This touchscreen is probably enduring a wicked hangover because it can’t seem to follow any orders this poor Canadian newscaster is giving it. C’est ridicule! [Source]
This poor baby was coerced into doing an interview against his will when all he wanted to do was relax and enjoy his sweet cantaloupe. Naturally, the interview didn’t go so well and he took offence to the reporter’s obnoxious questions and comments. He started crying after making the most awesome facial expression in history.
The reporter, Dan Daru, is from KDVR Fox 31. Although the news stations anchors originally thought his jokes were hilarz, they changed their tune as soon as Baby Drew started shedding a few tears. Reporter FAIL!
The most awesome expressions you’ll ever see:
I’m pretty sure I would manically start laughing too if I fell on my ass in front of Jude Law. Probably because I’d go to the press room attempting to be all suave like “Wow, I’m meeting Jude Law, time to make a good impression. Remember to smile.” TRIP. FALL. BLUSH. That’s exactly what would happen to me.
It’s also what happened to reporter Poppy Jamie who broke down after falling off her chair during an interview for Anna Karenina. She managed to make humour of a potentially embarrassing scenario and I’m pretty sure Law won’t forget her anytime soon! Plus, it was probably a welcome break from some of the more stale interviews he’s used to.

Oh, the lengths reporters go to sometimes to sensationalize a story. A Romanian reporter from Realitatea news channel was caught on live TV during a weather report recreating the poor weather conditions on Romania’s Black Sea.
According to Wotshappening.com the reporter says: ”The wind blows with incredible power, there are moments when it is impossible to stand up here.”
But when the cameraman pans to the side, you can clearly see someone kicking sand in the air. The station claims it was just a bad joke and commenters on YouTube who could translate, say they were only kicking the sand in the air to show how strong the winds were blowing. Unfortunately we can’t translate for you but I’m sure they had the best intentions.

Some might see this as a reporter FAIL but I totally see it as a cameraman douche move. He panned out to the reporter while her coworker was still talking about the market. Bloomberg’s Sara Eisen was fixing her red dress when she realized she was actually on camera. She had to jump into her market report, but she was clearly caught off guard and stumbled over a couple of her words.
Of course, you should never fumble with your skirt while the camera’s rolling near you — lest you pull a Britney — but in this case, her microphone wasn’t working so she was trying to fix it.

We considered today’s best viral videos through the lens of wins and fails.
WIN: Teen magician is actually funny
This teen magician gets mega laughs from the audience, but it’s genuine laughter, not a few stifled giggles from his parents and their friends. The magician does the tricks we’re all used to: turning purple ribbons blue and splitting them in two. But we kept watching because of his sense of humor, which is basically in line with a young Sheldon Cooper mixed with Bill from Freaks and Geeks. The kid is also introduced by Neil Patrick Harris, which isn’t too shabby. [reddit]
FAIL: Reporter walks into a pole
This CTV reporter is chasing after a source who doesn’t want to comment on the story. He’s so focused on asking questions that he doesn’t even realize the giant pole right in front of him. Worse, his collision is all caught on camera and then put in slow motion for our benefit. I guess the good thing is, his source stopped to help him up. Maybe he got the story after all?
FAIL… AND THEN WIN! Baby escapes from crib
This mischievous baby was planning his great escape for a while so his mom decided to put a camera in his room to see how it all unfolded. At first the little tyke falls back into his crib but he’s more successful the second time round.
