At the end of every month we’re graced with gift here at ANDPOP and we cherish it greatly. Whenever this video is released, productivity is paused for ten minutes or so — depending on how many fails there were that month — and we just watch until we’re both cringing and laughing at the same time.
Yes people, your fail compilation for July 2012 TwisterNederlandTNL is here and it’s as brutal as ever. Lots of summer fails this month, including outdoor sports, faulty fireworks and water parks.
Rihanna
Rihanna reflects upon the similarity between fireworks and diamonds bursting in the sky. She was so touched by the spectacle that she’s already planning a new reggae-dance song called “Diamonds in the Sky-iy-iy-iy.” Ashley Tisdale
Ashley Tisdale indulged in an all-American picnic party. It involved her running around a park alone with a single flag waving behind her.
Kesha
Kesha understands the Fourth of July isn’t JUST about hot dog eating contests and getting drunk off cheap beer at the cottage while saluting the American flag. It’s about like, freedom and stuff.
Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg appreciates the finer things in life. Like watching hazy orange sunsets in Muskoka, sipping Dom Perignon Rose and posting photos of random women bending over with a lit cigarette between their legs.
Tim Robbins will be releasing an album this July, reports Billboard.
The actor will be releasing his first album as ‘Tim Robbins and the Rogues Gallery Band.’ The album will be released on July 19.
Robbins worked with 429 Records on the effort, and the band also plans to tour North America beginning July 8.
They will begin their tour at the Winnipeg Folk Festival and work their way across Canada, eventually hitting up Los Angeles and New York before finishing at the Edmonton Folk Festival.
Little did I know, the oscar-winer has been a musician for decades. Robbins has apparently created music for his film ‘Bob Roberts’, and has contributed to the soundtracks of ‘Dead Man Walking,’ ‘Human Nature’ and ‘Catch a Fire.’
He also plays guitar and is a songwriter, which is no surprise that he wrote the nine songs on the album. I didn’t know he was so musically inclined, but I can’t wait to hear what his voice and music sounds like!
I’m not usually one to post about upcoming song releases for music games, but this month’s Lips (for Xbox 360) song releases really got my blood flowing. Some great songs like Get The Party Started by P!ink, Shut Up by the Black Eyed Peas, and my personal favourite, Baby Got Back by Sir Mix-a-Lot will be released for your singing pleasuring throughout the month of July Read more…
