Justin Bieber had a run in with the law. The Biebs was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol along with other cars in his entourage. Bieber was cruising in a Batman themed Cadillac, reports TMZ.

The other cars Justin was traveling with include a Range Rover and a Rolls Royce driven by Sean Kingston. The boys were driving very recklessly and cut off a Highway Patrol officer.

Justin’s big brother Sean Kinston seems to be having a negative influence on him. Run in with the law isn’t cool!

Weston Cage, the 20-year-old son of actor Nicolas Cage, has been hospitalized after an altercation, reports E Online.

Cage was taken to a Los Angeles hospital for psychiatric evaluation after reportedly getting into a violent altercation in Hollywood yesterday.

TMZ claims that Cage went ballistic while lunching with his trainer after he told him he couldn’t eat something on the menu. He then became aggressive and reportedly shoved the trainer. Ugh, it’s tough lunching with your trainer, right? Don’t you hate that?

The trainer and another unidentified individual then tried to calm Cage down, but Weston raged on.

An LAPD spokeswoman says officers indeed responded to a call about a fight that had broken out near the Farmer’s Kitchen, where Weston was dining.

“We had numerous phone calls to respond to that incident. We responded and the person was taken to the hospital for minor injuries,” said the spokeswoman, refusing to confirm identities.

When cops arrived, Weston initially cooperated and was handcuffed, but he supposedly became violent again which lead them to strap him to a gurney. No arrests were made, but Cage is being evaluated.

This is the ridiculous too-much-money story of the day. I mean, really? Don’t you wish your biggest battles were over what your trainer tells you to eat?

Ja Rule is set to go to to prison, reports Billboard.

The rapper and actor was sentenced to two years in a New York prison on Wednesday, after pleading guilty in December to attempted criminal possession of a weapon.

“My last day out,” he wrote on Twitter yesterday afternoon, adding that he was spending it at the movies with his family.

Police officials said they found a loaded .40-caliber semiautomatic gun in the rear door of his $250,000-plus Maybach sports car in 2007, which they had stopped for speeding.

“Laws are laws,” Ja Rule said Monday on ‘Good Day New York.’ “There’s nothing I could really do but own up to the situation.”

“You know, I try not to regret anything I do in life, because you go through life and you do things, and you man up to them. You own them.”

In other legal news, Ja Rule also pleaded guilty to failing to pay taxes on more than $3 million in income. He faces up to three years in prison in that case, but his lawyers are trying arrange for his sentences to be served at the same time. Smart decision: kill two birds with one stone.

Ja Rule may be able to cut six months off his sentence by meeting requirements for good behaviour. Hopefully he learns his lesson, he seems to be pretty aware of the situation.

Former ‘Skid Row’ frontman Sebastian Bach has been arrested for marijuana possession, TMZ reports.

For the second time in 6 months, Bach has been arrested for weed in New Jersey. Bach was pulled over for “failing to keep right” on a highway in Monmouth County, NJ at 3:32 AM on Tuesday, and during the stop, the officer conducted an investigation and discovered weed.

The 43-year-old was arrested for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bach was then hauled in to a local jail and was eventually released pending a future court hearing.

Bach was previously arrested for weed possession here in Canada back in December, after getting rowdy at an Ontario bar.

Not very shocking, and to be honest, not very awful. The world has more to worry about than ‘less than 50 grams of marijuana.’ Let’s just hope he’s more discrete and secretive next time around.

It’s a celebrities-being-arrested kind of day.

TMZ reports that Flavor Flav was arrested in Las Vegas this weekend, after the ‘rapper’ was pulled over for a routine traffic violation, when the cop noticed there were four warrants out for his arrest.

Las Vegas cops say Flav, aka William Jonathan Drayton, Jr., was pulled over at 10:57 p.m. Friday night. When the cop ran Flav’s name in the system, he learned the rapper was a wanted man stemming from several prior brushes with the law.

According to law enforcement, Flav never settled up with the court in four separate automobile-related matters, including driving without proof of insurance, a parking violation and two cases of driving without a license.

Flav was taken to a nearby jail, where he was booked, posed for a brand new mug shot and was eventually released.

Yikes. Good luck, Flav.

As if Charlie Sheen hasn’t dominated news headlines already, here’s another story to keep you shaking your heads.

Police arrived at Sheen’s doorstep yesterday, taking his two sons with soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller after Mueller filed for a restraining order against Sheen following what her lawyer says was ”specific, descriptive threats.” The restraining order, which Mueller obtained a couple days ago, requires Sheen to stay 100 yards away from her. But of course this doesn’t bother him – he reportedly told TMZ that he was considering getting a restraining order against Mueller anyway, due to her erotic behaviour. Right, that’s what they all say.

Mueller is also fighting for custody, telling the judge he should return her sons to her after Sheen’s blow-up during a trip to the Bahamas with Mueller last week, along with the string of Sheen-bursts,  following the cancellation Two and a Half Men for the remainder of this season. And apparently, the judge agrees – who wouldn’t?

According to Perez Hilton, this isn’t the first time Mueller has demanded the courts to take her sons away from Sheen’s home. Mueller had originally gone to the Beverly Hills Police Department with her plea, only to be turned away and told that she was at the wrong police department, since Sheen does not live in Beverly Hills. Good job!

Their two sons, Bob and Max, who are almost two years old, had been living with Sheen in his Mulholland Estates home since before the Bahamas debacle, but as of recently have been staying with Mueller.

“I was more surprised,” Moira Fiore, Mueller’s mother, told E! News in light of Sheen’s recent…outbursts, to put it mildly. “Everything in the past two days really surprised all of us, it’s just not like him. So yes, we’re very upset, but that’s life.”

Post-Bahamas, Sheen was saying he wanted to purchase a house for the family so they would be living closer to him – I sure hope it was at least 100 yards away!

Of course, Sheen still thinks he has a fighting chance in winning this battle, tweeting last night, “My sons are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option..!”, and claiming that he deserves full custody due to Mueller’s struggle with substance abuse and her erotic behaviour. Way to call the kettle a drug-addict, pot… I mean, Charlie. Right, sorry, Charlie doesn’t do drugs. Guess you’re not buying that house for Brooke and your two sons anymore, are you?

“Brooke does have the children now,” Fiore told E! News. “I’m sure if he’s going to go for full custody then she will, too.”

And so the Sheen-Mueller custody battle begins. All we can say is, good luck, Charlie!

Rapper Waka Flocka did the honorable thing on Monday and turned himself into police reports TMZ. So why did he turn himself in? According to his Mom, “He didn’t want to run.”

Police searched his home on December 16 in Georgia and found a variety of illegal items. Consequently an arrest warrant was issued on him. Waka is being charged with the following:

– Possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce
– Possession of firearm by convicted felon
– Possession of hydrocodone
– Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony
– Violation of probation for driving on a suspended license
– Violating Georgia’s “Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act”

He is currently being held on a $31,950 bond.

Charlie Sheen you are the king of partying – but you gotta face the reality of your actions. Capri Anderson has launched a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen saying Sheen held her against her will at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.

Sources tell TMZ that Sheen was acting nuts and destroying the hotel room, and Capri felt her life was in danger. Consequently she locked herself in the bathroom of the suite and called for hotel security.

Capri also claims that Sheen threatened her in the hotel room, however she neglected to mention that fact when police arrived.

No word on the amount Anderson is seeking from Sheen.

It’s judgement day (again) for Lindsay Lohan but this morning her father Michael Lohan seems to be claiming a lot of the spotlight.

Michael claims that last night he was attacked outside his home by an old man in a black tracksuit, who also, as Michael says, used a sharp object against him.

Sources tell TMZ that Michael exited his Santa Monica home a little before 10:00 PM, on his way to get cigarettes, and was jumped by a man in his 50’s or 60’s, who put him in a choke hold and allegedly cut Michael’s neck twice with a sharp object.

The Santa Monica Police Department confirmed that they did receive a call at 9:56 PM and responded accordingly, but no suspect has been apprehended yet.

According to TMZ, Michael let police know that before the attack, he had received a threatening phone call.  Also, Michael has reportedly been attributing the attack to someone’s disliking of his decision to go to Lindsay’s court hearing today.

Yet another casualty on the set of “Transformers 3.” On Monday, a Washington D.C. Police SUV collided accidentally into a Chevy Camaro known as “Bumblebee” on the set.

Footage from MyFoxDC.com shows an entourage of vehicles driving down 3rd Street and Maryland Ave. when “Bumblebee” and the Police Suburban collided at an intersection.

Yet another injury and inconvenience to a movie set already plagued with problems.

Remember Mario?  The let me looove you guy?  According to TMZ, he was arrested Friday morning for allegedly assaulting his mom.

The singer‘s mother told police that Mario had been “throwing and damaging property” and pushed her in the apartment that they share.

Police said that there were indeed broken items found in the apartment, including a china cabinet, a hole in a closet door and a broken mirror.  Seven years bad luck won’t help his career…

The 24-year-old Mario Dewar Bennett was released on $50,000 bail after being charged with 2^nd degree assault.

Apparently there was no good love and protection going on in this relationship.

When MTV’s “Jersey Shore” cast return to Seaside Heights, New Jersey, they can expect their entourage to grow quite substantially.

TMZ reports that not only will the MTV cast have their own private security with them 24/7, they will also have an increased police presence following them around.

Last year only one officer was assigned to the show, but this year 7-10 cops will be with the crew. Hopefully this will help prevent boardwalk brawls and guys punching girls. However, doesn’t that ridiculous behavior make the show watchable? Watching these morons get into altercations is more than half the fun. With increased security, we may not be able to look forward to those classy moments anymore.

Known for breaking girls’ hearts all over Laguna Beach (and his long-term relationship with co-star Lauren Conrad), Jason Wahler was quite the catch back in his day. Sadly, he’s most recently been caught by the police. And it’s not the first time.

The Laguna Beach/The Hills star has been sentenced to two days in jail and three months in an alcohol offender program for pleading guilty yesterday (May 3) to a DUI charge, reports PerezHilton.

Wahler was previously in jail and rehab for alcohol issues. You can relive some of that drama on The Hills (you know, back when it was good because LC was still on it).

Nothing seems to go right for Lindsay Lohan these days. Now she is being accused of stealing a $35,000 Rolex from a friend.

TMZ reports that a friend of Lohan claims to have left the watch accidentally at her house but never got it back.

Police apparently have photographic evidence that proves Lohan knows where the watch is located. Police questioned Lindsay but she denied knowing anything.

With a mounting financial debt and rumors that she is flat broke, it’s not far fetched that she kept the watch or sold it to raise some cash. As they say, desperate times call for desperate measures.

Well this is a new one. Justin Bieber’s manager “Scooter” Braun was arrested for not tweeting, according to TMZ. Yes you have read that correctly.

Apparently the incident roots back to November at the Roosevent Field mall in Garden City, NY. The event became out of control and one girl was hospitalized. Police asked Braun to send a tweet to cancel the event, but they say he refused.

Braun is being charged with reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance.

TMZ reports that Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of a sexual assault by a woman in Georgia.

The incident allegedly occurred at a club in Milledgeville, Georgia called Capital C. The accuser has been interviewed by police and treated at a local hospital.

Police have interviewed Roethlisberger but no formal charges have been laid. Roethlisberger is currently being sued by a Reno woman who accused the NFL player of sexual assault in 2008.

It appears that when Susan’s away, the kids will play. The Scottish vocal phenomenon returned home after recording a charity song for Haiti only to find a young teenage boy retreating off her property. When Boyle walked inside her house, she reported that some of her items had been “disturbed.”

Boyle called the Blackburn police, who quickly arrived and detained the 15-16 year-old boy. Shortly after, the boy was released.

Some believe that this is the second time the Scottish star was “robbed”, the first being her loss to the young dance troupe Diversity at the finale for Britain’s Got Talent.

Amid talks of adultery and romance rumours, Tiger Woods’ biggest concern was the Florida police…that’s no longer the case.

After smashing up his Cadillac Escalade near his Orlando estate, the Florida Highway Patrol is penalizing Woods with a careless driving ticket that will cost him $164. The multi-millionaire golfer spends more than that on a meal.

Florida Police also failed to obtain a search warrant to uncover any alternative causes of the accident, not having sufficient evidence to back it up.

With all the money that Woods has made Florida as the world’s hottest golf attraction, they probably owed him.

A trial date has been set for the two Ohio police chiefs accused of planning a break-in at the home of Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick’s surrogate mother. The crime happened in June just before the woman gave birth to the couple’s twin daughters, reports E! News.

Chief Barry Carpenter of Martins Ferry will be tried Nov. 16 and Chad Dojack, chief of the Bridgeport Police Department’s trial is scheduled for Jan. 12. Each faces a number of charges including allegedly breaking into a residence to collect information on Parker and Broderick with the intention of selling it to the tabloids. Carpenter faces a total of 21 years in jail, while Dojack could go away for 14 years if convicted of all charges.

A third man, Bruce Callarik, son of the mayor of Bridgeport, is also being charged in connection to the case for complicity to receiving stolen property. His trial has not yet been scheduled.

All three men have pleaded not guilty.

Mischa Barton, former star of the TV show “The O.C.” was removed from her L.A. home by the Los Angeles Police Department on Wednesday.

LAPD spokesperson Richard French told MTV News on Thursday (July 16): “It was apparently yesterday a little after 3 in the afternoon, and one of the patrol units in West L.A. division responded to her home for a medical issue.”

Craig Schneider, the actresses rep told People in a statement, “Police were involved due to Ms. Barton’s celebrity status, to safely transfer her to medical treatment as per doctor’s orders,” Schneider said, adding that the actress is now “OK and resting.”

These “medical issues” are preventing Barton from attending the premiere for her latest film, “Homecoming.” Producer Austin Stark said to People, “There were some medical problems. She’s not able to travel, as far as I know.”

“Homecoming” director Morgan J. Freeman also responded to the news that the 23-year-old actress won’t be attending the movie’s premiere, through a statement issued to Access Hollywood. “I along with everyone on the ‘Homecoming’ team are saddened to hear that Mischa Barton will not be able to attend the film’s premiere tonight in New York,” he said. “Her performance in ‘Homecoming’ is fantastic, and she will be missed at our premiere.”
