Mythic Entertainment recently announced the release of new two background tales for the Empire’s Knight of the Blazing Sun and the Dark Elf Black Guard careers in New Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. The stories were written by Warhammer novelists Nathan Long and Mike Lee to allow players to look deeper into the history of these two new combatants.

“The Sword if Forged,” by Nathan Long follows the adventures of Regina Seibolt after her initiation into the Order of the Rising Sun. “Cruel as Ice, Cold as Steel,” by Mile Lee tells the darker tale of Highborn Druchii Rathann Darkmoon, a new recruit to the Witch King’s elite Black Guard.
