Miley Cyrus Album PicsMiley Cyrus was granted a temporary restraining order Thursday from Mark McLeod, reports Perez Hilton. McLeod has been arrested several times for stalking the Disney star.

According to the order, McLeod “shall not harass, threaten, molest, contact or attempt to contact, or in any other manner interfere with Cyrus, any member of her family, her friends, and fellow employees.”

McLeod has claimed to be receiving secret messages from Cyrus, 16, through her character Hannah Montana.
