These men just took the meaning of Movember to a whole new level. At the 2012 National Beard and Moustache Championships, the Thrash Lab ran into a few fine fellows with some wicked facial hair. This year, the event took place on Las Vegas to bring together a collective of men dedicated to the art of hair growth. Apparently, there were a total of 17 categories for men to enter in. This video proves that the possibilities really are endless when it comes to facial hair.
Here are 5 amazing beards and moustaches from the championships:
1. The Human Lion
2. The Full Beard Freestyle
3. The Earth Beard
For many people, rocking a sparse “Inbetweeners” moustache can be embarrassing. While you dream of a thick, full stache, that first week can be difficult. You have to deal with shaping, grooming and the uneven forestation of your upper lip.
That’s why Nick Offerman is here to help. In his new video for MadeManDotCom, he offers advice on growing a moustache safely this Movember. If you’re stuck in the “Ugly Geraldo” stage hang in there because it gets better.
And he has some advice for you: Whether you are a wife, sister or friend of someone who’s growing a stache in support of Movember, make sure to support them. Guest spots go to The Office’s Brian Baumgartner and Oscar Nuñez. Previously: How to grow a moustache with Nick Offerman.

A lot of our boyfriends, dads, and friends are growing moustaches in support of Movember. But did you know that our fellow feline friends and other cute animals are joining the cause for men’s health? Here are 15 cute (and slightly odd) animals that are ready for a great Movember ahead.

November Movember is around the corner which means you’d better enjoy clean-shaven men while you can. Before you know it, all the men in your life will be attempting to grow scraggly porno moustaches, bringing out their grooming comb in the most inappropriate places. It’s all about raising awareness for prostate cancer, of course, so it’s okay. But there are still a few general rules.
In that vain, Nick Offerman — master ‘stache grower — would like to offer you a few helpful tips, so you don’t hurt anyone this year.
1. Send a regular handwritten letter.
2. Use a hammer and nail for contouring.
3. Imprison an insect and set it free.
4. Smell Wood
5. Eat an onion

Somehow by the good graces of Tom Selleck (if my eyes are correct) it appears Justin Bieber is growing a moustache.
After some serious squinting, we think we’ve spotted some upper-lip growth in the photo we found on Dlisted. However, much like Christopher Columbus finding America by accident, we’re not sure if this is intentional.
The elusive Bieber-stache should be viewed like a Magic Eye poster: if you get really close to the screen and squint it eventually pops out at you.
We’ve yet to name this unknown specimen but we’re hearing early reports that some people are calling it the “Yeater Beater.” Like any man, when the prospect of children was mentioned, his paternal instincts kicked in and starting pumping testosterone to his upper lip.
andPOP’s special moustache correspondant Casey Jones had this to say about the Bieber-stash:
“I like Selena’s better.”
Regardless of the outcome, we appreciate the effort! It’s great to see a young, successful superstar like Justin supporting a good cause…22 days into the month.
