Stars Wish Oprah Well

OprahNews that The Oprah Winfrey Show will end in less than two years has prompted many stars to express their support and praise for the daytime talk show host, reports E! News.

“I am going to enjoy every episode between now and 2011,” said former Food Network star Rachael Ray, host of talk show Rachael Ray. “Oprah opened the door for me to move into daytime television and I can’t thank her enough. I look forward to seeing what she does next. There will only ever be one Oprah!”

“This is a very nostalgic moment for me,” said Dr. Phil McGraw, who got his television start as a regular on Winfrey’s show. “Oprah Winfrey is first and foremost one of my dearest friends and obviously the person who taught me everything I know about television. Her show was home for me for five of the most exciting years of my life. The Oprah Winfrey Show is the gold standard and I know that she will succeed at whatever she chooses to do next.”

Rachael Ray’s Vocal Cord Surgery

Rachel RayFormer Food Network star and talk-show host Rachael Ray had surgery to remove a benign cyst from her vocal cords, reports Perez Hilton. She had previously cancelled the surgery, opting to begin intense vocal therapy instead.

“According to Rachael’s doctors, the minor, non-invasive procedure was a success and she is already resting at home,” said a representative for the star. “The hardest part for Rachael is going to be giving her voice a rest for the next week or so.”

Ray, who found fame on the show 30 Minute Meals, currently hosts a talk show named after her.

Rachael Ray’s Husband Cheats; No One Surprised

A Florida woman has told the National Enquirer that she carried on a five-year affair with TV cook Rachael Ray’s husband.

Rachael Ray is the talk show circuit’s newest darling, so you can see why Jeannine Walz would pick now to cash in on her dirt. Why Rachael Ray, the mouse-voiced spaz attack who laughs at her own jokes, is popular, though, is still a secret.

Walz says she did drugs with John Cusimano, Ray’s husband and a lawyer, and then the two got their freak on. Maybe Ray has some recipes for food to slather on your lover’s body she can share?

In any case, Cusimano’s sexual requests aren’t sugary, but they sure are spicy. Walz says he shelled out cash for her to spit in his face and rub her bare feet on his face, amongst other things.

“Sometimes he’d be naked. I always kept my clothes on,” Walz says. “John paid me up to $500 for a session. We’d often have sessions at least twice a month … I virtually supported myself by spitting on him. But there was never any normal sex involved. He once offered to pay me $1,200 to perform a kinky sex act with him, but I refused.”

Ray and Cusimano’s rep told the New York Daily News they found The Enquirer story “absolutely laughable. It is obvious to us the lengths that tabloids go to create stories. It’s just sad when they take unwarranted shots at the people you care about the most.”
