As we reported earlier in the summer, Abercrombie & Fitch issued a public plea to Jersey Shore’s The Situation to stop wearing their clothes. Now The Situation is fighting back.

The Situation’s lawyers have issued a cease-and-desist document against the clothing brand, claiming they are capitalizing on The Situation. He’s asking for profits from their shirt  ”The Fitchuation,” and also wants the item removed from store shelves immediately.

A&F certainly received a lot of attention from The Situation. Perhaps he is entitled to some cash?

Rumours are circulating that Jay-Z and Rihanna might be parting ways. An informed source tells MediaTakeOut that Rihanna will be dropping RocNation as her managers.

Last April there was speculation Rihanna was going to drop Jay-Z. Rihanna was claiming financial irregularities. Jay-Z and Rihanna apparently were able to work it out.

However, now that Beyonce is pregnant, things have changed. Rihanna will officially drop Jay and his team as her managers, and she is launching a lawsuit as a first step, saying Jay’s company defrauded her.

Rihanna is getting pretty serious these days. First she is suing the previous owner of her house, and now she is suing Jay. Things are about to get serious!

Remember Ted Williams? He was the homeless guy with an amazing voice, found on the side of an Ohio exit ramp. Now Ted is suing his management.

In the lawsuit Ted claims that his sudden rise to fame created a variety of issues. He couldn’t handle the pressure and was plagued with alcohol and drug abuse. He arranged for a management team to work with him, reports TMZ.

Unfortunately, that management team made Williams sign a contract which he claims was “one-sided, onerous, burdensome, non-negotiated and blatantly unfair” deal that gives them a huge chunk of any money Williams makes.

Williams is hoping a Judge will overturn the contract.

Ke$ha is suing Wimo Labs company for copyright infringement, reports Perez Hilton.

The singer’s lawyers are going after the makers of a rubber watch strap for the iPod Nano called “TikTok” because it apparently ‘infringes on her rights.’

If Ke$ha’s team gets their way, Wimo Labs will have to turn over their entire supply of straps.

Property expert David Leichtman doesn’t believe this will happen, though. “She’ll have to show consumer studies to show people are making an association between her and the product,” he says.

Yeah, somehow, we don’t see Ke$ha sitting down with her lawyers discussing consumer studies. Jumping on the table and making it rain glitter, maybe. But not this.

At worse, I think the company will just change the name of their product. They are kind of stupid for naming it that, I mean, I could have told them this would end up in a lawsuit. Maybe I should go into marketing.

After being fired off of Two and a Half Men by Warner Brothers, Charlie Sheen is suing WB for $100,000,000. And rather than keep the matters private, Sheen has decided to entertain us even more by asking for a public trial in a public courthouse! Yay!

According to TMZ, Sheen’s request follows his claim that WB is trying to “force the case into private arbitration because the judges who preside over these arbitrations do lots of business with Warner Bros.” Because everyone is involved in a conspiracy theory against Charlie Sheen – duh! Winning!

I wonder if you get free passes to the trial when you buy tickets to his upcoming tour…or will this be a PREMIUM premium ticket package? If he’s charging $750 to meet him, imagine what he could charge people to attend the trial…hm.

It might be paranoia, or it might be all that Tiger Blood he’s on, but one thing’s for sure – Charlie will make sure it is never a dull moment for Team Sheen! And for reasons that will never be answerable, we will be behind him every step of the way.

According to TMZ, Stephen Baldwin is allegedly suing fellow actor Kevin Costner. Baldwin is claiming that Costner and his business partner  “schemed” to make millions of dollars off the BP oil rig disaster and in doing so fooled Baldwin into selling shares in a company that builds machines that separate oil from water.

In the midst of the BP oil spill, apparently Baldwin decided to become a 10% partner in an invention backed by Costner. The device that separated oil from water was developed during the filming of Costner’s famous film, Waterworld.

Now he is suing for unspecified damages. They both sound like crooks if you ask me.

Charlie Sheen you are the king of partying – but you gotta face the reality of your actions. Capri Anderson has launched a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen saying Sheen held her against her will at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.

Sources tell TMZ that Sheen was acting nuts and destroying the hotel room, and Capri felt her life was in danger. Consequently she locked herself in the bathroom of the suite and called for hotel security.

Capri also claims that Sheen threatened her in the hotel room, however she neglected to mention that fact when police arrived.

No word on the amount Anderson is seeking from Sheen.

Danielle Staub, star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is going to have to face off against her ex-boyfriend Steve Zalewski in court after getting a lawsuit slapped on her last night.

According to TMZ, Staub hit the red carpet at a Halloween party in Jersey, and just moments later was handed the legal documents.  The process server said “Here, Danielle… you’ve been served.”

Staub simply passed off the papers to her publicist and kept on walking.  We’ve got to say, we were expecting some kind of huge Real Housewives freak-out.

Sources say that Zalewski is suing Staub for defamation related to Staub’s sex tape; she claims that Zalewski was the guy who filmed it, but he strongly denies any involvement.

Canadian born actor Hayden Christensen is currently suing the USA Network claiming they stole his idea for a TV show.

Christensen, who of course was in “Star Wars,” claims in 2005 he approached USA, along with his older brother, for a comedic drama about a “concierge” doctor who makes house calls to the rich and famous, reports Fox News.

The brothers claim that the network’s “Royal Pains” is a copy of their concept.

Prince is using an army of lawyers to attack several of the largest fan websites devoted to him.

The lawyers are seeking compensation for the sites’ use of Prince’s likeness, including lyrics, photographs, images, and album covers. They request “substantive details of the means by which [the fansites] propose to compensate our clients [Paisley Park Enterprises, NPG Records and Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG)] for damages…”

The owners of three fansites have banded together and formed PrinceFansUnited.com. According to the site, “It is our opinion that these threats are not made in an attempt to enforce valid copyright as Prince alleges in his threats, rather we believe they are attempts to stifle all critical commentary about Prince. We strongly believe that such actions are in violation of the freedom of speech and should not be allowed. Prince claims that fansites are not allowed to present any artwork with Prince’s likeness, to the extreme that he has demanded removal of fan’s own photographs of their Prince inspired tattoos and their vehicles displaying Prince inspired license plates.”

Alyssa Milano has previously also sued her own fans because of their websites.
