Shauvon TorresOn MTV’s The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins this week, contestant Shauvon Torres’s breast implant burst during one of the competitions. After doing a belly-flop into the water, she began to complain that she thought she had popped her implant, reports Perez Hilton.

After The Real World: Sydney star was rushed to the hospital, it was determined she had some muscle injuries and bruising. She decided to follow doctors’ advice and leave the show.
