With the screaming goat videos replacing the Harlem Shake as the Internet’s new viral video, why only stop at Taylor Swift? The new meme has everyone making remixes from Miley Cyrus, to One Direction and yes, even Bon Jovi. Bon Jovi? Trust me, the goat fits right into the song. Here are ten of the best goat videos out there right now:
Miley Cyrus – Party in the USA
This rendition of “Party in the USA” got me nodding my head like yeaaah, shaking my hips like yeaaaaah.
Justin Bieber – Baby
The classic “Baby” song. I think this one speaks for itself.
Rebecca Black – Friday
Is it bad to say that I believe this version might actually make it sound better?

Kristen Stewart
What she’s wearing: K-Stew busted out a Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2013 romper to promote the final Twilight movie in Tokyo, Japan.
Why we love it: This look is fresh off the Paris Fashion Week and I couldn’t be more stoked that Stewart chose to wear this look. Stewart is finally coming into her own red carpet style and leaving her naysayers in the dust. The black and white checks is a cool design feature that feels refreshing due to the simplicity and large size of the pattern. Also it’s a romper which makes it all the more fun. The outfit looks very mod but still modern.
Takeaway: Designers are giving a fashion twist to plaids and checkered patterns so be on the lookout for some funkier versions of these everyday patterns. Also opting for a black and white look can be a very safe choice, so do black and white in a cool pattern that keeps the look modern.
Victoria Beckham
What she’s wearing: Posh Spice was spotted out and about in New York City in a Comme des Garçons floral print blouse and J Brand high-waist bell bottom jeans.
Why we love it: We all know that Ms. Beckham can pull off a skin-tight mini dress like no other, so it’s always nice to see her in pants, separates, and prints. Her floral blouse is in a nice brown that pops with bright reds and yellows. Also Beckham just oozes fashion that she manages to make these high-waisted bell bottom jeans high fashionable and not mom-jeany (sorry Anne Hathaway).
Takeaway: High-waisted jeans are not for everybody so if you are self-conscious about your derrière or your tummy you might want to stay away. However bell bottom or flare jeans are actually flattering to most body types so they are a safer bet when you want to change up the types of jeans you wear.
Adam Levine and PJ Morton (Maroon 5) Read more…
You may recognize these five people above from their most popular viral video cover of Gotye & Kimbra’s “Somebody That I Used to Know,” where they all played together on one guitar. The video now has close to 130 million views on their YouTube and since then continued to woo the world with their extreme imagination and talent.
Walk Off the Earth took a new popular radio hit into their hands with Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa’s “Payphone,” including a wide range of instruments and vocals, showing their audience everything they know about hitting all the right notes and melodies. The camera pans from member to member demonstrating their skills including a rap solo from Sarah Blackwood, “Listen boy, I ain’t gunna answer the phone / so you can leave a message after the tone…beeeep,” while throwing up the finger.
What song would you like to see them cover next?

We recently saw Victoria Justice and Max Schneider’s one-take music video for their Bruno Mars cover and found out pretty quickly that their lives are dayam awesome. The duo took on a Maroon 5 medley, which includes “Payphone,” “Moves Like Jagger” and “She Will Be Loved” among others. Whatever they’re doing, they look like they’re having fun.
Just like their Bruno Mars video, this Kurt Schneider-directed clip is a live lyric video, which is challenging to shoot considering they’re jetting from room to room in a live action sequence. If you’re dying to see the two in action, they’re going on tour in a couple weeks. Check out their tour dates here.
Watch the clip below:
Bad boy Adam Levine released his fourth album with Maroon 5 earlier last month Overexposed, with one hit in particular that’s been topping the charts and constantly on the airwaves, “Moves Like Jagger.” With all his success (including being a judge on The Voice) it’s not clear that this will be his last album with the band.
During an interview with The Sun, Levine mentions his pet peeves more in depth how “scenes” are a thing of the past. “People who tell me they only like one kind of music, I want to punch them in the face.” He goes into talking about past legends, “There’s never going to be another Stones or The Beatles, another Elvis, because they existed in a time when nothing like that existed.”
Now we know he took out his boxing gloves for Maroon 5′s “One More Night” music video, but sadly didn’t dish out on any names in particular. Maybe in the future we can see Levine in a celebrity boxing match? Future possible career (on the side) because there’s no way I can live without his soothing voice.

If you’re the type of person that’s obsessed with pop songs or has a poor attention span then your head is pretty much going to explode when you hear this new “Pop Mash Up” by Vissagan Gopalakrishnan. The track remixes 40 pop songs into four minutes of bliss, including tracks by Rihanna, One Direction, Maroon 5 and Katy Perry.
While we’re happily doing the space hugger to this track, Gopalakrishnan is a bit of a pop music grouch: “I was listening to the radio when I realized I could mix every song I had just heard. Pop songs are so replaceable these days…”
Even if he was trying to prove the point that some pop music can sound formulaic, we still think it’s a solid mashup.

Here I was thinking Usher’s new video for “Scream” would feature tons of ladies screaming their heads off in intense pleasure but alas, relying on the most literal approach when envisioning music videos isn’t always the best way to go (unless you’re Jessie J and the video is “Laserlight” or Maroon 5 and the video is “Payphone“).
Anyway, Usher’s new video does feature a few screaming fans at the end of the video (he’s basically orchestrating their cheers) but mostly it features shots of him running, dancing in a white suit and getting saucy with a sultry lady.
The BBGun-directed video also features footage from his off-broadway show Fuerza Bruta, performed this past April. The footage taken from the show includes a female cast member floating above him, suspended in a watery bubble.

You think Adam Levine looks dapper in his smart business suit and hipster glasses? Just wait for it, Fugitive Adam Levine is pretty smoking too. In Maroon 5′s new music video “Payphone,” he and his love interest become unexpected criminals after standing up to his bandmates robbers that hold up a bank.
The duo narrowly escape the bullets of the black-hooded thieves and cops in a mad dash to a stolen getaway car that Levine drives off in. Naturally, the snazzy sports car belongs to rapper Wiz Khalifa. A police chase leads to explosions and car wreckages but I won’t tell you whether Levine makes it out alive. The song is the lead single off Maroon 5′s upcoming album Overexposed, which is out on June 26.

I’m officially obsessed with Alfie Magliano, who seamlessly arranged 40 current pop songs into one score. As someone who plays the piano, I’m incredibly impressed he managed to shoot the entire 14 minute song in one take, without any editing.
The track list goes in the exact order of Billboard’s Top 40 list, plus a bonus song. Included, is One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful,” Gotye’s “Somebody that I Used To Know” and Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend.” The whole medley is like a quick rundown of songs that are hot now, while giving makeovers to the ones you may be tired of. Magliano previously posted a top 40 video in September, and we’re crossing our fingers for more.

Maroon 5′s lead single from Overexposed “Payphone” is an infectious pop song that you can expect to have stuck in your head ALL summer. The track features Pittsburgh MC Wiz Khalifa on their poppiest album yet.
Adam Levine, who’s music career has been on the up since The Voice, sings to you: “If happy ever after did exist, I would still be holding you like this.” If you insist.
The album will be out on June 26 and was produced by Max Martin.

Sadly, Kanye is not on this year’s WTF Grammy list, which has us wondering, is he taming down or saving his energy for something doubly shocking? Only time will tell. In the meantime, there were plenty of bewildering/confusing/awkward moments to tide us over.
1) No one knows who Bon Iver is. Really? This is like last year’s who the f**k is Arcade Fire moment. Bon Iver won best new artist, though he’s not exactly new on the scene. A new Twitter account has been created in recognition, called Who Is Bonnie Bear?
2) Nicki Minaj’s Grammy ensemble made her usual skin-bearing outfits look conservative. Minaj channeled her religious side, donning a red Versace Catholic-inspired robe. She had a Pope look-a-like escort her and later performed an exorcism on herself — not sure how her date felt about that part. We’re comparing this to Lady Gaga’s egg moment of last year.
3) The most ironic moment of the night goes to the Foo Fighter’s walking off the stage to LMFAO’s “Party Rock” after winning best rock performance. Grohl shouted “long live rock ‘n’ roll” as the electro pop song negated their point.
4) Coldplay got slack for his cracking voice. We all thought Adele was the one to worry about, what with her throat surgery and all, but apparently Chris Martin and Rihanna’s performance was not a favourite. Strangely, a Chipotle commercial aired right after the performance, featuring Coldplay’s music, prompting many to say the commercial represented an actual Coldplay performance. I don’t see the big deal! I don’t think his voice was that bad. Just me? Okay.
5) The Beach Boys reunion underwhelmed audiences. I hate to say it, but it kind of felt like a performance for a Florida retirement home. The California boys shared the stage with Maroon 5 and Foster the People. Foster the People has my vote as best of the three, though the band looked scared out of their minds.

E!’s Guliana Rancic couldn’t take no for an answer when interviewing Maroon 5′s Adam Levine about his supermodel girlfriend, Ann Vyalitsyna.
Giuliana’s normally very friendly and respectful when interviewing A-list celebrities but for some reason, she couldn’t help but pry into Adam’s love life. She kept asking him what songs he sings to his Victoria’s Secret girlfriend. While Adam always comes off an an arrogant, conceited guy, I can’t blame him for not wanting to talk about his personal life.
Watch the cringeworthy interview at Buzzfeed.

NBC’s ‘The Voice’ has announced that they’ve enlisted more celebrity talent for their upcoming season – this will surely challenge those over at ‘American Idol’ the most watched show on television.
According to Rolling Stone, each of the show’s panelists will now be joined by two celebrity advisors from the music industry. Cee-Lo Green will be joined by other R&B heavyweights, Ne-Yo and Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds. Maroon 5′s frontman Adam Levine will have some help from Alanis Morissette and Robin Thicke while mentor Christina Aguilera will be joined by Jewel and industry-icon, Lionel Richie.
“I trust the show more than I trust the record industry at this point,” said Levine about reality show singing contests, in a recent Reuters interview. “It is a very tired format, but in a way this is a very fresh way of doing it.”
Another mentor, country-star Blake Shelton is pulling in two reality-show veterans – his wife, Miranda Lambert and Kelly Clarkson. That’s right, Seacrest.
“I chose Miranda and Kelly because they both survived reality television shows,” Shelton told reporters at an annual gathering of TV critics. “I just wanted somebody who could talk to them about what they were going through.”
Executive producer and reality show innovator Mark Burnett admits that the show’s success hasn’t yet fulfilled its expectations. Last year’s winner Javier Colon (who?) released his album and peaked at no.134 on the Billboard 200 album chart. That doesn’t even come close to the success of “Idol” winners in the vein of Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.
It’s impossible to predict success in the ever-changing music industry and even making a name for yourself in the Billboard chart is a huge feat. Though this season could change everything, again.
The new season of ‘The Voice’ premieres February 5 on NBC.
Even since repeatedly pestering that poor DJ to turn the record up in 2005, Robyn Rihanna Fenty has been a chart-topping powerhouse representative of Def Jam Records. With her collaborations dominating the charts as of late, it seems that the recipe to Billboard success is a Rihanna hook. After all, she has the most digital number-one hits with eleven and counting.
That’s more number-one’s than Stevie Wonder or Janet Jackson. That’s two away from Michael Jackson and nine away from the untouchable Beatles. Are we talking quantity, not quality? It’s up for debate. How does she compare to the Gaga’s, Perry’s and Beyonce’s?
Turn on the radio. Open a music magazine. And if they’re on a break from their teen-preganancy programming, watch MTV. From Maroon 5 to Eminem to Coldplay to Lonely Island, there is that familiar sultry croon of the official ambassador of youth and culture for Barbados. She is considerably the most-featured female singer of this millennium. She’s no Fitzgerald, or Goulding for that matter, but it’s either she has a remarkable talent or impeccable timing. OK, maybe Jay-Z has a little something to do with it.
Going back to 2008, she was featured on two of the biggest songs of the year: Maroon5′s “If I Ever See Your Face Again” and T.I.’s redemption-song “Live Your Life.” Two opposing ends of the musical spectrum that equally delivered as hits in their respective genres.
Recently, her collaborations haven’t slowed down, they’ve been unescapable on the pop-charts. She duels with Nicki Minaj, harmonizes on Kanye’s “All of the Lights”and even trades verses with Chris Martin in Coldplay’s “Princess of China” In response to his appearance on “What’s My Name?”, Rihanna flourishes in the role of a wounded-love on the title track of Drake’s upcoming Take Care EP.
Her solo success should not be ignored. In Billboard’s 53-year-history, Rihanna is in a third-place tie with the legendary Whitney Houston for most chart-toppers, behind Mariah Carey and Madonna. That’s a fine line between jaw-dropping and head-scratching. She was also named Digital Song Artist of the Decade in 2009, passing Mr. West, Beyonce and Taylor Swift.
In a recent study, the most popular videos on YouTube are unsurprisingly, music videos that occupy an incredible 86% of the top 60 most-viewed. What’s even more mind-boggling is that a trifecta of pop-artists total a 25% of those 60 videos: Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Rihanna. Bieber impregnates the rest of the pack with 1.664 billion views. Mother Monster rolls in with 842 million views and Rihanna clocks in with 715 million views.
With her new album Talk That Talk on the horizon (due out November 21), critical pop-singles are expected to stampede the airwaves. She took to Twitter on Tuesday to confirm that her mentor would appear on the title track: “Yes sir! Jigga man is on the title track #TTT.” What a clubhouse that must be, with Kanye and Jay meeting their female counterparts of Beyonce and Rihanna for an afternoon picnic.
Hova and Ri-Ri previously collaborated on her mega-hit “Umbrella” and he featured her on that Blueprint 3 power-house single, “Run This Town.”
She’s definitely beating Chris Brown’s success to death.
The people at Victoria’s Secret have yet again proved that their sole purpose in this world is to make men happy. Gentlemen, Christmas came early this year.
In this ridiculously cute two-and-a-half minute video, a group of slim and perfectly symmetrical real-life Barbies parade around in menswear singing Maroon 5′s ‘Moves Like Jagger.” It shares an uncanny similarity to the actual music video that has over 60 million hits to date. However, this is much, much better.
The video features supermodels Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana LIma, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Doutzen Kroes, Erin Heatherton, Lily Aldridge, Lindsay Ellingson, Miranda Kerr and Anne Vyalitsyna, who all get a thumbs up from Adam Levine for their sultry performance of his hit song.
To be honest, I have no idea why Maroon 5 made a music video without Victoria’s Secret models in the first place. They could have saved money and the lingerie makers would have picked up the bill. Either way, if you haven’t already seen this, enjoy!
Over 100 million people watch the Superbowl every year and when it comes to the lingerie of superbowls, over ten million people tune in to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Last night’s show raked in the highest ratings since 2002, the Hollywood Reporter says. The show certainly got some help from the hottest rappers around the most expensive bra ever (Miranda Kerr rocked a $2.5 million dollar bra).
Jay-Z and Kanye performed “N*ggas in Paris” while a a pregnant Beyonce got to throw her diamond-filled hands in the air, waving them around like she just didn’t care. Check out the video below.
Kanye later performed his 2007 hit “Stronger”.
Nicki Minaj brightened up the stage by popping by to sing “Super Bass”.
Last but not least, Maroon 5 performed “Moves Like Jagger” without Christina Aguilera. Lead singer Adam Levine certainly didn’t miss her since he seemed incredibly distracted by his girlfriend, Victoria’s Secret model Anne Vyalitsyna. He even escorted her down the runway and planted a big kiss on her. It’s so cute, I want to throw up.
Demi Lovato is sure making Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera look like chumps as she does a sweet rendition of their hit “Moves Like Jagger”.
Demi spent last night in Detroit, Michigan and halfway through her set she performed this radio-friendly track. She was dressed like a Grecian goddess and backup dancers performed behind her.
Normally, singers go old-school with their cover selections but it’s refreshing to see Demi cover something very current and buzzworthy. Who knows, maybe Aguilera will return the favour and cover Demi’s song Skyscraper some day soon.
Check out the performance video below.
Adam Levine from Maroon 5 sent out a tweet yesterday that was less than flattering about MTV’s VMAs.
His tweet read, “the VMA’s. one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I’m drawing a line in the sand. fuck you VMA’s.”
Of course he is referring to MTV’s change in focus. MTV use to be all about music, but now they are more into reality TV like Jersey Shore.
Thanks Snooki.
According to People Magazine, early Monday morning singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw was attacked in the East Village in New York City at about 4:30 a.m. Following the attack, DeGraw, 34, who was alone at the time, stumbled into the middle of the street and was hit by a taxi cab. The singer was taken to Bellevue Hospital after a man, who police say had blood on his shirt and seemed to be intoxicated, called 911 with a report that a male was in need of assistance, located at the corner of 1st Ave. and 19th St.
DeGraw, who is currently on tour with Maroon 5 and Train, is believed to have suffered a broken nose and cuts to his face, and remains in stable condition.
In a statement, DeGraw’s representative said, ”Gavin DeGraw was assaulted … and was taken to the emergency room at Bellevue Hospital by ambulance. He is currently under observation. We have no additional information at this time.”
We wish DeGraw a full and quick recovery!
Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine will collaborate on a new Maroon 5 single, reports Billboard.
The two music artists, who are judges on NBC’s ‘The Voice,’ will collaborate on the track ‘Moves Like Jagger.’
The single is set to be released next week on iTunes. They also plan to perform the single on the June 21 episode of the show.
Levine said in a statement that it was “great” getting to work with Christina, while Aguilera called the collaboration a “wonderful opportunity.”
The song is described as a quintessential Maroon 5 pop song, with an upbeat tune. This isn’t the first time Levine has teamed up with a pop icon, previously jamming with Rihanna on ‘If I Never See Your Face Again.’
I’m excited, I’m sure the song is great! It will be interesting to see how Aguilera’s powerful voice mixes with Levine’s softer, serenading voice. Great publicity for ‘The Voice,’ too.
