When in doubt – and debt – just sell your nephews paraphernalia from his past relationships! At least, that’s the motto Kevin Federline’s grandfather seems to live by.

Earl Story, Federline’s retired grandfather, with the help of Federline’s aunt, Diane Story, thought it a good idea to “sell some stuff on eBay in order to make a quick buck. instead of selling his stuff, however, he compiled various items from Federline’s relationship with Britney Spears, including their wedding baby shower invitations, a hat the couple signed for Story, a picture of Spears pregnant with son Sean Preston, a letter from Dr. Phil McGraw asking for an interview with the Federline family after the couple’s break-up, and much, much more. Story claims that he is selling this stuff at this point in his life to “help fund his retirement” – at least, that’s what the eBay description reads.

“With the recent death of his wife Betty [Story],” reads the description, “Earl no longer wishes to keep these items when they can be appreciated by a collector.” Someone contact Webster and let them know that stalkers are now also called collectors! Honestly, who else would be interested in bidding actual money on this stuff?!

Astonishingly, Story didn’t receive any bids on his memorabilia. Surprise, surprise! Guess his collectors didn’t have as much money to spend on Brit Brit paraphernalia as he thought. So what will Story do with all this stuff now? I bet Sean Preston and Jayden James comes across a box in the attic full of all this stuff twenty years from now. I wonder how much it’ll all be worth then…

Kevin Federline is going to be a father……..AGAIN! Yes this will be K-Fed’s 5th kid, and this time it’s a girl.

K-Fed’s girlfriend Victoria Prince says the baby will be named Jordan. Why Jordan? Well when the couple was deciding on names they weren’t sure of the sex, so they chose a name that could go either way.

Oh K-Fed, you douche. Why must you ruin another human’s life by making you their father. But that’s the sperm lottery. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

Lady’s getting control of her life! We like it!

Pop queen Britney Spears has decided its time to regain control of her own finances. She’s been under financial conservatorship for a while now, but now she’s hired a tutor from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA to show her how to manage her cashflow better.

“She wants to win control of her finances,” a Spears insider says. “The tutor will help with basic skills – like balancing personal accounts and time management.”

Spears, who had a very public meltdown a few years ago and lost control of her finances, is rebounding with chart-topper “Hold it Against Me,” a take on the current dubstep trend in music. She’s also got a new boyfriend, ex manager Jason Trawick, and seems to be getting along very will with ex and babydaddy Kevin Federline. Overall, things are looking good for Britney!

We hope it stays that way!

Pop sensation Britney Spears was photographed at her son Sean Preston’s little league game in Calabasas last week with current boyfriend Jason Trawick…and ex-husband K-Fed.

This is the first time Spears has been photographed publicly with her babydaddy since the couple split in 2006…and it looks like K-Fed is still packing on those pounds and rockin’ those cargo shorts!

The scales in the Britney-K-Fed world are perpetually skewed. One is doomed to be crazy or in rehab or bald while the other is acting the model parent for the paparazzi. It’s like a law of physics or something.

So, just as Spears began to clean up her act, Federline took a very public plunge into the depths of obesity, baring his flabby chest for the paparazzi at a pool in Miami on Saturday.

The photos available on JustJared.com, among other gossip websites, are disturbing at best, but they also beg the question as to how he can hang on to volleyball player girlfriend Victoria Prince. And obviously, how he snagged Spears in the first place?

Spears, these days, is looking better than ever. She has lost her rehab/baby-bearing weight, and seems to have her hair under control at last. She has been spending a lot of quality time with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, including taking them on vacation in Miami with her parents, and her sister, Jamie-Lynn and her daughter Maddie Briann.

The holiday is a time-out from Britney’s Circus tour that has been going worldwide all summer. She has also released a teaser in advance of the MTV VMAs on Sept. 13 with host and comedian Russel Brand (Forgetting Sarah Marshall).

The video is just one of many celebrity commercials for the VMAs, as Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and Leighton Meester have also released their own themed shorts in preparation for the awards show.

In a revealing interview with OK! magazine, Britney Spears talks about her new album, her sister’s shocking pregnancy and her children.

Spears told OK! magazine that her new album will come out in the next six to nine months and will include songs produced by the Underdogs, who have worked with Chris Brown and former beau, Justin Timberlake, in the past. “I think it is more urban. I’m working with producers who are just amazing,” Spears told OK!

Spears wrote more for this album than any other and says she spend time at the piano every day working on new songs. “This is my best work ever,” she said.

Spears has had a rough year, being hospitalized twice, having a custody disupte with ex-husband Kevin Federline and being the main fodder for the paparazzi’s flashing lights.

Her sister, Jamie-Lynn, also shocked everyone, including Britney, by becoming pregnant. “It was mind-boggling. I was shocked a little bit. But it was really cool, and she was happy,” said Spears.

OK! also talks with Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, who provides more understanding of why full custody of Britney’s two sons was given to Federline, stating that they wanted to avoid a full trial.

Most recently, Britney Spears appears in the promotional video for the MTV Video Music Awards, alongside host Russell Brand.

Kevin Federline has been dumped by another rich “Blonde” – Elle Woods to be specific.

Britney Spears’ ex, who has tried his hand at acting on “CSI” and “One Tree Hill,” was set to play small roles on the Broadway stage version of “Legally Blonde.” But his diva demands have resulted in a quick firing.

“The producers gave Kevin his walking papers,” a source told Star magazine. “Kevin was acting like a Broadway diva, and he hasn’t even stepped onto the stage yet!”

There is now an open casting call to fill Federline’s roles, including that of the UPS man.

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline have ended their custody battle.

The final word? K-Fed gets the kids.

“At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James,” Federline’s attorney announced yesterday, adding: “Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time.”

The 26-year-old pop singer lost custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to 30-year-old Federline last October. Her visitation rights were restricted after being hospitalized in January for psychiatric evaluation.

Spears currently has monitored visitation with the kids two days a week and one overnight.

A final agreement will be presented to the court today for the commissioner’s approval.

It looks like 2008 is going to be another rough year for Britney Spears. TMZ.com reports that Spears’ lawyers have quit because she repeatedly refused to heed their advice and is destroying her own case.

Trope and Trope, a powerful legal firm, have been fighting Britney’s uphill custody battle for her against Kevin Federline. That is, until they filed to withdraw as her representation yesterday, saying that “There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible.” This came just hours after Spears missed her fifth scheduled deposition.

Spears’ lawyer Laura Wasser also quit on her last year. It is not known whether Spears has been able to lawyer up again or not.

Britney Spears’ visitation rights with her two young children were suspended today.

According to TMZ, “Brit did not provide the drug testing people with contact information so they could reach her to facilitate the random tests, and that is what triggered Commish Gordon’s action.”

Spears’ custody battle with ex-hubby Kevin Federline has been one unsuccessful fight after the other. Last week she called an emergency hearing to request over-night privileges but didn’t even show up to the courthouse.

She has repeatedly failed to comply with the judge’s orders and overall disrespected him. A reporter from Us Weekly overheard her trashing the judge while shopping in Neiman Marcus on October 11. According to the reporter, Brit called the judge “mean” and “an old fart.”

“He told me I was being catty with him, but he was being catty with me and paid me no respect at all,” Spears ranted. “His job is to sit there and tell people what to do, and that’s just so sad, because he gets off on it.”

TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears has better things to do than attend an emergency hearing that she herself requested.

The reason for the hearing was to ask the courts to give her overnight rights with her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. She lost custody last week to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, and currently has only supervised visitation rights.

Though lawyers urged her to attend the 8 a.m. hearing to prove she cares about her children, TMZ reports that Spears stayed in her hotel room in Marina Del Ray this morning.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was not pleased by Spears’ request for a hearing. “The fact that a party, one week after a full court hearing, attempts to change the orders of the court, in the absence of an emergency or without any new facts, suggests a continued lack of respect and understanding for what an order of the court actually means,” he told TMZ.

The first week of November may be the period that forever defines Kevin Federline’s stardom. He had just released his debut rap album, “Playing With Fire,” when he got the news: his marriage with Britney Spears was about to end.

In one of his first interviews since splitting from Spears – which came with the condition that no personal questions were to be asked – Kevin Federline addresses his critics, low-turnouts at his shows and his future music plans.

andPOP: Who has been your biggest support personally and professionally for this album?
Kevin Federline: My family and friends were my biggest supporters for me while making this record. They were extremely honest with me throughout the whole process and I appreciated that the most.

andPOP: You started out as a dancer, did you always want to go into rap or when was that decision made?
Kevin Federline: Even as a dancer, I always played around with the idea of rapping. I was in and out of the recording studio a few times, but I didn’t make the official decision of doing it professionally until I recorded my first song almost two years ago. From that moment on, I was hooked and didn’t stop writing or recording until this album was finished.

andPOP: What kind of influences did you draw upon for this album?
Kevin Federline: I was influenced by many hip hop artists and rappers. I love music in general. I wanted to make an album that you could dance to.

andPOP: The media scrutiny around your personal life and professional life has been heavy- how do you get through it? Does it ever bother you?
Kevin Federline: The media definitely affects the way you live each day when you’re under this much scrutiny, but it doesn’t stop me from living my life.

andPOP: Were you ever frustrated with the negative response to your album before it was released?
Kevin Federline: Yes, it is still frustrating to me that people are criticizing me as an artist without ever even listening to my music.

andPOP: Do you listen to or read reviews? How does it affect you?
Kevin Federline: I don’t necessarily read the reviews, but my friends or people around me often feel the need to let me know what people are saying. I try not to let it affect me.

andPOP: Turnout at your shows has been reportedly low, what do you want your fans to know about coming to a Kevin Federline show? What can they expect?
Kevin Federline: The turnout was actually very good considering the media and tabloids were constantly saying that my promo tour was canceled. The crowds were high energy and we all had a lot of fun. I love to perform and I can’t wait to get back out on the road. It cracks me up when I see the same reporter or blogger dancing in the crowd at my show only to write a negative review about it the next day.

andPOP: Does being referenced to as KFed, or other nicknames, bother you at all?
Kevin Federline: The nicknames don’t bother me at all. KFed was actually a name given to me by the media, which is pretty funny. None of my real friends call me KFed.

andPOP: Have you begun to think about a second album yet
Kevin Federline: Yes, I’ve thought about a second album, but that will come in time.

andPOP: Who did you make this album for?
Kevin Federline: I made this album not only for myself, but for everyone to get a better understanding of who I am and how I feel. The media has a way of targeting certain people and creating stereotypes that are untrue. I think in time, everyone will realize that I am a good person working hard to make a living.

andPOP: What would people be surprised to hear about Kevin Federline that they don’t know?
Kevin Federline: I have no idea! I think people are always surprised when they meet me because they are expecting one thing and they see that I am really a laid back, nice guy.

andPOP: What are your upcoming touring/promotional plans?
