Maury Povich?s lawyers have brought forward motions to dismiss the $100 million sexual harassment lawsuit against him, eOnline says.

The suit was filed by Povich?s producer, Bianca Nardi, and claimed that Povich and other employees made her dress provocatively, watch porn movies with her bosses and make guests lie about their sexual pasts to make the show more exciting.

When she complained, the executive producer of the show allegedly gave her a bigger workload and sent her to another producer?s team after hinting she would be fired if she didn?t keep her complaints to herself.

NBC Universal, which produces Maury, and Povich’s production company MoPo are also named in the suit.

Spokespeople for all involved have denied the charges.

“We have done a complete and thorough investigation of her allegations of harassment and we are satisfied that there is no merit to them. We stand behind our experienced and dedicated staff, fully,” Maury spokesman Gary Rosen said in April.

Nardi?s lawyer says the charges should not be dismissed and that his client is exercising her constitutional right.
