Noel GallagherNow that Oasis has disbanded, lead singer Noel Gallagher is breaking away from his brother Liam and going solo, reports Perez Hilton.

“I’m looking forward to doing my own thing, bringing out my own music,” he said. “I’m glad that’s what people want to hear. I am not thinking about much else, Oasis or Liam, I’m just having a good time.”

He left the band in August following comments his brother made about the paternity of his daughter, Anais.
