Cali Swag District’s M-Bone Killed In Drive-By

Montae Talbert, known as M-Bone, of the West Coast hip-hop group Cali Swag District was shot and killed late Sunday night in a drive-by shooting in Inglewood, Calif., reports Billboard.

According to reports, an Inglewood police spokesperson said that M-Bone “sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head” while in his car on La Brea Avenue. He was reportedly taken to a nearby hosiptal and pronounced dead.

Cali Swag District is best known for setting of a dance craze with its hit “Teach Me How to Dougie,” which sold 1.6 million downloads and peaked at No. 9 on Hot Hip-Hop/R&B Songs and No. 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2010.

How Will ‘The Office’ Survive Without Steve Carell?

It’s been very well publicized that Steve Carell’s character Michael Scott on “The Office” would be killed off this season. But what is shocking is the timing.

Michael Scott apparently will not last the entire season, and will be killed off before the finale in May. Why? The last weeks of the season will see the crew at Dunder-Mifflin “scrambling to replace him,” according to the Huffington Post.

Michael Scott’s last scenes will probably air in April. However Steve Carell will be keeping busy with an onslaught of movie rolls and he will be both a nominee and a presenter at this year’s Golden Globes.

‘Melrose Place’ Star Amy Locane Charged with Vehicular Homicide in New Jersey

“Melrose Place” star Amy Locane-Bovenizer has been charged with vehicular homicide in New Jersey, reports PopEater.

On Sunday night, Locane-Bovenizer was involved in a hit and run at 9pm near Princeton, New Jersey. While trying to flee the scene, the actress slammed into the passenger side of another car, killing Helene Seeman. Her husband, Fred Seeman, who was driving the car was airlifted to hospital.

Miles away Locane rear ended another car, and when the driver tried calling for help. the actress sped away. The hit driver chased her, and noted she was “swerving and knocking down several mailboxes.”

When Police finally caught up with her, they noted a strong scent of alcohol on her breath. Amy has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and third-degree assault by automobile. At her arraignment on Monday afternoon, Superior Court Judge Robert Reed set her bail at $50,000.

Rumors have been swirling that John Travolta and Kelly Preston have been expecting twins, but apparently these rumours are false!

A representative for the couple says, “”They are not expecting twins.”

Its been a rough time for the couple, after recently losing two dogs while going for a walk at the Bangor International airport in Maine. The dogs were accidentally run over by an airport service vehicle.

Jon Cryer’s Ex-Wife Tried to Kill Him

So Jon Cryer isn’t insane! TMZ is reporting that Cryer’s Ex-wife h Trigger was planning a hit on her ex-husband.

In details that have surfaced in a custody battle between Trigger and Cryer, Trigger’s lawyer claims that Sarah was going to have her boyfriend Eddie Sanchez kill Cryer and her estranged husband David Dickey.

Trigger’s lawyer became alarmed and notified the lawyers for Cryer and Dickey. Trigger’s lawyer approached Sanchez and according to legal documents, “Mr. Sanchez not only flatly denied making such a statement, but he said that it was [Sarah Trigger] who had contacted him on numerous occasions, stating that she wanted to see the pair [Cryer and Dickey] dead, and even asking Mr. Sanchez if he would kill the pair, or if he would not, inquiring whether she could speak with Mr. Sanchez’s father about this issue.”

Warner Bros. security was placed on high alert and filming of “Two and a Half Men” was not done in front of a live audience.

Stage For Madonna Concert Collapses, Killing One

A person was killed Thursday (July 16) when the stage for Madonna’s Marseille, France, concert collapsed, according to the Associated Press who reported that an additional six workers were injured due to the accident.

The stage for the queen of pop’s Sticky and Sweet show fell apart at the Stade Vélodrome while under construction at approximately 5:15 p.m. local time, according to reports. The identities of the individuals affected by the incident were not released immediately.

TMZ is reporting that Madonna issued the following statement regarding the incident: “I am devastated to have just received this tragic news. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news.”

According to BBC News, Maurice Di Nocera, Marseille city councilor, said the frame of the stage “started shaking and collapsing” prior to the accident.

Fans from Marseille won’t be seeing Madonna perform in concert as it has been cancelled in the wake of the collapse.
