Haley Joel Osment is in hospital after he was in a car accident earlier today, the Associated Press is reporting.

Osment was on his way home at 1 a.m. this morning when his car hit a brick pillar and flipped over. The actor was reportedly awake and talking after the crash. He was driven by ambulance to Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, although according to the AP, the emergency room receptionist said no one was admitted to the hospital under that name.

Osment starred with Bruce Willis in “The Sixth Sense” in 1999, and received an Academy Award nomination for his portrayal of a young boy who could see dead people.
