Katy Perry is the next celebrity to deliver a 3D adventure of her life. I thought Justin Bieber’s “Never Say Never” was one documentary too many but apparently the genre is sticking.
The movie “Katy Perry: Part of Me,” will essentially be Perry’s “California Dreams” tour, just in case you missed it while it was in town. I never saw the appeal of watching a concert in the theatre. I supposed you’d get better views than you would in the nosebleed section but the whole point of going to a live concert is to feel the vibe of the crowd and hear the music vibrate around you.
Will you be singing along with it in the theatre this summer?
2010 was very good to Justin Bieber. According to People, Bieber racked in $53 Million in 2010, making him the top earning teen musician and entertainer.
The majority of those earnings are due to his smash hit movie Never Say Never, and his cologne line.
Miley Cyrus came in next on the rich list, earning $48 Million. Most of this was earned from touring.

The ‘Justin Bieber: Never Say Never’ Blu-ray and DVD are released this Friday, May 13, and the film promises some special bonuses for fans.
As a special bonus for Bieber’s devoted fans, Paramount Home Entertainment is creating 500 Purple Tickets that will be randomly inserted into the DVDs, which will be released on Friday. Lucky recipients of the Purple Tickets can redeem them for a 5×7 film cell personally signed by Justin Bieber and an exclusive t-shirt.
The film is the highest grossing concert-themed film ever in U.S. history, having earned more than $72.7 million at the domestic box office. The Blu-ray/DVD Combo with Digital Copy and standard DVD will include a concert dance off that was not shown in theaters in which Bieber and his crew show off their dance moves, a full-length concert performance of “Favorite Girl” from the Director’s Fan Cut of the film, footage of Justin’s team surprising lucky fans with free concert tickets and a final farewell to Bieber’s signature hairstyle.

That Justin Bieber kid, that you may have heard of, has beat out the late King of Pop at the box-office.
Less than a year after Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ became the most successful concert-film in U.S. history, Justin Bieber’s ‘Never Say Never’ concert fan-tastic film has snatched the title.
On Monday, the Hollwood Reporter published figures that show ‘Never Say Never’ has raked in $72.2 million (U.S. dollar) at the box office since its January release, where as Jackson’s 2009 concert film ‘This Is It’ has $72.1 million. Although Bieber has taken in those impressive numbers, he has to work some magic before he tops the MJ global intake.
With a global total of $261.2 million, ‘This Is It’ has crippled Bieber’s doc that has a modest $83 million globally so far. However, Paramount executives predict the film cashing in at least $10 million more internationally.
The U.S. numbers for Bieber were clearly impacted by the film’s re-release with an additional 40 minutes of bonus footage from director Jon M. Chu.
Bieber will likely continue to duel Jackson’s milestones throughout the next few years, in fact he checked another off a few weeks ago when he posed with his new wax figure at London’s Madame Tussauds. He is also among the artists to be featured on a Universal Music digital-only album to raise funds for Japan’s earthquake and tsunami victims. Funding will go toward the Japanese Red Cross. Alongside Bieber for the project are U2, Rihanna, Bon Jovi and Nicki Minaj. What an eclectic group.
The apocalypse is nigh!!!!
Justin Bieber has reportedly hacked off his silky locks and ditched his signature bowl cut for a shorter, more grown up look. We know fans thought it’d never happen, but as the Biebs always says, never say never!
Though nothing’s been confirmed about the photo, #RIPhaiflip is already trending on Twitter!
We like the Bieb’s new look, but we’re still not sure how we feel about him after that revealing Rolling Stone interview…

Thoughts?
Don’t get too excited. The beloved Justin Bieber was only shot down in a new episode of CSI, which is the latest platform that the shaggy haired Canadian-boy has dominated.
The Biebs has been everywhere, from Ellen to SNL, over the past few weeks in a promotional rampage of his new concert-documentary: “Never Say Never”. On Thursday night, his short-lived television career as a character on CSI came to a tragic end.
The songbird returned to the set of the TV drama earlier this year to reprise his role as Jason McCann, after surprising both critics and cast-members with his acting skills last year.
You can watch and re-watch and share and soak in the hilarity here.

This promo tour is getting a little out of hand!
Pop sensation Justin Bieber showed up at a press conference for Johnny Depp’s latest film Rango, interrupting the proceedings to chat with the actor. Coincidentally, Depp had just finished talking about how his children were huge fans of the pint-sized star who treated the baby Depps to a performance in Miami last December.
“I’m a Belieber,” Depp laughed as he shook hands with the Biebs. Justin returned the compliment, explaining that he was a “huge fan” and wanted to support the Pirates of the Caribbean star.
Hmm, we’re pretty sure Johnny Depp doesn’t need any extra support, Justin! It probably would have felt more sincere if you didn’t edit in a post-video bumper promoting your new 3D movie…
First an appearance on SNL, then The Daily Show, and now random press conferences? The self-promo is getting a little annoying, Biebs!

There’s something crazy about the fact that Justin Bieber has the power to jump-start the career of an up-and-coming musician. But hey, Biebs, if you’re willing to help the little guy, all the power to you.
As shown on PerezHilton, Bieber’s recent single, “Never Say Never,” off of The Karate Kid soundtrack, has him singing his 16-year-old heart out and paving the way for none other than Will Smith’s son Jaden.
Looks like acting is not the only thing that runs in the Smith blood – Jaden takes to the mic and raps about things like being on a “JB” song and coming out on top even though he is smaller than his opponent.
All we can say is that this song is going to have tween girls going bananas. And between the two of them, they might have some of the best hair in Hollywood.
Check out the song’s music video, which features the two boys hanging out in the recording studio eating Twizzlers (it doesn’t get much cooler than that).
