Twitter is a great way to follow your favourite celebs and athletes, but some of the things they tweet are a little bit careless.
Filled with misspellings, grammatical errors and often times, gibberish that nobody can understand, sometimes I wish there was an autocorrect tool I could use to immediately brush up those mistakes (Don’t blame me! I had to take a grammar exam in first year university!).
But upon seeing some photos of a group of second graders practicing their skills by correcting a bunch of embarrassing tweets by NFL players, I now know that I have faith in the future generation.
Thank God, for the world’s educators. Teaching, you’re doing it right.
Heavily pregnant actress TORI SPELLING and husband DEAN McDERMOTT celebrated the opening of their newly-remodelled bed and breakfast in California on Saturday.
The inn, named Chateau La Rue in honour of Spelling’s pug MIMI LA RUE, is located in Fallbrook, California – 100 miles south east of Los Angeles.
The former BEVERLY HILLS, 90210 star and her husband will run the inn as part of their new reality show, TORI & DEAN: INN LOVE – and Spelling loves the new place.
She explains, “We wanted a modern, chic B&B for our generation. We can’t wait to entertain our guests with fun theme nights and movie nights on the lawn.”
The inn officially opens to guests later this week, and Spelling insists she is going to be helping out, even though she is due to give birth to a boy at the end of the month.
She adds, “Dean will be doing a lot of the day-to-day manual labour. Since I’m in my ninth month, I’m exhausted and it’s hard for me to get around.
“But I love to cook so I’ll be preparing a lot of the food and conceptualizing theme nights.”

The MMVAs on Sunday may not be Tori Spelling’s only visit to Toronto.
The Canadian Press reports that she and her husband, Canadian actor Dean McDermott, are house hunting in the Toronto neighbourhood of Yorkville.
Spelling told CP that she and her husband want to find a home in Toronto so he can be close to his seven-year-old son, Jack.
“We’d love to have a little apartment and just come every other weekend, which is our allotted time with him, and hopefully see him a lot,” Spelling told CP.
The two are in Toronto until the second week in July before heading up to Ottawa to begin shooting a movie for their production company, D & T Productions.
