Sean Kingston and Justin Bieber were hanging out in Miami yesterday celebrating Sean’s Birthday. The two were rolling in a drop top Rolls Royce when they were swarmed by fans.
TMZ says Bieber was at the wheel, but the car actually belongs to Kingston. As they were driving so “inconspicuously,” fans somehow spotted the two and swarmed the car outside a Friday’s. Bieber had to call the cops for help.
Luckily a plain clothes officer was nearby and helped control the crowd.
What do these two guys expect? They are rolling in a $300k car with the top down, and they are two major celebrities. Somebody is going to notice!
TMZ reports Dave became distracted by fans who were recording him and began conversing with them and refusing to tell jokes.
CNN’s Ronald S. Martin was in the crowd for the show, and shared a play by-play via Twitter. “He’s spent more time going back & forth with one audience member, & pretty much stopped telling jokes … He got texted four times during his show and actually checked them … He’s just staring at the crowd & sighing … He’s been on stage 46 minutes & told one joke.”
Chappelle was performing for Alonzo Mourning’s youth charity. Don’t be surprised if people suddenly start asking for a refund on their donations.

Singer Sean Kingston is in critical condition in Miami following a crash into a bridge from his watercraft around 6pm local time.
According to Local10.com and TMZ, Kingston also had a female passenger with him and both were rescued from the water by a good Samaritan.
The Miami Fire Department responded to the scene and both Kingston and the female passenger were transported to the Jackson Memorial Hospital.
At this moment, officials do not believe alcohol played a role in the crash.
According to a quote from Kingston’s rep, TMZ was told, “Sean Kingston was in an accident today. No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well-wishes.”
As this story develops, officials are still investigating the cause of the crash.
This promo tour is getting a little out of hand!
Pop sensation Justin Bieber showed up at a press conference for Johnny Depp’s latest film Rango, interrupting the proceedings to chat with the actor. Coincidentally, Depp had just finished talking about how his children were huge fans of the pint-sized star who treated the baby Depps to a performance in Miami last December.
“I’m a Belieber,” Depp laughed as he shook hands with the Biebs. Justin returned the compliment, explaining that he was a “huge fan” and wanted to support the Pirates of the Caribbean star.
Hmm, we’re pretty sure Johnny Depp doesn’t need any extra support, Justin! It probably would have felt more sincere if you didn’t edit in a post-video bumper promoting your new 3D movie…

If you’re a fan of Lil Wayne, you know that he’s been released from jail. Now that he’s out of the slammer, though, he must serve three years of probation.
TMZ reports that Weezy landed in Yuma, Arizona to meet with the local probation department and start the three year sentence.
The incident that landed the rapper in prison in the first place occurred in Yuma at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint, where officers found cocaine, ecstasy and a handgun. The felony drug charge is what put Weezy behind bars, with the other charges being dropped.
Lil Wayne will serve three years of unsupervised probation and also must complete 360 hours of community service—which will be carried out where he lives in Miami.
Sources say that if Lil Wayne has good behaviour, he might be able to get the felony charge dropped to a misdemeanour, which would be a positive if the rapper feels the need to go on tour with a bus filled with firearms and drugs.
The photographer that Adam Lambert allegedly roughed up in Miami on Thursday has filed a police report that accuses Lambert of misdemeanour battery, reports PerezHilton.com.
According to the report, the singer allegedly took hold of the photographer’s backpack “where the camera was placed” and “wrestled [the photographer] to the ground forcefully.”
Although the report that was filed states that the photographer didn’t receive any “bruises or lacerations,” if Lambert is prosecuted, he faces some pretty hard penalties. Worst case scenario, he faces a $1,000 fine and up to a year in jail.
Lambert responded to the claims on his Twitter account saying, “Battery? Nope. I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground…. It was literally harmless. If embarrassment is a crime- thats all I’m guilty of.”
“American Idol” runner up Adam Lambert was lounging around a Miami Beach Thursday when he suddenly had an altercation with a photog, reports PopEater.
“Eeew paparazzi killed my peaceful afternoon on the beach!” the singer, 28, told his Twitter followers Thursday. “They’re real good at provoking, but there ain’t any pics or video of the bs they spew out.”
Earlier in the day, Lambert was seen giving peace signs while lounging at the beach in his sunglasses and straw hat, but that quickly turned to assaulting the photographer. Pictures on PopEater show the singer slapping, grabbing, and basically mounting the photographer.
“Hahha the photos are hilarious!!! LOL please everyone forgive me for that hat,” he said on Twitter. “I was attempting a disguise — clearly failed.”
MTV is apparently in negotiations with “Jersey Shore’s” The Situation about a possible pay raise.
TMZ reports that the proposed deal will see the network give The Situation a one time bonus of $60,000-$80,000 depending on the ratings of Season 2.
But why would they give him a bonus if he is already signed up for season 2? Great question.
Turns out MTV plans to split up Season 2 — using the second half (Seaside Heights) for Season 3 — and they want Mike to sign on for a possible Season 4.
This also means that The Situation may earn $27,500 – $45,000 an episode for Season 4.
Is it possible The Situation and his rock hard abs are that key to the success of “Jersey Shore?” And we have a feeling that the rest of the “Jersey” cast are going to have a problem with MTV playing favorites. We sense another Jersey brawl coming.
That is right Jersey Shore fans, say so long to your favourite, Snooki. And while you’re at it, say good-bye to the Situation and Pauly D.
Jersey Shore producers are searching for all new cast members for the third season of the hit TV series, reports DOSE.ca. This meaning that the heavily-tanned and muscled cast will be out of a job after next season.
However, there is one question. Why are Snooki and The Shore cast being given the boot? They are massively popular and draw in tons of viewers for MTV, with their crazy drama. And the answer is, the money.
Reportedly, the network was unhappy that the cast demanded a massive raise for the second season. The cast managed to negotiate up to $10 000 US per episode.
But not to worry, there is still one more season with the original Jersey kids. They are currently filming the second season in Miami, which will premiere July 29. And in the mean time, director Doron Ofir is casting for several Jersey Shore spinoffs.
The spinoffs include; The Persian Version, Wicked Summer, Chongas and Friggin’ Weddings. And by the way, this is no joke. Please prepare yourself.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Just because Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is a little girl that doesn’t mean the “Jersey Shore” member is not ready to tussle, as she has demonstrated before.
On Saturday evening, Snooki decided to get in another fight with a male patron at a Miami bar, reports RadarOnline.com. The website features a video of the incident occurring.
The website reports that the newly-single Snooki was out drinking with fellow cast member Jenni “JWOWW” Farley and became upset with a male patron who was attempting to work his charms.
Snooki later started throwing food at the rejected man and his green shirted friend. Eventually both parties started throwing drinks at each other, and the classless stupidity continued.
Megan Hauserman probably wishes she could have married a lawyer when she appeared on VH1′s “Megan Wants a Millionaire.”
The reality TV star was arrested Thursday night after being pulled over for DUI, reports E! Online. The beauty was weaving in between lanes and clocked at 75mph in a 55mph in Miami Beach, around 3:15am.
Officers pulled her over and smelt alcohol on her breath and noticed she had bloodshot eyes and her speech was slurred. She later failed a breathalyzer and put in jail, but was later bailed out on a $1,000 bond.
At the time of her arrest, Hauserman was reportedly on her way to a posh Pompano Beach strip club to emcee a nude $250,000 beauty contest.
Wow what a shot to the ego that must be. E! Online reports that MTV’s “Jersey Shore” entourage were denied entry to multiple Miami hotspots.
According to the website, Miami clubs are hesitant to allow the group in with all of their fuss. So apparently tacky pricks and beating up girls may work in Jersey, but not in Miami.
Go figure.
During a rescue mission to Haiti, actor Sean Penn personally saved at least two lives, reports TMZ. He and his daughter Dylan drove an hour-and-a-half to rescue a woman and an orphaned child who were trapped in rubble outside the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince.
It looks like Pauly D from MTV hit “Jersey Shore” has landed a new gig in Boston.
TMZ is reporting that Pauly will be working at Boston club Royale which opens next month and it will be the biggest club in Boston. Pauly starts in May and hopes this will end up to be a more permanent role. Hopefully this commitment will not interfere with the next season of “Jersey Shore”

Jersey Shore producers have been eyeing the white sandy beaches of Miami to shoot scenes for the show’s confirmed season two, reports TMZ.
In a letter that TMZ apparently discovered, producers of the MTV hit asked the owner of Mynt Lounge, a hot Miami nightclub, if they could shoot scenes for the upcoming season in March and April.
When will people learn that they need to be careful what they post on Twitter. Last night after partying with Akon and Chris Brown in a Miami club, Bow Wow posted the following to Twitter – “Face numb im whippin the lambo. Tispy as f*k. Just left @livmiami.” This was then followed by “Im f**ked up!!! Ohhhh damn. Y i drive the lambo. Chris might have to drive after next spot.”

Britney Spears is bringing the excitement of the circus everywhere she goes. The 27-year-old popstar, who is currently on her Circus world tour, is donating $100,000 to the Miami Children’s Hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care program.
Spears also visited with her fans at the hospital. She made a surprise, 30-minute visit with 40 sick children at the hospital on Saturday before her show at the American Airlines Arena. According to E! News, Spears posed for photos with the kids and signed autographs.
