As we reported last week, Mila Kunis’ phone was hacked and provocative pictures of Justin Timberlake were found on the phone. There was also claims of sexual texts between Kunis and Timberlake, but the stars are denying that’s true.
“At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails. … The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false, ” a lengthy statement to People reads.
The co-stars go on to add, “We would like to confirm that the photo addressed in the media of Ms. Kunis was in fact not from any phone but from an inactive email account that has not existed in three years. In regards to the other photos in question, they were never exchanged between the two parties.”
The statement ends on a funny note saying, ”In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn’t make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them,” referring to Timberlake‘s hit “Saturday Night Live” sketch “D— in a Box.” Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession.”
At least they have a sense of humour about the whole thing.
Rapper Lupe Fiasco has called President Obama a “terrorist” during a television appearance, reports Rolling Stone.
Blasting the U.S. president during an appearance on CBC’s ‘What’s Trending,’ the rapper attacked the president’s foreign policy and declared him to be a “terrorist.”
“To me, the biggest terrorist is Obama in the United States of America,” Fiasco said. “I’m trying to fight the terrorism that’s causing the other forms of terrorism. You know the root cause of terrorists is the stuff the U.S. government allows to happen. The foreign policies that we have in place in different countries that inspire people to become terrorists.”
Fiasco went on to say that has no desire to vote in the 2012 presidential election.
“I don’t get involved in politics,” he said. “It’s meaningless. If I’m going to say I stand behind this person and write on a piece of paper that says, ‘Yeah, I stand for this person,’ then I have to take responsibility for everything he does cause that’s just who I am as a human being. So politicians aren’t going to do that because I don’t want you to bomb some village in the middle of nowhere.”
Although the statement is a little extreme, I see where he is coming from. I’m very often discouraged from voting as I don’t ever fully agree with the runners and their plans. But I think a vote is better than no vote. You should have a little say in who runs your country.
Outspoken actor Zach Galifianakis has dissed Ke$ha, reports Canoe Jam.
Galifianakis says he has constantly denied Ke$ha’s requests for dates, and flat out bashed her music upon meeting the singer.
Ke$ha has previously stated that Galifianakis is her ideal man, admitting she has the hots for fat and bearded men, but Galifinakis apparently doesn’t have the same penchant for sleazy blonde popstars.
“I saw that Ke$ha woman the other day. She was sitting by herself, and I walked up to her and said, ‘Listen, I got your e-mail. Your music is really bad! I don’t know who listens to it, but I imagine it’s, like, six year olds – and it’s a bad message,’” he tells Rolling Stone Magazine.
This isn’t the first time the ‘Hangover’ star has publicly dissed a celebrity. Just recently, he took aim at actress January Jones, calling her “rude” and stating she is an actress “everybody’s going to forget about… in a few years”.
I love his outspoken nature! It’s not often celebrities are so open. I can’t say I blame him for denying a date with Ke$ha, I can only imagine how classy that evening would be.
Beyonce has addressed her fans in regards to her album leaking in its entirety yesterday, reports Billboard.
The singer’s album, ’4,’ was leaked two weeks before it’s scheduled date of July 28. While Beyonce isn’t happy, she is thanking her fans for the positive feedback she’s been receiving.
Beyoncé took to her official Facebook today to address the leak:
“My music was leaked and while this is not how I wanted to present my new songs, I appreciate the positive response from my fans. When I record music I always think about my fans singing every note and dancing to every beat. I make music to make people happy and I appreciate that everyone has been so anxious to hear my new songs.”
The album comes out July 28 and Target stores will carry an exclusive version of the album with extra tracks.
According to my Twitter feed last night, the feedback wasn’t all positive. Many say the album is a little dull, and nothing compared to her lead single ‘Run The World (Girls).’ I don’t really support leaked albums, so I’ll wait for the official one before judging.
Matthew Perry is returning to rehab, reports Radar.
The ‘Friends’ star, who has struggled with substance abuse in the past, is making plans to go away to “focus on my sobriety.”
The actor released a statement explaining his situation, saying “I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web.” Aw, I won’t.
Perry has apparently not relapsed but planned the trip “as a proactive measure.” He has been in rehab twice previously for a prescription pill addiction, once in 1997 and again in 2001.
Good for him for dealing with his issues. Substance abuse is not quickly curable, it’s often a life-long issue, so I’m glad he’s being smart about it and taking the precautions he needs to take.
He maybe only 16 years old, but Justin Bieber is already writing his memoirs, well a “photographic memoir” at least. The memoirs will be released October 2 by Harper Collins and is currently titled “Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story,” reports PopEater.
“Every day I wake up and count my blessings,” Bieber said in a statement released Monday by the publisher. “My fans have played such a large part in all of this and they help me live my dreams every day. I’m excited to share just a little bit more of my world with them through this book.”
“I think this is going to be something they can all enjoy,” Bieber said of his fans. “This is just another way for me to say thank you to my fans.”
Expect to see tons of photos, many of which have never been seen before!
TMZ posted the following statement from Tiger Woods about playing in The Masters. “The Masters is where I won my first major and I view this tournament with great respect. After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I’m ready to start my season at Augusta.
“The major championships have always been a special focus in my career and, as a professional, I think Augusta is where I need to be, even though it’s been a while since I last played.
“I have undergone almost two months of inpatient therapy and I am continuing my treatment. Although I’m returning to competition, I still have a lot of work to do in my personal life.
