Cycling legend Lance Armstrong announced over Twitter that he is expecting his fifth child. This is the second child for Lance and his girlfriend Anna Hansen.

Armstrong confirmed the news to his hometown paper, the Austin American Statesman, which also reported the new baby could be named Jack or Olivia once he or she arrives this fall, reports PEOPLE.

Kate Hudson has moved on from Owen Wilson and is now smooching with his friend, Lance Armstrong.

The new “couple” were seen kissing and dancing to old Madonna songs and other ‘80s favourites at the Dolce & Gabbana annual party in Cannes Friday.

“They were beaming at each other,” a source tells “People” magazine.

Kate Hudson is said to have met Armstrong through Wilson – who is apparently good friends with the seven-time Tour de France winner.

The pair has also been spotted having dinner and, last week, the two were together at Kid Rock’s Madison Square Garden after-party gig.

We know that Lance Armstrong is a champ on the bike. But what about when it comes down to just the road and some running shoes?

Armstrong put himself to the test yesterday, running the Boston Marathon in 2 hours, 50 minutes, 58 seconds.

The winner, Robert Cheruiyot, completed the race in 2:07:46.

Armstrong has previously run the New York Marathon twice, but found Boston to be a different experience, with the crowd much closer to the runners. “It’s louder and more intense,” he told the Associated Press. “I think it plays well for all the runners, not just the leaders. … Everybody feels that.”

Armstrong also said he planned to run the marathon again. “”It is a hobby, it keeps me fit on a daily basis, it keeps me inspired and motivates me to go out and run.”

When you were in grade school, did you ever bring your daddy’s new girlfriend to class for show and tell? Well, you might have if that new girlfriend was an Olsen twin.

That’s right – Lance Armstrong’s new girlfriend, Ashley Olsen, is so smitten that the notoriously private actress went to school with his daughter and let her present her for show-and-tell.

Lance is no stranger to the elementary school game. He has also been presented for show-and-tell by ex-girlfriend Tory Burch’s son.

Armstrong, 36, and Olsen, 21 started hooking up last month.

Just because he was a professional cyclist does not mean you have a chance at beating Lance Armstrong in the New York Marathon ? both actions use legs, remember.

Armstrong, the seven-time Tour de France winner, will race in the New York Marathon on November 5, according to the New York Road Runners (who did not say where they were hiding, as to not tip off Wild E. Coyote).

“I was thrilled to learn late last night of Lance’s decision to run the New York City marathon,” Road Runners president Mary Wittenberg said in a statement Thursday. “Lance epitomizes both the American spirit and the spirit of the marathon and it is no surprise that his drive, motivation and focus lead him to his next challenge.”

According to CBS, Armstrong said he considered running in the Chicago Marathon but couldn’t commit because of a prior commitment on that date.

He said he has not yet started to seriously train for the marathon.

Armstrong retired from cycling last year.

“It?s just something to fill a void in my life after I quit competing as a professional cyclist,” he told the AP.

Armstrong, 34, competed in triathlons when he was a teenager.

Another week, another celebrity break-up. This time, it’s one of America’s most beloved couples, singer Sheryl Crow and cyclist Lance Armstrong.

The couple had been engaged since August and were planning to get married in April in Armstrong’s adopted hometown of Austin, Texas. It would have been the Grammy-winner’s first marriage and Armstrong’s second. He has three children from a previous marriage.

In a joint statement issued to People magazine, which reported the break-up on Friday, Crow and Armstrong said, “After much thought and consideration we have made a very tough decision to split up. We both have a deep love and respect for each other, and we ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.”

Aside from winning a record seven consecutive Tour de France titles, Armstrong, 34, is known as a cancer survivor. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 1996. The disease went on to spread to his lungs and brain, but Armstrong recovered and went on to become a cycling champion.

Crow and Armstrong began dating in 2003 after meeting at a cycling event.

The multi-Grammy winner and seven-time Tour de France champion announced their split in a joint public statement to People magazine this week.

“After much thought and consideration we have made a very tough decision to split up,” says the statement. “We both have a deep love and respect for each other, and we ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.”

Crow and Armstrong met in 2003 at a cycling event and became engaged in 2005. They had planned on having their wedding in Austin, Texas.

Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong announced their engagement on Monday after almost two years of dating.

Armstrong, 33, proposed last week while the couple were on a mountain biking vacation in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Armstrong, a seven time Tour de France winner, and Crow, 43, began dating after meeting at a charity event in October 2003.

No date has been set for the wedding, but Armstrong’s spokesperson said it would likely happen in the spring and somewhere the United States.

It will be the first marriage for Crow and the second for Armstrong, who has three children from a previous marriage.
