There will be a doctor in the house on Genie night: Sandra Oh.

The Canadian “Grey’s Anatomy” star will host the big show, it was announced yesterday. The March 3 ceremonies may bring back happy memories for Oh; she has previously won the best actress Genie for her work in “Last Night” and “Double Happiness.”

Following the end of the Writer’s Guild strike, Oh is currently back to work on the ABC hit “Grey’s Anatomy,” playing sassy doctor Christina Yang. With her other work including the comedy “Sideways,” Oh is sure to bring her signature sense of humour to her hosting duties.

Alexander Payne Denies Sandra Oh Spousal Support

SIDEWAYS writer-director ALEXANDER PAYNE has filed a response to ex-wife SANDRA OH’s divorce claim and is asking the court to deny the star any spousal support.

Oh, who plays DR CRISTINA YANG on the television series GREY’S ANATOMY, had requested spousal support when she initially filed for divorce in April 2005.

Their status as a married couple was officially terminated in December 2006, but they have yet to settle their finances.

The pair were married in January 2003 and announced their separation in March 2005.

Both parties cited irreconcilable differences as the cause for the split.

Guess Who Made Mr. Blackwell’s Worst Dressed List

Mr. Blackwell is not a fan of some of the most photographed stars of Young Hollywood.

Who was going to top his worst dressed list this year, Britney Spears or Paris Hilton?

According to old Blackwell, both.

Spears and Hilton tied for the top spot on his list of shame. Coming right behind them is Camilla Parker-Bowles, “a royal wreck” as he put it.

Back to Young Hollywood for number three, the “deplorable” Lindsay Lohan.

Three singers come in at four, five and six; Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey and Paula Abdul.

At seven is Sharon Stone and eight is Tori Spelling.

Sandra Oh, the worst actress in the world (our words, not his) is ninth and Meryl Streep makes the list at the 10 spot.
