Redditor dmundt posted this photoshopped picture of himself sitting next to none other than Kanye West. Obviously, we would love to have the opportunity to be seated next to Yeezy himself, you know, if he ever bothered to be on a commercial flight with us normal people. But what do you do during the flight?
Here are just some ideas on how to pass the time if you’re with Kanye West:
1. Tuck him in with his Louis Vuitton blanket as he’s falling asleep

2. Ask him if he would like some fishsticks

3. Ask him just how good is his music really is. We all know he listens to his own music
4. Ask if you could borrow that badass leather kilt of his

5. So, Donda?

Yup, sounds like a good ol’ time with Yeezy.

Years of watching TLC’s What Not to Wear has taught me that there always comes a point in one’s life when you suddenly become too old to wear whatever you want.
Luckily for many of us, that point of no return is still a long ways away from ruining our style-seeking eye. Now let us indulge in all of the cute, quirky and edgy fashions our hearts desire before we all start looking like Madonna.
This week, let’s take some inspiration from the Fanning sisters’ choice in cute cat hats during their holiday visit to Seoul, South Korea. It wasn’t just Hello Kitty’s cute face that caught my eye — it was the cute little ears sitting on top of both Elle and Dakota Fanning’s heads.
This isn’t the first time animal ears have caught the fashion world’s attention. Here’s a quick primer on just some other fashionable animal headgear from the past and present.

Endless hours of entertainment.

TREND: Over the Top Curls

If you’ve been following Beyoncé on Instagram as obsessively as I am, you’ll notice how Bey went from straight and sleek to bodacious curls in her latest #WIWT (what I wore today) shots.
The over the top and full of volume style must be an inspiration (and a relief) for those who are have natural curly hair. No longer do we need to fuss over straighteners and hair clips—we can just stick to our favourite moisturizing conditioners to get the look we want. Just don’t use the brush too often and find a good gel/mousse/cream (or whatever concoction you find works best! To each their own) to keep those beautiful curls intact. And for those who have naturally straight hair, don’t forget to use a heat protectant when curling your tresses—you don’t want to fry your hair in the process!
TREND: Geometric Prints

Thanks to the creative mind of Marc Jacobs, I can’t help but love all the geometric prints over at Louis Vuitton. It’s like he moved from the Mad Men conservative style of fifties to the swinging sixties, more specifically swinging London. I also love how chic AnnaSophia Robb also looks in a Marc Jacobs geometric print sweater in the newest Teen Vogue. I can’t wait to pick up some great monochromatic pieces in the future!
WTF?: Condom wedding dress

A restaurant called “Cabbages and Condoms” was developed in Bangkok, Thailand as part of a plan to raise awareness of safe sex, HIV/AIDS and family planning. Not only are prophylactics a part of the name, they’re also integral to the restaurant’s décor as condoms from around the world add some, um, interesting points of interests. No, they aren’t used to make balloon animals but instead costumes such as a wedding dress. Yes, a wedding dress.
I wonder if the creator was trying to debunk the whole “you ain’t getting any” saying that surrounds marriage. Or is the happy couple supposed to use all of the condoms whilst on their honeymoon? How cheeky! I’d advised against it though because of the general wear and tear it would go through during the ceremony and reception, not to mention they’re probably expired. Safe sex, y’all!
We saw a lot of white at the Oscars tonight, but the shade wasn’t my favourite. It looked a little too bridal and boring to me. It also washed out some ladies on camera, like Rooney Mara. Long sleeves were another big look, which I personally loved. Some critics deemed it too “mature” but who cares about those rules anyway?
Ladies in colour, Michelle Williams and Emma Stone
My absolute favourite look of the night goes to Michelle Williams who wore a coral Louis Vuitton gown. It looked like a vibrant red on camera but this photo really brings out the coral. She paired it with a simple necklace and brooch. She can do no wrong!
Emma Stone wore a beautiful red haute couture dress by Giambattista Valli. I know there will be a bit of disagreement about the bow but I like that she’s fearless. There was some chatter that her dress was too similar to one of Nicole Kidman’s past dresses, but that doesn’t make it any less beautiful. Especially considering how many similar little black dresses we see on the carpet each year.
Young starlets, Sarah Hyland and Shailene Woodley and Rooney Mara
Sarah Hyland’s lilac dress was a little too prom for me. I like the cap sleeve on her right shoulder but found the cut to be a little plain. I originally liked Shailene Woodley’s Valentino dress when I first saw it, but it didn’t photograph as well as it looked on camera. Although some critics thought it wasn’t “age appropriate,” I like the fact that she has a very unique style for being so young. Instead of bare arms and a low cut she went for a dress that’s comparatively conservative. In comparison, Rooney Mara’s Givenchy white dress washed her out and was ill-fitting. She said she picked it out that morning and it showed!
Screen Gold, Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie and Natalie Portman
No joke, I’ve always had a weird affinity for capes. They rock. And Gwyneth Paltrow, who wore Tom Ford, rocks for wearing one. Natalie Portman’s dress was a little too 50s sweetheart to me. We see her in the “cute” dress a lot and I wish she’d mix it up for a change. But still, the style makes her comfortable so I can’t blame her for going that route. My second best of the night goes to Angelina Jolie. She looked HOT with that slit in the leg and she actually cracked a smile.
Funny ladies, Maya Rudolph, Rose Byrne Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy
My favourite of these ladies was Rose Byrne. Her haircut is the type of style that makes me chop off my hair and then immediately regret it. But it looks chic on her. Maya Rudolph looked great in a simple purple. In comparison, her SNL buddy Kristen Wiig was a little too beachy and casual for the night. If she pulled up her hair it would have made a huge difference. I heard some different points of view about Melissa McCarthy’s dress but I don’t think it’s structured enough and I’m not huge on the colour.
Best of the night? Sacha Baron Cohen
Louis Vuitton is a major fashion label known for designing luggage and appearing in Kanye West lyrics. Hoping to add a little more variety to their brand, the label is now selling its own condoms.
Vuitton doesn’t have to worry about any competitors in this field. It is the first big fashion line to dabble in condom design. As you can see from the photo, the wrapper will come in the signature LV logo and colours.
Designed by Irakli Kiziria, an architect from the country of Georgia, (he doesn’t work for the Louis Vuitton company), the condom will sell for $68, according to its website.
It’s priced awfully high for those desperately trying to get laid, but you can’t put a price on contraception, can you? And, if you end up taking Paris Hilton home (or a cheaper version), she’ll most likely be impressed.
