This week Sony is slashing prices with their, “beat the heat with cool savings” campaign. Until July 23rd, a number of the PlayStation Network’s best selling titles will be discounted for your downloading pleasure. Anything to keep you out of the sun and fresh air this summer.

As well as Sony’s usual updates including new downloadable PSP, PSN, and Classic PSOne titles; we are treated to a bevy of demos to enjoy this week. Check after the cut for the list of PSN games on sale.

Wipeout HD was cut from $20 to $15

Flock! from $15 to $7.50

Savage Moon from $10 to $5

Crash Commando from $10 to $5

PixelJunk Eden from $10 to $5

Brain Challenge from $10 to $5

and 3 on 3 NHL Arcade from $10 to $5.

With PSN store cards finally being available at EB games and Gamestops across North America, I think I’ll be picking up 3 on 3 NHL arcade and Flock ! this weekend!
