Hopefully you have gifts sorted out, stocking hung up, lights turned on, tree looking extra snazzy, ugly sweater hanging up, cookies waiting for Santa, fireplace lit, cookies baking and holiday music playing because we are one week away until the happiest day of the year — Christmas! [4uroras]

You’d think by now, children would be able to text Santa what they want for Christmas. As sad as it sounds, who wants to sit down and write with a pen and paper? It seems as though even my youngest cousins at 3-years-old already has an iPod touch! [miapam]

Usher stopped by “The Ellen Degeneres” show to perform and join the host in a dance battle for the new game Dance Central 3.
While we all love Ellen for her dancing, it’s pretty obvious that Usher is the better dancer here. But seeing that he starting screwing up in the middle of the competition, it’s quite clear that he was just being a gentleman for letting the host win the battle!!
And to make things even better, all the audience members left the show with an Xbox and a copy of the game.
(Seriously, one day…I will be in that audience and bask in the same glory as those lucky people.)
Khloe Kardashian went on TheEllenShow and got a special Christmas surprise from the talk show host. The Kardashian family releases an overly dramatic family photo every Christmas and since they’re all super busy they often have to photoshop the odd person in — this year they photoshopped in Lamar and her, Kendall and Scott. That’s why Ellen thought it wouldn’t be a biggie to photoshop herself wearing a red Santa Claus dress and hat across the very front of the photo.
“I’ve added myself, I hope you don’t mind,” Ellen said. “I have a a mock-up of what I’d like. Is that alright?” asked Ellen.
The X-Factor host also talked to Ellen about her Thanksgiving plans this year (she was working) and who made it to dinner.

Last year, Rihanna graced the Ellen DeGeneres Show with her presence to talk about boys and her um… “her.” In the hilarious interview, Rihanna explains that her “her” just wasn’t getting any, even though she was granted the title Sexiest Woman Alive. The singer came back to The Ellen Show with an update on her situation. “She” is doing just fine.
In the interview, Ellen leans in to Rihanna and screams the words “good for you! I’m so happy for you.” I’m happy too, because now she can visit the Ellen Show more frequently for updates on her life. Just kidding, but these Rihanna interviews are always promising.
Besides discussing Rihanna’s “her,” Ellen quizzed the singer on who she would rather date. In a choice between George Clooney and Brad Pitt, Rihanna contemplated furiously. Finally she concluded, “you think about it and then you look at Brad Pitt and it’s like ‘damn.’” Sucks to be George Clooney.

Justin Bieber’s mom Pattie Mallette went on The Ellen Show and gushed about her son’s girlfriend Selena Gomez. Naturally, she loves the girl, which isn’t surprising considering you can’t find a much more adorable girlfriend than a dimple-cheeked Disney star who bakes cupcakes with Taylor Swift. She would absolutely destroy a Meet the Parents-style dinner, in a good way.
After sharing her feelings about Gomez, Ellen presented her with a special gift. When Justin was born, Mallette took a vow to not have sex until she was married. And since she wouldn’t date until Bieber turned 18, she was off the market until recently.
Ellen just couldn’t understand how she went so long without getting some action and thoughtfully presented Mallette with a Match.com six month gift certificate. That means our next mission is to sign up for Match.com and find Mallette. She’s a catch!

We don’t usually picture celebrities getting starstruck by other celebrities but that’s exactly what happened when Magic Mike actor Olivia Munn met Ellen Degeneres on her talk show. Munn put a lot of energy into the obligatory ‘greeting’ dance and then couldn’t stop screaming.
It was actually pretty adorbz though she edged on the stalker side when she started talking about researching Ellen’s history and about her dream to kayak with Ellen and her wife Portia.
“Let’s talk about us and our friendship,” said Munn. “I was so cool for the last four days then I’d freak out late at night and YouTube a whole bunch of stuff about you. But during the day I’d think you, me and Portia could go kayaking together.”
Girl got a little cray but it was endearing to see a celeb freak out on stage. Ellen tried to ask about the movie (to appease the studio) but Munn kept veering right back to her complete adoration for the talk show host. Inwardly, I’d probably be doing the exact same thing on stage.
Ellen even forgot to give Munn her gift, which was a sky blue, bejewelled motorcycle helmut.

The interview was a viral hit (8 million views) on YouTube and Ellen too can’t get enough of it. That’s why she decided to air this auto-tuned version of Kristen’s interview, featuring some audience members dancing along.
“Next time my back goes out again, that’s my new dance move!” Ellen joked.
