Sutherland Father, Son Team Up For Movie
It’s Sutherland times two for “Love Child.”
Donald Sutherland and fellow thespian son Rossif Sutherland have been cast in the upcoming romantic comedy, which is currently in production in Toronto.
The movie, which also stars Rebecca Romijn (”Ugly Betty”) and Sarah Roemer, revolves around an ex-con on parole whose attempts to stay out of trouble go awry when a loan shark comes calling to collect on a debt.
Risa Bramon Garcia, who helmed 1999’s “200 Cigarettes,” is directing the movie, which wraps up shooting in May.
Drew Barrymore and Justin Long are back together – on the big screen, at least.
