The Situation thinks the rules obviously don’t apply to him. The Situation was caught parking in a handicap spot in New Jersey, taking the spot from an actual handicap person.
TMZ has footage of the handicapped man trying to walk around The Situation’s Ferrari. Apparently when you have a Ferrari, handicap parking spots come with the deal. At least according to The Situation.
Dennis Leary wrote a song in the 90′s that perfectly describes The Situation.
Chris Brown has cleared up his parking ticket problem……sort of. If you recall, Chris Brown was cited for 117 parking violations in his condo building, but 95 of those violations have been cleared.
It turns out the handicap parking space Chris was using was actually his spot assigned to his condo unit. A judge has decided he had every right to park there, reports TMZ. However, the remaining tickets were for other infractions which he will be responsible for paying.
Still, that’s not as bad as it could have been. And we have to admit, Chris was right about this one.
Chris Brown is your worst nightmare as a neighbor. Chris is being accused of parking in handicap spaces, playing loud music day and night, and racing dogs in the halls of his condo building. Not surprisingly the neighbors are really pissed off.
TMZ reports that the building is threatening to tow his cars if they are found in the designated spots. However, just like his situation with Rihanna, Chris always has an excuse.
Brown’s lawyer says the building developer sold Chris those two spots, but never disclosed they were for the handicap. However, the building manager says Chris often parks in other handicap spots as well.
And that’s not all. Somebody has carved the initials “CB” in the elevator door of the building. We wonder who that could be?
There’s a song written by Dennis Leary which perfectly describes Chris Brown. See below.
California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s wife, Maria Shriver, parked her Escalade in an emergency zone for an hour while she visited a doctor’s office in Santa Monica, reports TMZ.
The Department of Motor Vehicles’s 2009 California Driver Handbook clearly states “No stopping, standing, or parking” in a red zone. The introduction to the book, written by Schwarzenegger himself, states, “As Governor, I urge you to study this handbook and apply what you learn to help keep you and your loved ones safe.”
