U.K. charity Comic Relief recently released another clip of One Direction’s visit to Ghana for the charity’s annual Red Nose Day. This time, Harry Styles and Liam Payne visiting a medical clinic in Ghana where they witnessed the effects of malaria first hand.
The boys were visibly overwhelmed by how sick some of the children were with Styles crying as he tried to explain how to donate to the charity at the end of the video.

Last week, our favourite British boys teased us with a preview of their latest project. In this super cute music video, the boys find themselves monkeying around with kids from around the world. Adorable! All of the proceeds from the track will go to U.K. charity, Comic Relief’s annual fundraiser, Red Nose Day.

While RiRi was off in London for Fashion Week, the always charming Chris Brown may have had a little fun without her. According to Perez Hilton, Breezy and his ex, Karreuche Tran, arrived at last weekend’s NBA All Star weekend, but may have had a not-so-secret rendez-vous at the mansion Chris rented out! Uncle Sam wants you, Federline. The D-list rapper,who has as much street cred as my Bubbie, apparently owes the IRS big! Brit-Brit’s baby daddy is just the latest celeb to join the Tax Lien Club! According to TMZ, The lien is for over $57,000 in tax payments Kevin missed in 2009 and 2010! I wonder if he’ll be releasing any more “chart topping” singles to help pay this off? Well there’s always K-Mart, K-Fed.
HIT: J-Biebs spreads the love on Valentine’s Day.
This Canadian heart-throb had plenty of love to share on cupid’s holiday. “The As Long As You Love Me” singer tweeted: “U should know you are beautiful. Happy Valentine’s Day.” Awwh thanks Biebs!! But who are we kidding, this tweet was clearly directed to ex Selena Gomez. If you were my boyfriend, Bieber, I’d never let you go! LOL!
MISS: Oscar Pistorius hits the courtroom
The paralympian appeared before a judge in Pretoria, South Africa after he allegedly murdered his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. Save the waterworks, Pistorius. After he was charged with one count of murder, all he did was cry. Pistorius claims that he shot the supermodel because he thought she was an intruder. Police aren’t buying it because the athlete’s been charged with “previous allegations of a domestic nature.”
We were all rooting for you, Pistorius! Why did you have to let us down? RIP Reeva 
Get ready, ladies!! You favourite boys One Direction have finally let us in on what their latest music video is going to look like!!
Recording a rendition of Blondie’s ‘One Way Or Another’ , the boys shot most of the video themselves and features them exploring and acting silly in Japan, New York and London.
The song will be available worldwide on Feb 18 and all proceeds will benedit Red Nose Day, a charity even on March 15.
Those charitable blokes of One Direction flew into Ghana and performed for kids living in poverty, in honour of UK’s famous Red Nose Day. The day encourages people to be silly and have fun to raise money and awareness for people living in poverty all over the world. Film footage from the performance is also going to be used for their official Red Nose Day Single, a cover of Blondie’s “One Way or Another.”
While fans here in the Western world will be quick to sigh and giggle and fall in love with 1D even more — like OMG, they are like, SUCH good people — some Ghanians weren’t very happy about One Direction’s depiction of the country. After the performance, Niall Horan tweeted “I’ve seen the slums right in front of me! This is no joke! They really need your help! Poverty is real!” (Really? I thought it was fake.)
According to Ghanian newspaper My Joy Online, Ghanian celebrities like actress Ama K Abebrese tweeted “@NiallOfficial n @onedirection … I understand its for charity, but this highly negative image of sub Saharan African countries like Ghana….. that you choose to focus on without balance for the so many positive aspects to your millions of ff”
With tabloids like Perez Hilton making fun of Niall Horan’s epiphany, I think the boys may think twice about how they tweet about impoverished countries. In any case, even if it is strictly for publicity, it’s good to know that 1D’s efforts are still funding Comic Relief projects which help children in poverty.
