Puppies, toddlers, and other innocent people wept yesterday as Radar Online reported the worst possible scenario that could have occurred on planet earth has indeed happened: Lady GaGa has put on, like, maybe five pounds.
Gagaloo’s fans noticed her extra padding during a concert in Norway as a part of her Monster’s Ball tour. Though her costumes, music and showmanship have not changed in the slightest, the event seemed to be missing one element – Mother Monster’s washboard lady-abs.
Could we get serious for a moment? The chart-topping wunderkind has been hospitalized six times in the past for dangerous dieting habits. The woman has more hit records than you have fingers. She’s a fashion icon. She puts all of her money back into her performances. And, most of all, she’s passionate about everything she touches. COULD SOMEONE CUT THE GIRL SOME SLACK, PLEASE?!
We’re not huge GaGa fans, but this is ridiculous. Remember the meat dress? You loved the meat dress, internet! Bring that love back.
Instant cameras are becoming really popular nowadays, so who better to revamp the Polaroid brand than everyone’s favourite pop princess, Lady GaGa?
Perez Hilton reports that GaGa’s redesign of the analog camera, her first project since taking on the title of creative director at Polaroid, could drop as early as next year.
“Obviously, the design’s pretty wacky,” said UK MD Graeme Chapman of Gaga’s design. “But it’ll definitely appeal to her fans, and with over 10 million of them on Facebook, we’re pretty sure this will do well.”
GaGa’s camera doesn’t have an exact price tag yet, but it’s been suggested that it could cost upward of £100, which converts to just over $150 US dollars. Not a bad deal, but when you factor in the cost of GaGa’s custom 3×4 film, your shots could get pricey.
We can’t imagine what this camera looks like. Antlers? Bubble wrap? Tentacles? Needless to say, we’re sure it’s going to be equal parts camera and statement piece.
Lady Gaga may be “k-kinda busy” on tour supporting The Fame Monster, but she still made time to file a lawsuit against her ex-producer Rob Fusari, claiming she was tricked into signing a deal with the now ex-boyfriend and ex-collaborator, reports Rolling Stone.
Fusari filed a $30 million lawsuit against Gaga, claiming that he is owed royalties and merchandising fees after he allegedly created the name “Lady Gaga” and co-wrote four tracks that appeared on The Fame, including the smash-hit “Paparazzi.” Fusari blamed the pop princess for breaching their 2006 contract.
Lady Gaga sure knows how to sell albums, even if it’s one you already purchased.
A deluxe edition of The Fame Monster hit shelves this week, featuring a spread of high-class nude photos by none other than celebrity photographer, David LaChapelle, according to The Daily Mail UK.
One of the photos features Gaga, completely nude, in the arms of Kanye West as he stares blankly into the distance while a volcano is erupting behind them. Another shows her completely nude, strapped to an electric generator with strategically placed sparks erupting from her hands and nether regions.
The track listing for Lady Gaga’s upcoming album, The Fame Monster, has been revealed to include a duo with Beyonce Knowles, reports Perez Hilton.
Lady Gaga’s second studio album will be released Nov. 20 in Europe and Nov. 23 in North America. Songs will include:
1. Bad Romance
2. Alejandro
3. Monster
4. Speechless
5. Dance in the Dark
6. Telephone (feat. Beyonce)
7. So Happy I Could Die
8. Teeth
The first single, “Bad Romance,” was available on iTunes beginning Oct. 26.
Lady Gaga and Kanye West shocked fans on Thursday when they announced they would be canceling their much-anticipated Fame Kills tour without explanation.
But on Friday at an event in New York City, Gaga, who didn’t get into specifics about the cancellation, did say West would be taking some time off and she would be hitting the road on her own.
“Well, actually, it was a mutual decision to cancel the tour,” she told MTV News. “But I’m not taking any time off, so I’ll be leaving just a week later than I was supposed to on my own solo tour. IT will be the same places. So I will see you guys there. I’m putting out my re-release as well – The Fame Monster on November 24.”
