Well, looks like the seemingly-ageless Jennifer Lopez has her bad days too. Taking over the cover of PEOPLE magazine, the 43-year-old singer/actress is apparently a little angry about her photo.
According to Page Six, Lopez think she the photo of her makes her look “old and haggard,” a source tells the site.
But despite claims that say she doesn’t like the photo, manager Benny Medina insists that there are no hard feelings. “Look at the pictures and read the story! We worked closely with the editors of PEOPLE and we are very pleased with cover photo and the results all around,” he said.
It’s only human to look your age as you get older and personally, I don’t think she looks old at all. In fact, JLo looks pretty fabulous and low-key here. I mean, at least she wasn’t overly photoshopped!!

A zoo in Germany has a lot of people wanting the government to impose new bestiality laws, after sexually exploiting animals. The zoo has reportedly been renting out animals for sexual purposes with humans. Obviously, this has outraged every sane person in the world. I honestly thought bestiality was a joke, cause it is the nastiest thing I’ve ever heard of. I guess since he quit his day job, Elmo could find work here? Too soon?
Gilligan’s Island?
If you were planning on visiting Sandy Island, you will be disappointed. Known as Sandy Island on google and Sable Island by others, the island simple doesn’t exist. A group of Seamen (I’ve always wanted to type that), set out to find the island, but when they got to the coordinates, it was just ocean. According to Google Maps, the island is located between Australia and New Caledonia in the South Pacific Ocean. I wonder if it is some sort of crazy portal into another dimension? Or just a glitch in modern technology…
Best School Ever?
The Perse School in Cambridge, England, might be the coolest school ever. They have a rare policy I’ve never heard of practiced at any other school. If you get in trouble for a minor offense at school, you can get out of it if you re able to tell a believable white lie. The students have only 10 seconds to talk themselves out of getting punishment. The headmaster of the school thinks it is a great way for students to develop quick thinking and it will help them in real world situations. That’s something interesting to add to your resume. Education, able to develop believable lie within 10 seconds.
Crazy Naked People
Can’t blame this one on the alcohol, at least, it wasn’t reported. This man decided it was a great idea for him to climb up onto an equestrian statue, naked, and just posed in multiple positions. For about three hours he ‘chilled’ up there in the cool Fall weather in England. He eventually got off the statue once police and emergency workers coaxed him down. Needless to say, he’s probably crazy. Why doesn’t this happen in Canada or the USA? Imagine if Charlie Sheen did this? That is all.
Most Expensive Christmas Tree is also the Ugliest
This Christmas tree is eight feet tall, and made of 88 pounds of pure gold. It is a revolving tree, decorated in Disney characters. If you have that person on your Christmas list that loves Disney, the tree is for sale. The price tag, a whopping $4.2 million dollars. It’s also in Tokyo, so you might want to factor in shipping costs. Then again, if you can afford this tree, you probably don’t care about the cost of shipping. Is it just me, or is this the ugliest tree you’ve ever seen? It actually hurts my eyes to look at it directly. I’d rather have fruit cake, and I hate fruit cake.
There are few words to describe how I felt last night when I heard about the upcoming nuptials of Canadians Avril Lavigne and Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger. I hazily remember feeling shocked and even manically excited, which sometimes happens when I’m scared and confused.
Lavigne, 27 and Kroeger, 37 were collaborating in February for her upcoming fifth studio album and told very few people about their relationship. After six months of dating People says he proposed with a 14-karat diamond ring.
Post after-shock, people are finally emerging from the corners of their bathrooms where they locked themselves, crying on the floor. Many took to Twitter with astute comments and questions about the relationship.

I know these photos are getting ragged on by a lot of people for being a cheap gimmick, but I think it highlights the fact that magazine editorials are often over-photoshopped and create unreasonable expectations around beauty. The photographs are for People Magazine’s “World’s Most Beautiful” feature.
Zooey Deschanel told People: ”I’ve gotten more comfortable with my looks as the years have gone on. All the things I like about myself go along with my flaws. I just have to accept those things.”
The “New Girl” star (sans falsies) was photographed with Mad Men’s Jessica Paré and starlet Lily Collins (below), as well as Julie Bowen, Paris Jackson, Paula Patton and Sandra Lee.
Although the spread drew criticism, I appreciated that it promoted discussion. Jezbel’s Dodai Stewart wrote: ”It feels like a set-up, in a way: If you think she looks bad, aren’t you just thinking as a member of the oppressively rigid society that keeps women feeling that they have to be flawless? And if you think she looks good, which, by the way, I do, then what is the point?”
I also believe these ladies all look fab without makeup and that the photos humanize them. No, celebrities weren’t born with perfectly contoured cheekbones and full eyelashes. The unfortunate part is that we have to be reminded by photos like these that natural can be beautiful too.
Why do people like the insanity of “Jersey Shore?” Well one of the show’s stars, Vinny Guadagnino, explains why people like the show. He thinks the reason is everyone can relate to the show’s cast and their behaviour.
“I’m in a bar with fiftysomething-year-old women, and they’re acting the same way as the little kids were. It’s every single person, it’s every single age group. It’s the old people, they get a kick out of it. The little kids, they just like it because it’s on MTV.”
Speaking of crazy behaviour, we can’t wait to see what happens tonight on the new season.
People magazine’s has officially revealed Jennifer Lopez as their “World’s Most Beautiful Woman” of 2011 (although Gossip Cop have already disclosed this information three days ago. Good job, People!), and we couldn’t have thought of a better candidate.
Although her comeback is just beginning, she has already excelled in her role as American Idol judge, and has put out a chart-stopping hit, “On the Floor,” featuring Pitbull that also marked her debut release with Island Def Jam Music.
But Lopez, 41, stays humble as she accepts People’s title of Most Beautiful. “The thing is, it’s part of my job,” Lopez explains to People on keeping up her “beautiful” image. ”I don’t want anybody thinking it’s easy. It does take time and it’s hard work. HDTV wide-screen is nobody’s friend!”
In the exclusive article, Lopez also dishes to People on being a “zero-makeup kind of mom.”
“That’s when I’m my happiest,” she says. “Just being able to touch my face and rub my eyes and put my fingers in my hair and not having to worry about messing it up. It’s so much better.”
Lopez also gushed about her two children, daughter Emme and son Max. “She is very girly-girl, just like me since I was very little. She loves for me to paint her nails,” says Lopez on Emme. “She lays out her clothes on the floor like I do with my stylist and she’s like, ‘This matches very good!’ ”
As for Max, Lopez revealed, ”He wants to paint his nails too. Because for him, it’s just paint. He’s like, ‘I want the blue! Then Marc is like, ‘Why are Max’s nails painted?!’ But he won’t sit still so it’s only like two nails.”
When it comes to being called a “diva,” Lopez reveals, “I kind of like it. We’ve kind of owned it now. But I certainly don’t like and I’ve never been a person who has what they call ‘diva behavior,’ which is something they tried to pin on me for a long time.”

Kate Gosselin is on the cover of People which hits newsstands Friday, and she is showing quite a bit of skin, posing in a bikini.
The mother of eight tells People she credits her amazing physique to her daily runs outside her Pennsylvania home.

What happens when you take seven senior citizens, ply them with wine, and plop them in a hot tub?
As nasty as that sounds, that’s the concept behind WEtv’s new reality TV show Sunset Daze. The show, which will premiere this Wednesday, looks like MTV’s Jersey Shore with a few more wrinkles.
The show will follow the often scandalous lives of the rich and retired in Arizona’s Sun City Grand retirement center. In the very first episode, two seniors get friendly in a hot tub, a few cast members bond over bubbly, and 68-year-old widow Sandy Miracle-Jones gets set up on a string of blind dates.

Jason Mesnick and Jillian Harris — reality stars of ABC’s “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” — may have to move aside because “Gossip Girl’s” Chase Crawford is “the hottest bachelor” according to People magazine.
After all, the 23-year-old actor has had quite a busy year. Crawford starred in one of the most buzzed-about TV shows, garnered a role that allows him to share the screen with Kiefer Sutherland and has recently been cast as the lead in the highly anticipated “footloose” remake.
But don’t be fooled by his success, Crawford’s ideal date involves a simple beer and pool table. “All you need is a pool table, beer, an electric jukebox and good conversation,” he told People magazine. “The day a girl beats me in a game of Beirut [a kind of beer pong] is a good sign!”

In the People magazine article that accompanies their photo spread with their new children, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt deny rumours that their twins were conceived through in vitro fertilization.
“If they had been conceived through IVF, we would have been happy to discuss it,” Jolie said. “But we have been fortunate never to have had fertility problems.”
The pair also recall the moment they found out they were expecting not only a fifth child but a sixth, saying they were “in shock and could not stop laughing.”
Pitt pitches into the conversation, saying that the twins are the spitting image of their proud parents. “Viv is proving to resemble Ange in spirit, attitude and physicality,” he gused, “And Knox, a bit of me.”
The People’s Choice Awards were handed out last night, but the most interesting thing to come out of the show was two acceptance speeches.
The first came when Jennifer Aniston won the award for best female star for her role in The Break-Up, which she starred in opposite Vince Vaughn, who, as rumour has it, she broke up with recently.
“I hope you enjoyed the Break-Up as much as I did,” she said.
The other was from Cameron Diaz, who, again as rumour has it, broke up with Justin Timberlake.
When accepting the award for best leading lady for her role in The Holiday (seriously?), she thanked all the people who voted for her. “I hope to have a long and fun relationship together because I think we have a lot to explore,” she told the crowd, perhaps a secret a message to JT?
And the person who gave her the award, Wanda Sykes, stole the show when she poked fun at the awards show, which was low on celebrities. It seemed whoever was in the audience won the award, so when she presented Diaz’s award, she didn’t even open the envelope. “I wonder who it is. Let’s see, who’s here?”

Despite rumours of a reconciliation being in the works, Hilary Swank and husband Chad Lowe have decided to file for divorce, Reuters reports.
The couple, who have been married for eight years, separated in January. However, since then paparazzi photos were taken of the couple together, which fueled the speculation that they were getting back together.
Swank?s publicist confirmed the split to people.com today.
“Hilary Swank and Chad Lowe have jointly decided to divorce. They continue to be friends and have the utmost respect for one another,” Jeffrey Bernstein, the couple?s lawyer, said to People.
