This is a crazy. As we previously reported Justin Bieber’s ex, Jasmine Villegas, had a man stalking her. This man also allegedly paid a man $5,000 to assassinate her.

Luckily Jamsine has got an order against Steven Cintron that says he must stay at least 100 yards away from her and her family. Cintron had sent Jasmine 1000′s of messages on Facebook and YouTube threatening to kill her.

A judge in Los Angeles has now extended the temporary injunction to a three-year restraining order, according to TMZ.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

Lindsay Lohan has obtained a restraining order against an alleged stalker, reports TMZ.

The stalker has been so aggressive that Lohan fears he could commit sexual assault against her. The temporary restraining order was issued against David Cocordan, who Lohan claims has been harassing and stalking her for 2 years.

According to her declaration, Lohan claims Cocordan’s conduct has escalated over the last 4 weeks. He has come to her home at least 3 times, followed her to public appearances and sent her more than a hundred text messages as well as phone calls.

Cocordan reportedly sent a text message on May 5 saying, “F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn.” Lindsay says in her declaration, “I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me.”

LAPD’s Threat Management Department believes Cocordan has mental issues and is schizophrenic. Lindsay says she fears for her personal safety, and the judge ordered the man to stay clear of her and have no communication.

Great news for her – it’s about time the man be ordered to stay away. It’s kind of scary that it took 2 years of stalking for this man to be ordered away, though. You think she could have got a restraining order faster.

Charlie Sheen’s Sons Taken Away by Police

As if Charlie Sheen hasn’t dominated news headlines already, here’s another story to keep you shaking your heads.

Police arrived at Sheen’s doorstep yesterday, taking his two sons with soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller after Mueller filed for a restraining order against Sheen following what her lawyer says was ”specific, descriptive threats.” The restraining order, which Mueller obtained a couple days ago, requires Sheen to stay 100 yards away from her. But of course this doesn’t bother him – he reportedly told TMZ that he was considering getting a restraining order against Mueller anyway, due to her erotic behaviour. Right, that’s what they all say.

Mueller is also fighting for custody, telling the judge he should return her sons to her after Sheen’s blow-up during a trip to the Bahamas with Mueller last week, along with the string of Sheen-bursts, following the cancellation Two and a Half Men for the remainder of this season. And apparently, the judge agrees – who wouldn’t?

According to Perez Hilton, this isn’t the first time Mueller has demanded the courts to take her sons away from Sheen’s home. Mueller had originally gone to the Beverly Hills Police Department with her plea, only to be turned away and told that she was at the wrong police department, since Sheen does not live in Beverly Hills. Good job!

Their two sons, Bob and Max, who are almost two years old, had been living with Sheen in his Mulholland Estates home since before the Bahamas debacle, but as of recently have been staying with Mueller.

“I was more surprised,” Moira Fiore, Mueller’s mother, told E! News in light of Sheen’s recent…outbursts, to put it mildly. “Everything in the past two days really surprised all of us, it’s just not like him. So yes, we’re very upset, but that’s life.”

Post-Bahamas, Sheen was saying he wanted to purchase a house for the family so they would be living closer to him – I sure hope it was at least 100 yards away!

Of course, Sheen still thinks he has a fighting chance in winning this battle, tweeting last night, “My sons are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option..!”, and claiming that he deserves full custody due to Mueller’s struggle with substance abuse and her erotic behaviour. Way to call the kettle a drug-addict, pot… I mean, Charlie. Right, sorry, Charlie doesn’t do drugs. Guess you’re not buying that house for Brooke and your two sons anymore, are you?

“Brooke does have the children now,” Fiore told E! News. “I’m sure if he’s going to go for full custody then she will, too.”

And so the Sheen-Mueller custody battle begins. All we can say is, good luck, Charlie!

Jeff Goldblum Asks for a Restraining Order, Past Stalker to be Released

Actor Jeff Goldblum sent his lawyer to court Friday to ask a judge for a restraining order against a woman who used to stalk him in advance of her release from a mental institution. Linda Ransom has been stalking Goldblum since 2001 and has been arrested five times in connection with similar activities.

Ransom has been booked for both trespassing and stalking before and, as TMZ reports, will soon be released from the institution that she has been at since she was declared incompetent in 2009.

However, the restraining order that Goldblum’s lawyer wanted was denied by the judge, who said that before an order can be given Ransom will have to pose a new, legitimate threat. Definitely bad news for the guy.

If and when the woman does go after the actor again, it’s likely that an order would be issued, but until then Goldblum will have to wait and hope for the best.

Leonardo DiCaprio Gets a Restraining Order on Stalker

TMZ reports that Leonardo DiCaprio doesn’t have to wait in limbo any longer to get protection from a “delusional” woman.

Livia Bistriceanu believes that she is married to DiCaprio and that she is carrying his child, and according to Leo, she’s tried to contact him several times. This all lead to the courts fulfilling DiCaprio’s wishes and a restraining order being slapped down on Bistriceanu.

For the next three years, Bistriceanu has to stay at least 100 yards away from DiCaprio, which is good news for the actor.

As he put it in his declaration, “I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy.”

Sandra Bullock Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

Academy Award winning actress Sandra Bullock has a temporary restraining order against a man who has been accused of stalking her, reports Perez Hilton.

This is not the first time that 41-year-old Thomas James Weldon has been accused of stalking the actress. Bullock first obtained a restraining order against Weldon back in 2003 but it expired in 2009. He entered a Tennessee mental institution voluntarily, and Bullock sued the state to require them to let her know when he was released from the institution.

Last month Weldon showed up in a Wyoming emergency room saying he suffered from anxiety and he told the hospital staff that he drove all the way from Tennessee hoping to meet Bullock in her Jackson Hole home.

While it is not known exactly when Weldon was released from the mental institution in Tennessee, an August 6 hearing has been scheduled for a three-year order against him.

Oksana Grigorieva Claims Mel Gibson Was Violent Toward Her

Oksana Grigorieva alleges that her ex, Mel Gibson, was violent toward her, reports TMZ.

Lawyers representing Oksana showed up to a court in Los Angeles last Monday to ask a judge for a restraining order against the actor after filing claims that Gibson was physically violent toward her. Sources close to Oksana claim that the actor was extremely violent with her.

The judge granted the restraining order, which was only to be modified the next day so that Gibson would have the right to see his daughter.

That’s not all; Mel has also received a restraining order of his own against his ex that disallows her from talking—apparently he doesn’t want her releasing any information.

A source close to Gibson says that that the allegations are an exaggeration, claiming that the incident in question took place at the beginning of the year, and Oksana travelled with Gibson all over the world even after they occurred. The source said, “In these cases, when somebody cries wolf, the judge is mandated to assume there’s a wolf, until a full hearing can be held.”

However, there seem to be two definitive sides to the story, as a source close to Oksana claims that “There were other acts after January that were not physical but still constituted domestic violence.”

Ryan Seacrest Stalker Off To Prison

Never fear Ryan Seacrest, your 26-year-old stalker is going to be behind bars, reports TMZ. Today, after pleading no contest to felony stalking back in March, stalker Chidi Uzomah was sentenced to two years in prison.

But where did this all start?

Well, back in September. Chidi went after Seacrest outside of an Orange County hospital armed with a knife.

Following this crazy event, Chidi showed up at the E! building where Seacrest shoots his daily TV show. But this was no warm welcoming. This was a month later in violation of a restraining order. And Chidi was armed with a knife again.

So, in addition to the two year sentence, the judge ordered Chidi to stay away from Seacrest for 10 years. Also, the judge ordered Chidi to use plastic cutlery for the rest of his life. Just kidding, but not a bad idea.

Audrina Patridge Stalker Comes Back and Gets Arrested

It’s true what the celebrities say: it’s not always easy being a star, and “The Hills” star Audrina Patridge is living proof of that. TMZ reports that the bombshell is having stalking issues – again.

Last year Patridge got a permanent restraining order against Zachary Loring, and this morning he allegedly showed up to her Los Angeles home banging on the door and ringing the doorbell. Law enforcement told TMZ that someone inside of Patridge’s home called 911, and the star was in her home at the time of the disturbing behaviour.

Cops showed up and arrested the trespasser who was then booked for felony stalking and misdemeanor vandalism.

The incidents started in August when the 24-year-old TV star claimed that a stranger showed up on her front porch and handed her a stack of postcards, poems and drawings. Creepily, there was a photo of a woman being strangled and some of the postcards were postdated for three weeks later. The star was afraid he was planning to harm her on that date. Loring showed up three more times in a matter of a few days and brought her beer in which he wanted to “see her drink” and waited outside of her house for 7 hours while talking to himself. The last time, he showed up wearing a suit and a red tie, and Patridge called the cops. Loring was then released on bail a few days after and got the restraining order against him. He didn’t seem to follow that, so now the creep is in custody and being held on $160,000 bail.

Incubus’s Ex-DJ Threatens his Replacement; Guns Being Seized

Former Incubus DJ, Gavin Koppel, is threatening to kill his replacement in the band, Chris Kilmore, reports TMZ.

On December 28, 2009, Koppel allegedly saw Kilmore in a store and said, “You will get killed if you don’t lift that order … people get killed in the street for that.”

Koppel was referring to a previous restraining order that Kilmore received against Koppel back in 2003 after Koppel spit in the new DJ’s face.

In the new, three-year restraining order issued last December, Koppel will have to stay 100 yards from Kilmore and his girlfriend, and is not allowed any contact with the current Incubus DJ.

To further ensure Kilmore’s safety, the judge handling the case has ordered Koppel to “turn in or sell guns or firearms, if any, to a licensed gun dealer or turn in to police.”

Koppel was kicked out of Incubus during their S.C.I.E.N.C.E. tour in the late ’90s due to mounting tensions with fellow band members.

Restraining Order Filed Against Paris Hilton

An application for a temporary restraining order has been filed against Paris Hilton, reports TMZ. Ramiro Benitez claims Hilton threatened him physically and financially. He even mentions “numerous sexual assaults” in his application, filed Wednesday.

The application, which was barely legible, was denied. A hearing in the case is set for next month.

Kim Kardashian Seeks Restraining Order for Stalker

Who knew that Kim Kardashian was so popular? The reality TV star is filing a restraining order through the LAPD after mega-fan Dennis Shaun Bowman’s love for the celeb got way out of hand.

Bowman’s love affair for Kardashian began last fall when the Georgia man professed his adoration for the big-bootied celebutante via Twitter messages. A few months later, Bowman moved to Kim’s hometown of Calabasas, Cali. to be closer to the star.

But it gets worse. After moving to California, Bowman sent threats to Reggie Bush, Kardashian’s NFL boyfriend, challenging the burly running back to a fight. It wasn’t until Kim’s stalker began painting his face like the Joker from Dark Knight and randomly meeting her throughout the day that Kardashian finally decided that Bowman was more than a raving fan.

“Mr. Bowman sends me numerous messages each day telling me, for example, that we are in love, that we will go to dinner together, and that he is going to marry me,” said Kardashian in a court filing.

With the restraining order, Bowman will have to stay at least 500 yards from the celebrity, and will be restricted from contacting her. The question remains: why would anyone want to stalk Kim Kardashian?

Justin Timberlake Gets Restraining Order

Justin Timberlake has gotten a temporary restraining order against a 48-year-old woman who has been stalking him, reports CBC. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ordered Karen McNeil to stay at least 100 yards away from Timberlake and his property.

McNeil has repeatedly trespassed on Timberlake’s property, claiming she knew the singer, but being turned away by security guards.

“McNeil’s ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct has become extremely frightening,” read the order. It said the singer “fears for the personal safety of himself, his friends and employees.”

The woman, whom Timberlake describes as ”an obsessed, mentally unstable stalker,” will appear in court in November for a hearing.

Lindsay Lohan Seeks Restraining Order Against Father

Lindsay Lohan responded to her father’s threats to more or less kidnap her by reportedly requesting a restraining order against him.

It all started when Lindsay Lohan made headlines for being reprimanded by the courts for not completing her alcohol awareness courses. Michael Lohan decided he was going to try to get his daughter in line.

“I’m going to see the judge this week – I can’t believe they didn’t drug test Lindsay when she went into court. If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged w/ kidnapping. Lindsay doesn’t even know; she thinks she’s herself but with all these prescription drugs and other stuff,” Michael Lohan said according to Perez Hilton.

Now Lindsay Lohan is saying she is scared of her father and wants to request a restraining order, according to People.com.

Keeping it in the family, Dina Lohan spoke to people about her ex-husband’s loose lips when it comes to speaking to the media about Lindsay’s exploits.

“Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad. And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly,” Dina Lohan told People.com.

Michael took an opportunity during a taping of The Maury Povich Show to respond to Dina’s comments.

“I’m gonna do anything and everything I have to save your life, whether mom likes it, the public likes it, or anyone,” Michael told Lindsay, looking directly into the camera.

If he keeps this up, speaking to his daughter via national television may be the only way to reach her.

Miley Gets Restraining Order

Miley Cyrus was granted a temporary restraining order Thursday from Mark McLeod, reports Perez Hilton. McLeod has been arrested several times for stalking the Disney star.

According to the order, McLeod “shall not harass, threaten, molest, contact or attempt to contact, or in any other manner interfere with Cyrus, any member of her family, her friends, and fellow employees.”

McLeod has claimed to be receiving secret messages from Cyrus, 16, through her character Hannah Montana.

Terri Seymour Files Restraining Order

Terri Seymour, best known for being “American Idol” judge Simon Cowell’s ex and for being an “Extra” correspondent, has filed for a restraining order against Janice Thibodeaux.

According to E! Online, the presenter and reporter claims the woman is likely to strike again after being charged for attempting to choke her and for misdemeanor battery.

Seymour says she was “viciously assaulted” by the 33-year-old woman, in the document. She also added that Thibodeaux has since “sought publicity for her wrongful act and stated to the media that they were intentional and that she does not regret them.”

Seymour is asking Thibodeaux to stay 100 yards away from her place of work, home and car. As for her reason for attacking Seymour, Thibodeaux told Radar Online that she wanted to get back at Simon Cowell for pretending to choke fellow “Idol” judge Paula Abdul during the show.

Britney Wants Nothing to Do with Lutfi, Her Attorney Says

Britney Spears’ lawyer released a statement Wednesday saying that the star will not extend the restraining order she has on former friend and manager Sam Lutfi.

According to MSN.com, Spears’ attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III, told the Associated Press, “Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama ‘Sam’ Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future.”

Earlier this year a restraining order was issued against Lutfi in a Los Angeles court. He was ordered to stay at least 250 yards away from Spears and her homes.

Spears’ mother Lynne also filed court papers earlier this year claiming that Lutfi kept Spears hostage in her own home, drugged her and took over her finances.

According to Ingham, the court didn’t feel the need to extend the restraining order because Spears’ father now has court appointed control over his daughter’s estates and finances.

Bill Nye’s Wife Attacks Produce In Jealous Rage

Even science guys have drama.

Bill Nye has requested a temporary restraining order on his estranged wife, Blair Tindall. This is following an incident where Tindall showed up at Nye’s house with two bottles of herbicide, intent on destroying his garden.

Tindall has responded, calling her actions “foolish, sophomoric act of poor judgment.” She claims she snapped when she saw Nye giving an interview in the garden on a TV show. On the show, Nye picked one of his roses, handed it the host’s wife and talked about how he has no woman in his life.

Technically, that’s true. Though Nye and Tindall did have a wedding ceremony, Nye ended his relationship with Tindall seven months later when their marriage license was sent back invalid and unrecorded.
