Ozzy: ‘I Thought The Betty Ford Clinic Would Have A Bar’

Rocker OZZY OSBOURNE underestimated how strict rehab would be the first time he checked in, thinking there would be an onsite bar.

The 58-year-old was looking forward to his stay at the Betty Ford Clinic in California, after the receptionist instructed in a phone call to continue drinking and taking drugs until his arrival.

Osbourne tells US magazine Blender, “I phoned them and said, ‘I’m coming in.’ The woman asked me, ‘What drugs are you doing right now?’ I told her, ‘Booze and coke.’

“She said, ‘I want you to keep doing them until you get here.’ So I go, ‘F**king hell, this is going to be a great place!”

Ozzy: ‘This Could Be My Last Ozzfest’

OZZY OSBOURNE has hinted that the 2007 Ozzfest tour may be his last – because he fears he hasn’t got the energy to hit the road again.

The rocker headlines the summer US trek again with Hatebreed and Lamb of God, which this year is free to fans.

And he’s telling fans to make the most of the show – as it could be his last.

He tells Guitar World magazine, “At my age, I don’t know how many more of these tours I have left in me. This could be the last one.

“It’s a hell of a lot of responsibility for me. If I get sick or if my voice gets blown out or whatever the f**k happens, and I can’t make a show, the audience gets pretty f**king mad.”

Osbourne founded the annual summer rock festival in 1996 and announced last year (06) would be his last.
