50 Cent has been trying to sell his Farmington, Connecticut mansion for almost two years, according to Perez Hilton.

He paid $4.1 million for the 50,000 square foot, 19 bedroom house, and invested $6 million in repairs. The rapper said the place had a “Miami Vice feel” to it before he fixed it up, installing stripper poles and a disco.

He was originally asking $18.5 million for the house, but dropped his price to $14.5 million in 2008. He’s now hoping to receive $10.9 million – still $800,000 more than he spent on the place.

The new film adaptation of TV’s “Miami Vice” has replaced “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” as top dog at the box office, after Johnny Depp’s swashbuckling sequel held the spot for three weeks.

Reuters reports that “Vice” brought in approximately $25.2 million US across North America in its debut weekend.

The movie stars Jamie Foxx and Colin Farrell as undercover anti-drug detectives in the sordid underbelly of Miami. Directed by Michael Mann, the film had a budget of $135 million. Exit polls of film audiences showed that Foxx was the main draw for movie-goers.

Foxx and Mann worked together previously on 2004′s “Collateral,” which took in $24.7 million for its debut.

After “Pirates,” which took in $20.5 million for its fourth weekend, the top five was rounded out by “John Tucker Must Die,” and animated features “Monster House” and “The Ant Bully.”
