While being all manly in his wood working workshop, Parks and Recreation‘s Nick Offerman read tweets by some of our favourite female celebrities for Conan last night. He took tweets from the likes Amanda Bynes, Miley Cyrus, Carly Rae Jepsen and Katy Perry. While some people might find the contrast between Offerman’s majestic beardedness and the mundane tweets jarring, it actually feels really natural too me. He’s all man of the woods and such while reading Carly Rae Jepsen’s tweet where she compares herself to Snow White. See? It all totally makes sense.
Still cant get enough of The Lumineers’ Ho Hey??
Then perhaps you should listen to the all-clucking rendition of the song by The Chickeneers, a band comprised of Jimmy Fallon, Blake Shelton, Nick Offerman and Chris Tartaro.
Someone needs to get this in iTunes ASAP. Or at the very least, get this band on tour.
This version of the song is so catchy that after the first time listening, I knew all the words.
For many people, rocking a sparse “Inbetweeners” moustache can be embarrassing. While you dream of a thick, full stache, that first week can be difficult. You have to deal with shaping, grooming and the uneven forestation of your upper lip.
That’s why Nick Offerman is here to help. In his new video for MadeManDotCom, he offers advice on growing a moustache safely this Movember. If you’re stuck in the “Ugly Geraldo” stage hang in there because it gets better.
And he has some advice for you: Whether you are a wife, sister or friend of someone who’s growing a stache in support of Movember, make sure to support them. Guest spots go to The Office’s Brian Baumgartner and Oscar Nuñez. Previously: How to grow a moustache with Nick Offerman.

November Movember is around the corner which means you’d better enjoy clean-shaven men while you can. Before you know it, all the men in your life will be attempting to grow scraggly porno moustaches, bringing out their grooming comb in the most inappropriate places. It’s all about raising awareness for prostate cancer, of course, so it’s okay. But there are still a few general rules.
In that vain, Nick Offerman — master ‘stache grower — would like to offer you a few helpful tips, so you don’t hurt anyone this year.
1. Send a regular handwritten letter.
2. Use a hammer and nail for contouring.
3. Imprison an insect and set it free.
4. Smell Wood
5. Eat an onion

Since Nick Offerman is one of the sexiest comedians out there, we’re pretty stoked that the dude is stripping for charity. That means he’s sexy, funny AND generous. Triple threat right there.
In this teaser, he shows you a little bit of skin. But if you want to see nipples you’re going to have to get the tally to $1000. All the money is going to New York Collaborates for Autism. The clip is in anticipation of Night of Too Many Stars, airing Oct. 21 on Comedy Central.
Offerman is one of the many stars involved. You’ll also see Katy Perry, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Seth Rogen, Jimmy Kimmel and Anderson Cooper.

In celebration of Bob Byington’s deadpan comedy Somebody Up There Likes Me getting picked up by Tribeca for a March 2013 video-on-demand and theatrical run, some of the stars decided to smoke up in bed and relax. The film is a surreal comedy about the cycle of life.
Offerman, who is a producer and star of the movie, is joined by wife Megan Mullally and Community actress Alison Brie. The three of them also star in the upcoming indie comedy Toy’s House.
While there are so many things that are confusing about this video (Why do they each need their own bong? Why do they bleep out the first swear word from Brie but no the second?), studios should take note — this is how you promote a movie.

A drunken Will Ferrell and Nick Offerman were interviewed for the early morning Today Show in bathrobes, while slurping Bloody Marys. Neither of them acknowledge their ultra-casual outfit when the hosts ask, but do mention with poker faces that they feel very comfortable.
They were both there to promote their new subtitled film “Casa de mi Padre,” which is entirely in Spanish. The film is about the Alvarez brothers who find themselves in a war with Mexico’s most feared drug lord. Although Ferrell doesn’t speak Spanish, he studied it and is pretty convincing.
During the interview, the actors joked that Offerman initially didn’t want to accept the role as the DEA Agent but that his wife sedated him and made him sign a contract for three foreign language films. The next will apparently be in German.
Oh yes, they went there. The team at Funny or Die created this satirical video about a woman’s access birth control. The video comes after a U.S. panel on birth control and religion in which there was no female representation.
Nick Offerman, Tim Meadows, Judd Nelson and Kurtwood Smith play the privileged, conservative male “health experts” spewing out stereotypes and dangerous myths about uteruses and basic human rights.
“Women don’t know the first thing about their own health,” says one of the experts, “but they’re good at other things like poetry and real estate.”Another zinger: “Why don’t we ask a woman what she thinks? Because she would faint from the stress.”
So if you can’t get through the panel this hilarious video should just about sum it up for you.
