Kattan Marries Model Sunshine

Chris Kattan has a lifetime of Sunshine ahead of him.

The SNL alum married model Sunshine Tutt on Saturday, People reports. The couple have been dating since Spring 2005, after meeting at Tutt’s birthday party.

Kattan proposed by wrapping the engagement ring in a cheap box. He joked to People that his other, more romantic plans hadn’t panned out.

Originally I was going to do something very special,” he said. “I tried to get Bono of U2 to serenade her. That didn’t happen. Then I asked Justin Timberlake. No answer. After hundreds of phone calls and text messages, I finally ended up asking one of the members of the Hanson group. He didn’t want to get involved.”

Kattan will next be seen in “Hollywood and Wine,” co-starring Pamela Anderson and David Spade.

Italian Fashion Designers Ban Size Zero Models

The fashion industry is taking a significant step in promoting a healthy body-image.

Italian fashion designers have become the first in the world to prohibit size zero models on the runway.

The move comes a month after a Brazilian model died because of complications due to anorexia.

This new regulation postulates that models with a mass index of 18 or less would not be allowed to take part in any high-fashion runway shows.

Models in future fairs will exemplify “full bodied, healthy and radiant Mediterranean types.”

The campaign launches Friday Dec. 22nd and calls for photographers, make-up artists and model agencies to join against the rail-thin model type.

Tommy Hilfiger To Join Reality TV Craze

Tommy Hilfiger will be launching his new reality TV show, “The Cut,” tonight on CBS.

Sixteen contestants will compete in various style challenges in order for Hilfiger to find a great new designer.

The winner will receive a $250,000 salary from Tommy Hilfiger, as well as the chance to create their own line of products that will actually be sold in stores.

Hilfiger says the contestants faced hard challenges including horrible weather conditions. He also indicated that one contestant had to make a trip to the emergency room, as a result of an accident.

“It was very dangerous work,” said the King of Fashion. “And of course, with 16 contestants living in the same loft in New York City, there is a lot of backstabbing, a lot of cat fighting.”
