Paris Hilton confirmed she plans to marry Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos with new-found best gal-pal Britney Spears as Matron of Honour.

The socialite queen bee divulged the info to a British publication, The Daily Star.

“It’s true. I am going to get married,” she said. “I want a fairytale wedding and Britney’s going to be my matron of honor. She can advise me,” she added.

Apparently, two failed marriages qualifies Spears as a sage marriage advisor.

Paris and Stavros’ on-again off-again relationship has lasted several years. At one point they were engaged but called off the wedding.

Paris has also been tied to another Greek shipping heir…Paris Latsis.
