Music artists and movie stars never fail to entertain me (however, I do get easily amused). Whether I laugh with them (or, in most cases, at them) or actually pity their heartaches and failures (which doesn’t happen often)—I always look forward to the next celebrity hook-up/screw-up.
And the month of April did not disappoint. Here are the five best and worst moments in pop culture that made me grateful that such somewhat petty life moments in my life aren’t publicized for the world:

5) Pink Reunites with H(e)art:
One can’t help but assume the following:
a) Pink’s estranged husband Carey Hart decided to give his relationship another try after watching the boyfriend/husband torturing, knee-breaking video his wife created for her single ‘Please Don’t Leave Me.’
Or
b) Pink and Carey realized that they are meant to be with one another, at least for another year.
Either way, I’m happy.

In a recent interview, Pink reveals what many people have thought for a long time.
According to perezhilton.com, the tough singer exclusively told the UK’s News of the World, “I’m not embarrassed about being bisexual. This is who I am. Love is pure and I try to keep it that way. This is who I am, what I feel. I think it’s unnecessary to draw the subject out, but I think it even more stupid not to discuss it. It seems as if bisexuality is a trend and I should whip up the masses. Well, I don’t believe in trends, I just believe in me.”
Two-time Grammy-winning American actress and singer/songwriter Pink (aka Alecia Beth Moore) has nothing to prove to the world. She has proven long ago that her she values her own opinion, and will let her voice be heard to the world. Coming out is only one of Pink’s many messages that she promotes to music-lovers and society.

On again and off again couple Pink and her ex-husband, Carey Hart have reunited, yet again.
Pink and Hart separated in 2008 after two years of marriage but remained on good terms and were frequently spotted together since their break up. Hart even appeared in Pink’s music videos after their separation.
Now, Hart told People Magazine that the two are planning on rebuilding their relationship. Hart told the magazine that “sometimes you have to take a couple of steps backwards to move forward.”

The MTV Europe Music Awards in Liverpool Thursday was a star-studded, special-effects saturated affair – and North American talent seemed to dominate – in fact Britney Spears took home two awards, for Album of the Year and Act of 2008, proving that the public’s love-hate relationship for Brit’s antics is strong and long-lasting. The only Brit winners were Sir Paul McCartney and Rick Astley (no word on whether he sang “Never Gonna Give You Up” upon receipt of his award).
And the winners Thursday were:
Album of the Year — Britney Spears, “Blackout”
Act of 2008 — Britney Spears
New Act — Katy Perry
Ultimate Urban — Kanye West
Most Addictive Track — Pink, “So What”
Headliner — Tokio Hotel
Rock Out — 30 Seconds to Mars
Video Star — 30 Seconds to Mars, “A Beautiful Life”
Best Act Ever — Rick Astley
Artists’ Choice — Lil Wayne
Europe’s Favorite Act — Emre Aydin, Turkey
Ultimate Legend — Paul McCartney
Pink is ready to get the party started. Again.
The pink-haired songstress has announced plans to release a fifth, as-yet-untitled studio album on Oct. 28, reports E! News.
The debut single off the new album, “So What,” is due out in early August. The album will mark the first release of new music since calling it quits with husband Carey Hart earlier this year.
Born Alecia Moore, Pink is rejoining Max Martin and Dave Meyers on the new album. Both men worked with her on her previous release, “I’m Not Dead”, in 2006.
The video for “So What” will debut next month on MTV.
Just because Carey Hart is no longer married to singer Pink, it doesn’t mean the motocross star doesn’t still miss her, reports People magazine.
“We talk all the time and try to stay connected as much as possible,” Hart told the entertainment magazine at the opening of his new Las Vegas club, Wasted Space, in the Hard Rock Hotel. “It’s a tough situation to be in but I love her to death.”
Hart also confessed that he still misses his ex: “I miss everything about her,” he says.
Hart and Pink married in 2006 but split this past February. Pink’s ex-hubby also said he is not ready to move on.
American pop star PINK hit out at both troubled singer BRITNEY SPEARS and U.S. President GEORGE W. BUSH during her appearance at a British music festival on Sunday (19Aug07).
Pink – real name Alecia Moore – changed the lyrics of her song Don’t Let Me Get Me from “…tired of being compared to damn Britney Spears / She’s so pretty…” to “…tired of being compared to damn Britney Spears / She’s so crazy…”.
Later in her performance at the V Festival in Staffordshire, England, Pink played her track Dear Mr. President in front of images of Bush, explosions, soldiers and crying children.
Introducing the song, Pink told the crowd, “I want to get political for a second. Maybe after one year of playing this song, the world might be a better place.” (GES/WNWCNM/MEH)

Pop punk PINK’s mother is begging the singer to have babies with her husband CAREY HART, so she can be a grandma.
The star has only just calmed down Hart’s desire to have children, and now she’s being pressured by her broody mother.
Pink says, “Carey really wanted us to have kids when we first met. But I told him that would be taking things a bit too fast, which he was fine with.
“But now it’s my mum that keeps nagging me. All I get from her is, ‘Why don’t you want any babies yet? When am I going to be a grandma?’” (IG/WNSNES/LJ)

Pop punk PINK has appeased Australia’s wool industry by confessing she didn’t carry out enough research before urging a boycott of the country’s produce.
The STUPID GIRL hitmaker provoked a storm of controversy when she signed up to a People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) campaign slamming the practice of sheep mulesing – the surgical removal of strips of wool-bearing wrinkle skin from around the tail of a sheep to prevent flystrike – as cruel.
The campaign suggested Australia was one of the main culprits of mulesing and encouraged concerned consumers to overlook the country’s woollen produce.
However, the singer now admits she was misinformed and ROBERT PEACH, president of WoolProducers, has welcomed her frank apology.
He says, “She’s been totally caught out and we appreciate that she’s retracted it.
“But in the meantime, it has done the industry some damage.
“We as industry have really taken this whole issue of animal welfare very seriously over a long period of time.
“It’s just sad that people like Pink actually don’t do the research before they make the sort of statements they do.”

Animal lover PINK has blasted world governments that are refusing to contribute to her project for mobile veterinary units.
The WHO KNEW hitmaker is appalled at how little the authorities seem to care about their animals’ welfare.
She says, “I’m trying to put together a mobile vet service to go to places where there is a problem with stray dogs.
“The initial idea was the split the cost with whatever country we were going to, but governments don’t seem to care about their animal problems.”
