According to People.com, Canadian songstress Shania Twain and her husband Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange are separating.

The couple have been married for 14 years and have a daughter together.

Twain and Lange married after dating each other for six months.

A spokesman for the family said that the separation was a private matter and that there would be no further comment.
