According to TMZ a private sex video starring pop singer Dev is being shopped around to various media outlets. Apparently she recorded herself doing the dirty with an unidentified male gentleman a while back, and we know all this thanks to TMZ. (Though, we’re not REALLY thanking them because it kinda sucks for Dev.)
According to TMZ the footage shows the singer and an unidentifiable male ex. She told TMZ: “My boyfriend at the time and I were young and having fun, it was a long time ago.” She added: “I am now a mom and engaged and have more important things to think about then someone trying to embarrass me.”
Dev issued a cease and desist letter to media outlets to dissuade them from purchasing the material. If they do, she might need to take it to court!
Our thoughts? You really can’t do anything private in Hollywood these days without it going viral, especially when there’s cash to be made. The sad but unfortunate truth — and this stands for everyone — is that if you think you’d be embarrassed by a photo or video, you shouldn’t be part of it. Next thing you know a photo of you guzzling cheap beer through a funnel or making “duck face” while doing the Dougie will end up on Facebook, or if you’re a celebrity on a gossip site.

Tupac’s estate is now in talks with a buyer who wants the rights to the song playing in the Tupac sex tape which was recently released.
TMZ reports NOHO anti-hangover drink has offered $1,000,000 for the rights, and they haven’t even heard the song. Although NOHO hasn’t heard the song, they figure it must be good if it’s a Tupac track.
One problem – someone else has possession of the sex tape which contains the song so the estate can’t sell the rights. However, if they can’t get access to the tape to identify the song, the estate is willing to work out a deal for another unreleased Tupac track.

Now there is a bidding war by two porn companies to get hold of the tape. Adult website YouPorn has already made a $150,000 offer for the footage, according to its founder Corey Price.

MTO is reporting they have viewed a sex tape with Lil Wayne and a woman who appears to be Nicki Minaj.
Some men from New Orleans are selling the tape which apparently is three years old, and was taken by Wayne himself.
The tape was passed around by some guys in New Orleans, and now three men are selling it. They want $150,000 for the tape.
Rihanna denies that she has a sex tape with J Cole.
Hustler is claiming they have obtained a video with the two hitmakers.
A representative for Hustler told E! News, “We have not made any decisions about what we are going to do with it yet.”

A ‘sex’ tape of Jennifer Lopez and ex-husband Ojani Noa has been stolen, and Lopez’s lawyers are demanding the return of it, reports CTV.
Lopez is claiming that Ojani’s manager, Ed Meyer, has taken it without her permission. Her lawyer, Cris Armenta, sent a letter to him demanding he appear in court Wednesday to return the footage.
“Claudia Vazquez will bring an ex parte application for relief, or whatever is proper, against you for removing home video data drive from Claudia Vazquez’s home,” the letter reads.
“You were on notice of the order and using false pretences, you removed the drive from her house. You have been asked to return it by Claudia Vazquez, myself, and law enforcement authorities. Bring the drive with you to court. We intend to ask the Court to order you to hand the drive to Jennifer Lopez’s attorney’s immediately.”
Meyer has confirmed that he has the tape, and plans to take it to court. Lopez recently won an injunction against the sale of the video.
“I’ll be in court this morning with the data drive… I’m going to ask that a retired judge be appointed by the court to keep the videos instead of Jay Lavely, Jennifer’s attorney,” said Meyer.
Meyer claims there are “about 15-20 minutes of total nudity between all the different clips among the 27 hours of footage” between Noa and Lopez.
Yikes, for Lopez’s sake, I hope she gets it back and burries it far, far away. Why do celebrities insist on making these tapes? They always get out. Always.
Pornhub.com has offered Demi Lovato $100,000 for her alleged sex tape reports TMZ.
The porn company has sent Lovato a letter offering her the opportunity to be featured on their site. However her people continue deny such a tape exists.
The letter also says “You don’t have to star with male talent, we are willing to accept a solo or Girl-Girl scene just as long as it’s shot in HD.”

Radar Online is reporting that the sale of Chelsea Handler’s ‘sex tape’ has been halted due to lack of interest.
Individuals in possession of Handler’s sex tape have supposedly just given up, partially due to a difficult business partner within the deal, and partially because the video just wasn’t fetching the kind of dough they were after. The salesmen were looking for a 6-figure payout for the footage.
Unsurprisingly, the tape was one that the attention-seeking Handler shot herself and submitted to comedy clubs along with her standup routine. Though she’s not shy about the tape, Handler has not signed off on its sale, adding another legal dimension that possibly contributed to the ending of the deal.
“Thanks for ruining my surprise Christmas gift to my staff…it was made as a joke,” Handler said in response to the tape on her evening talk show, Chelsea Lately.”I put it on an audition tape for a comedy club, because I’m a comedienne, and I’ve been showing it at birthday parties for f**king years!”
We can see how that may be a power play in a gender-skewed career like comedy, but it still disappoints us that Handler flashed her T and A to get some stage time. Female comics shouldn’t have to use their vajayjays to get exposure! Thank god we have classy funny ladies like Tina Fey to counteract the skankitude.
However, despite there being no proof of the tape’s existence—James is still pushing it for $39.95 and has given it the glamorous title of Tiger Woods & Devon James Sex Tape.
A website has been set up to sell the alleged tape and James promises an 8×10 autographed photo of her as an added bonus.
James’ former manager, Gina Rodriguez spoke to RadarOnline, and said that “It can’t be [authentic,] because the tape does not exist,” continuing, “This is definitely a scam and I would advise anyone thinking of buying it to not send sending in your money for pre-order, because the tape does not exist and if they have a tape, it’s not Tiger.”
Even though Rodriguez is sceptical, James’ husband Nick tells RadarOnline that it was filmed in Tampa in 2008, and “You can see [Tiger] clearly,” adding, “He’s pretty dirty.”

Radar Online reports that the girl Ashton Kutcher had a one-night stand with, Brittney Jones, has a pretty raunchy sexual past. The girl made her sex tape debut at only 19 years old!
The footage consists of a series of short clips shot on a cell phone of Jones engaging in various lewd sexual acts. The film’s masterful cinematographer, Jones’s ex-boyfriend, claims she was “definitely into it.” Jones and her amateur director boyfriend were together for a year before breaking it off six months ago as a result of their own cheating scandal.

Looks like Spencer Pratt actually does have some homemade adult videos after all – though there’s (thankfully) no Speidi appearance.
TMZ reports that “The Hills” star has allegedly stolen another sex tape from playboy playmate Karissa Shannon’s home. Shannon, who made the video with boyfriend Sam Jones, is understandably pretty upset about the whole thing. In fact, she’s threatening some pretty heavy legal action if Pratt doesn’t cease and desist immediately.
This isn’t the first time that Karissa has accused Spencer of stealing a sexy tape from her Malibu home. We reported last month that Spencer had “accidentally” picked up Karissa’s camera during a visit – which just so happened to be loaded with footage from her ‘intimate experience’ with Pratt’s now ex-wife, Heidi Montag. What a perfectly unsuspicious coincidence!
So let this be a warning to the hot blonde ladies of the world: if you know Spencer Pratt, don’t invite him over and leave your sex tapes kicking around for his sticky fingers to find. Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag might have been off The Hills before it even ended, but their drama continues off-screen. The recent sex tape scandal has a new player involved, Playboy playmate Karissa Shannon, reports RadarOnline.
Shannon claims that Spencer stole her video camera—the camera used to record a sex tape with herself and Heidi. “There is a sex tape of me and Heidi,” said Shannon. “It’s just me and Heidi, that’s it.”
Fair warning, Shannon was promoting her new milkshake when she was quoted and may have been just seeking some attention. However, she still claims it’s real but, according to her, the tape doesn’t belong to Spencer and he shouldn’t have any right to release it.
“Me and Heidi were hanging out at her house in Malibu and [Spencer] came over to pick up some stuff and he ‘accidentally’ took my camera,” she said. “Spencer had no right to steal my camera. There are other things on there that I don’t want to come out, including the video of me and Heidi.”

A paparazzi spotted the couple in Costa Rica on Sunday with a video camera. The two scrambled to separate once they were spotted by the video camera.
Spencer told TMZ that the two were in Costa Rica together so Heidi could turn over the dogs to Spencer, and that Heidi wants nothing to do with him.
