec. 21, and the divorce is planned to be finalized before the year is through.

When Jon sheds his family in the new year, he will likely be kept occupied by court proceedings over TLC’s case regarding his breach of contract. The proceedings are scheduled to go on well into June 2010.

When I was ambushed this morning with yet another sickening “Jon and Kate” story, I asked for the first time: ”Who the hell is taking care of their eight children?” For the past month, these two have been the subject of constant interviews and “celebrity” sightings, but I never see their kids with them.

Yet Kate Gosselin claimed that she did it all for the kids, but it’s clearly not the case. Several testimonies from sources close to the family, including her estranged husband Jon, reported that the show was having a negative affect on the children. The layers of bullshit continue to pile on.

Gosselin’s tortured desperation for attention has shoved her entire family into the wrong spotlight. Along with the Balloon Boy fiasco, they’ve set an example for prostituting their children – and dignity – for the opportunity at fame and wealth.

Reality shows used to just be a cheap entertainment pursuit for individuals with unique character or talent, but now they’re beginning to have a profound affect on the people who don’t know any better; the next generation. Reality shows are becoming a midlife crisis attempt for parents looking for excitement.

As long as people continue to pay any attention to this crap, it will continue to happen.

There is nothing artistic about this entertainment, if you can even call it that, and it should be treated like the most mundane, insignificant news you’ve ever heard, because that’s exactly what it is.

Kate Gosselin Speaks Out on Today

Kate Gosselin of Jon and Kate Plus Eight appeared on Today, fighting back tears as she explained she can no longer pay her bills after her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jon, took $230,000 from their joint bank account, reports TMZ.

“You’ve left your children and their mother unable to pay for the roof over their head,” she said. “It’s unacceptable.”

Jon has claimed the children no longer want to do the reality show, but Kate said there was “wailing and sobbing” when she told them production had been stopped.

Kate’s lawyers are heading to court to demand Jon return the money.
