Lily Allen and her husband, Sam Cooper, have a new reason to smile.

According to the United Kingdom’s Daily Mail, the couple welcomed their first child Friday. This comes after several pregnancy hardships for Allen, having lost a baby boy one year ago. She also suffered a miscarriage in January 2008, when she was with Brit musician Ed Simons.

Coronation Street actor Charlie Condou took to Twitter to confirm the news that the singer had had her baby, writing: “She has indeed, a little girl.” Many, many other British celebrities have congratulated the pasty couple via Twitter – however, her spokesperson has declined to confirm.

She isn’t the only celebrity in baby-bliss (that’s a thing, right?) this Thanksgiving weekend. Of course, Selena Gomez is now a big sister: “Momma and Brian are finally letting me share the news! My mommy’s carrying my baby brother or sister I’m the happiest girl in the world!” she tweeted yesterday.

Another British media mogul, CNN’s Piers Morgan, welcomed a daughter with wife Celia Walden and confirmed on his Twitter. “It’s true. I’ve become a dad for the 4th time, to a baby girl called Elise. She’s absurdly beautiful and utterly adorable.” Maybe this will effect his sensitivity.

She may not be taking on the role of stepmom as boyfriend Justin Bieber is not the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby. Selena will, however, play the role of big sister pretty soon.

Selena broke the story herself when she wrote on her Twitter page, “Momma and Brian are finally letting me share the news… My mommys carrying my baby brother or sister.” She even tweeted the picture we posted above.

According to IMDB, Amanda Cornett was 16 when she gave birth to the superstar that the world knows today as Selena Gomez. 10 years after splitting from Selena’s biological father, she married Brian Teefy.

It looks like Selena’s not going to be an only child anymore. Pretty soon she’ll have a younger sister or brother to take as dates to award shows and dedicate number one albums to. How sweet!

Taylor and her dance partner at the AMAs, Selena Gomez, reunite once again to perform on stage.

During a concert at Madison Square Garden last night, Selena joined her best friend Taylor to cover her song “Who Says?”.

Taylor’s Speak Now Tour is a massive success and because of that, she’s been able to have some amazing artists appear on stage with her, throughout several cities. From Justin Bieber to Jimmy Eat World to James Taylor, Taylor’s never a lonely girl when on stage.

What a night that was. The American Music Awards last night blew everyone’s socks off with killer performances by LMFAO and incredible wins by Adele and Taylor Swift, who, I should add, was not interrupted by Kanye this time. So, all in all, it was a great night in showbiz. The best part of any award ceremony is the red carpet. Hours before the ceremony begins, stars sparkle up and put on their best pair of Spanx while we ogle at their suits and dresses. Here’s my pick for the five best dressed girls of the AMAs.

5. Jenny McCarthy goes for a bold, jewel tone shade of purple that makes her stand out among all those in white and black.

4. Katherine Heigl goes for a revealing black evening gown that looks very sophisticated.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were together Saturday at the AMA rehearsal.

A source told Us Weekly Justin “was in great spirits when he came for a couple hours to rehearse” for the American Music Awards on Saturday.

“At one point Justin even sang ‘I Feel Good’ a la James Brown!” the source adds. “They were totally adorable. They were snuggling in between takes, and he was serenading her! They look as in love as ever.”

Selena continues to stick by Justin despite the allegations by Mariah Yeater that Bieber fathered her child.

In addition to sociopathic teen moms, Selena will also be busy fending off creepy stalkers.

Thomas Brodnicki, the man in his 40s accused of stalking Selena and claiming God told him to kill her, has now been set free.

Rumor Fix posted the above photo of the man (behind the one with the glasses) making faces at the cameras in his recent court appearance.

TMZ is reporting the judge in the case said there wasn’t sufficient evidence that Brodnicki intended to threaten Selena. Prosecutors has opportunity to bring forward new evidence to the judge but because they didn’t Brodnicki will now be set free. Free to be unemployed, constantly looked up and insane enough to strike up more conversations with “God”.

Brodnicki can essentially do whatever he wants but he still has that restraining order against Selena. Let’s hope he doesn’t start a Miley Cyrus shrine out of boredom.

We’ve been teasing everyone with previews last week and now the time has finally come!

MTV Canada just posted the entire new Selena Gomez video for “Hit the Lights”. It’s a telling story of the young Selenita if she were given the chance to dance for 24 hours straight. 9 in the morning, dancing in a cornfield. In the afternoon, dancing in a pumpkin patch. By 5 p.m, dancing in the streets. By 9p.m., dancing at a house party full of pink balloon.

The video ends with Selena and friends outdoors, dancing with sparklers. Wow, Selena must be so tired by now and burned some holes at the bottom of her shoes.

Last week when Selena Gomez tweeted that her newly adopted puppy had to be taken in for surgery, she never specified the cause. Now, CTV News is claiming the pup got sick from eating rocks.

Baylor, the three-month-old husky mix she adopted when visiting Winnipeg, is doing just fine now and the adoption agency will be checking up on him and Selena every month.

“I wasn’t expecting her to adopt a dog while she was on tour and has a busy schedule. Baylor probably would have had a bad life or a very short life. But he got rescued and brought to our shelter and is now going to live a very good life,” says D’arcy Johnston chief officer of the animal shelter.

Baylor is a cute bundle of joy and there have been plenty of photos taken of Selena carrying him around as she’s globetrotting. It’s comforting to finally know he’s pulling through. Just easy up on the rocks, next time!

While in Paris wooing his girlfriend Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber was photographed by paparazzi with his pants down, E! reports.

As he was strolling through the city of love with Selena, his pants fell victim to gravity. Justin, you’re practically a billionaire. Can’t you afford a belt?

He appeared to be surrounded by a ton of security and a lot of screaming fans and he let his pants fall because he didn’t want to let go of Selena. Aww, this is the new generation’s version of the romantic “put my jacket over a puddle” gesture.

Hopefully this doesn’t start a trend. There’s nothing worse than a guy who can’t wear pants properly. I always thought Justin was beyond the baggy pants movement. On the bright side, now we all know Justin wears briefs!

Baylor, the husky-mixed puppy we all believed Justin and Selena bought together, is already going through some health issues.

Selena posted a photo of the puppy she just adopted a month ago, and wrote on Twitter: ”My baby is sick praying for his surgery.”

Neither Selena nor her representatives have given further detail as to why her new dog is sick. We wish Baylor a speedy recovery and it’s certain that Selena will keep all her fans and Twitter followers up to date with his condition.

Despite all the rumours flying around that one of Hollywood’s most favourite teenage couples (or most hated, depending on you who ask – i.e. crazy Beliebers who love to send Selena death threats), Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez continue to prove that their love remains strong.

During his stop in Paris, while on his promotional trip around Europe, Justin brought along girlfriend Selena, making  time for some romance while in the City of Love yesterday. The young couple were spotted strolling down the street hand-in-hand, looking happier than ever. Take that, Mariah Yeater!

Justin shared the love with his fans as well, posting pictures on his instagram of sites around the city, with quips like:

It’s great that Justin and Selena aren’t letting all the rumours about secret babies and sex-capades get to them. At such a young age, it’s hard to believe When The Sun Goes Down is Selena’s third studio album.

The pop singer recently shot her third music video off the album. Perez Hilton posted a sneak peak of “Kill the Lights”, which features Mrs. Bieber twirling around with sparklers. In short, it’s a really cute video that captures the singer’s playfulness. Can’t wait to see the video in full!

The 46-year-old man that claimed God told him he needed to kill young starlet Selena Gomez, plead not guilty in a recent court appearance.

CBS News says his bail is set at $150,000, and if he is convicted he faces up to three years in prison. The judge upgraded Thomas Brodnicki’s restraining order to three years. The man is not allowed to contact or go anywhere near Selena or her family. If he does, he will go straight to jail, will not pass GO or collect $200.

Brodnicki – who TMZ says has a history of criminal stalking the famous – is scheduled for another court appearance on November 16. Let’s hope God tells him to show up on time.

Somebody doesn’t like Justin Bieber, and surprisingly it’s man’s best friend. Selena Gomez’s new puppy Baylor is not a fan of Justin.

The couple visited a Winnipeg animal shelter where Selena adopted the husky mix. The dog had an instant connection with Selena, but not so much with Justin.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, the 17-year-old said: “She saw this dog, and she fell in love with it. She was like, ‘I need to have it!’”

He then joked: “We just went to the shelter just to look around. Turns out, she brought one home. It was kind of like she just saw the dog, and it kept going to her… I don’t think the dog really likes me that much.”

Poor Justin. Baylor is extremely cute so hopefully he comes around to getting along with Bieber.

Celeb Buzz has just posted photos of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s new pooch. The 10-month-old is a husky mix named Baylor. He’s incredibly adorable, just like the owners. The couple adopted the pup while they spent the weekend in Winnipeg.

Expect to see more of Baylor in the future. I bet 5 bucks that they’ll dress Baylor up in a sweet costume this Halloween.

And they call it puppy love! Justin and Selena were spotted dog shopping in Winnipeg the other day.

Two two young lovebirds that have been dating for a little over a year now are already taking things to the next level. The Hollywood Life reports they have adopted a precious husky from D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Centre.

Selena has five dogs already and all of them have been rescued from various shelters. While filming the Wizards of Waverly Place movie in Peurto Rico, she took home a dog after watching him get struck by a car. She’s like Angelina Jolie when it comes to canines.

The pair haven’t been photographed with the new dog yet and they haven’t unveiled the name either. They’re keeping it pretty hush-hush on Twitter.

It seems a little too early to talk about puppies for these two, who’ve only been dating for a year. Should anything happen between them, it would suck to battle it out in court for shared custody of a dog. But, better a baby with four legs than an actual baby that constantly needs diaper changing. I’m pretty sure the two teens are in no way ready for that! Save that hardship for those on MTV’s Teen Mom.

It’s true that Justin and Selena do everything together, even getting beaten up in cartoon form on South Park.

Selena appeared on this week’s episode of South Park being punched around and hit in the head with a cookie tray. This follows Justin’s appearance on the show last season that features his head exploding while performing on stage. Gross!

Selena’s cameo on the notoriously inappropriate show leaves a sour taste in one’s mouth. Not too long ago, she was receiving death threats by a 46-year-old man, the Huffington reports.

Now, no one ever expects the creators of South Park to ever be classy or respecting of real life events surrounding celebrities. The creators have been torturing celebrities for years! Yes, the clip made me laugh for a moment but when you realize what Selena’s dealing with in real life the joke isn’t funny any more. I wouldn’t be surprised if Selena Gomez’ team tried to find a way to bring the show down.

There are rumours swirling the web of Justin Bieber cheating on his girlfriend of a year, Selena Gomez.

The rumour seems to have started in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where the Beebs met the mysterious 19-year-old  Macarena Lemos. We don’t know too much about her or whether or not she really “kissed” Justin. Here’s all we know of her:

- She has blonde hair

- She is a lingerie model (go figure)

- She was named after this

Whether or not she’s a human and not an alien transported from the planet of Neptune is unknown. As the woman who’s potentially breaking up the hottest couple in Teen Hollywood, she’s pretty low-key. She can barely speak English!

Either she can’t speak English or there’s a lot of crappy translators that need to get their jobs re-evaluated. Macarena apparently said: “After greeting it, I returned to my table. I continued eating to a pair of meters of him. He seemed me very pretty; to his side I felt a truck driver.”

We’re not too sure what she means by that last part but if anyone should feel as greasy and sad like a truck driver it’s Justin for allegedly hurting Selena like this.

19-year-old Selena Gomez is set to host this year’s European Music Awards taking place November 6 in Ireland.

The singer filmed the commercial and in it, she portrays the good, angelic Selena and the bad, pottymouth version. I have to say, I like the latter best.

She looks like a tough gangster chick with the big hoop earrings and bandana – she even attemps to rap.

“Its f***ing crazy growing up in this industry. I still a baby when hustled up to the scene. F*** you if she dare step in front of me. But that’s okay you see ’cause now I’m the queen.”

Whoa, nelly! This is a whole new side of Selena we’ve never seen. Do you think she ever turns into Badass Selena when she’s alone with the Beebs? Regardless, this is way more entertaining than watching her try way too hard to be a perfect, polite angel.
