Stephanie PrattStephanie Pratt, sister of The Hills star Spencer Pratt, explained her DUI arrest last weekend via Twitter, reports E! News.

“I was pulled over four tinted windows three blocks from where I was sleeping and blew a 0.08, which was two drinks. I made the wrong choice to drive and I take full responsibility. I would never put other people’s lives at risk and want to be very clear that I was not pulled over for unsafe driving. Two drinks, call a taxi! Please learn from my mistake. Love you all!”
