TMZ reports that Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick, aka “Jolie”, has been trying to somehow stay in the spotlight after getting booted from the reality TV show. Her PR people have just sent out a press release stating that her Facebook account has been hacked. Some serious stuff. The statement reads, “Pivarnick has a shroud of chaos since the recent break up of her boyfriend, disagreements with cast mates and now, the reality star has suddenly become the target of a hacker!”

According to E! News, Angelina Jolie has “not decided on a candidate.”
“I am waiting to see the commitments they will make on issues like international justice, refugees and how to address the needs of children in crisis around the world,” says Jolie, 33.
But is Jolie leaning more to one side than the other?
”I think people assume I’m a Democrat. But I’m registered independent and I’m still undecided. So I’m looking at McCain as well as Obama.”

Two shutterbugs were taken into police custody after getting into a dispute with guards outside the Jolie-Pitt’s home in southern France.
According to E! News, the paps were so determined to get photos of Brangelina and the new twins Knox and Vivienne, that they snuck onto the property in camouflage suits and, once found by two guards, got into an altercation.
“We caught the two and tried to escort them off the property and the guy’s just gone berserk, thrashing out, kicking and actually biting one of the security people, breaking his finger, drawing blood and screaming that he had hepatitis C,” Tony Webb, head of the Jolie-Pitt guard squad, told press.
Paparazzo Luc Goursolas claims the guards punched and kicked him, requiring three stitches in his head. Goursolas also denies that he claimed he had hepatitis C, insisting instead that HIV was his fictional disease of choice.
“I was pouring blood. I threw myself at them, put blood all over them, and told them that I had HIV so they would stop hitting me.”

Director Michael Winterbottom’s adaptation of the book written by the slain journalist’s widow, Mariane Pearl, is harrowingly compelling, and despite the tragic circumstance, to watch this story unfold is truly a breathtaking experience.

When Danny goes missing, almost imminently, Pakistani authorities and U.S. agents come together in an extremely diverse group of people with a unifying purpose: bring their friend and colleague home unharmed. Pakistanis, Americans, Indians, and Europeans invade close friend Asra Nomani’s (Archie Panjabi) living room and as they delve into the mystery of Daniel Pearl’s disappearance, the heart of the story is revealed.
Prejudice aside, these people from different ethnicities and religious backgrounds take us along for their journey of hope and the inevitable trepidation they faced in the weeks following the kidnapping.
The sense of community found in that room is imperative but most importantly at the centre of the chaos is an excruciating portrait of a wife and soon-to-be mother caught between anguish and optimism.
Complete with corkscrewed Mediterranean curls, a prosthetic belly, tinted skin, and a complex French accent, inflected with Cuban and Dutch influence, Angelina Jolie transforms into Mariane Pearl, the journalist and courageous widow that defiantly refused to give up the search to find her husband.
Jolie’s larger-than-life celebrity persona vanishes as she reminds us that she is an Academy Award winning actress and one of the best in the business. In case we had forgotten her talent – amidst the babies, the media backlash and the brazen paparazzi – her brittle and beautifully restricted performance enables us to subsist in a world where the names Maddox, Shiloh and Pax don’t exist. A world in which Mariane, Danny and their heartbreaking love story of truth-seeking and sacrifice is all that matters.
There are certain instances in this heartrending reality when the most normal conversations take on a deeper meaning. Danny’s goodbye and promise to be home for dinner is rendered as painfully poetic, a child playing throughout the house as the investigation tumbles on is an agonizing reminder of the unborn son burgeoning in Mariane’s belly. Flashbacks to the couple’s wedding and scenes of happier times stand out with captivating poignancy. Each moment is flawlessly realistic and in those simple occurrences, the audience is left grasping for more glimpses of the slain hero.
Yes, we know how the unfortunate events disentangle. And still, after learning the news of Danny’s beheading, when Mariane releases her grief in the form of tormented screams, the impact is monumental. Jolie taps into this key moment and delivers fury, intensity and a rawness that cements her capability.
This film is satiated with the stuff Oscars are made of and ripe with political importance. It’s a pertinent illustration that perfectly captures the politics of our present post-9/11 world. A Mighty Heart depicts the cold brutality of this current global culture in which truth-tellers like Danny Pearl are silenced and targeted for their dedication to unabashed honesty. But Pearl’s efforts to use sincere journalism as a tool to bridge communities in conflict was not in vain and as his spirit is immortalized in his fearless wife and the presence of his son; his story will remain ceaseless, suspended forever in this remarkable picture.

The Tomb Raider actress makes a point of avoiding any publication speculating about her private life.
And the 31-year-old insists she has no idea what is being said about her.
She says, “I know there’s a cycle of certain things that they keep rewriting, and I can assume there’s things made up, but no I haven’t a clue.
“And why would I? There’s nothing I have to hide or defend. I’m going to live my life and there’s times people are going to want to attack me, and I don’t know why, but they will and it’s OK.
“There are other things I’m more concerned about.”

ANGELINA JOLIE has dismissed speculation her pregnancy with daughter Shiloh was unplanned, after she previously insisted she wouldn’t have a biological child.
Jolie adopted Cambodian orphan Maddox in 2002 as her marriage to Billy Bob Thornton was falling apart and was happy to raise him as a single mother.
In 2002, Jolie said, I’m drawn to kids that are already born. I think some people are meant to do certain things, and I believe I’m meant to find my children in the world somewhere and not necessarily have them genetically.”
However, after meeting current partner BRAD PITT and adopting a second child, Ethiopian-born Zahara Marley, Jolie began to ponder becoming a mother biologically.
She tells Reader’s Digest magazine, “Before I met Brad, I always said I was happy never to have a child biologically. He told me he hadn’t given up that thought.
“Then, a few months after (Zahara) came home, I saw Brad with her and (Maddox), and I realized how much he loved them – that a biological child would not in any way be a threat. So I said, ‘I want to try.’”
Jolie gave birth to Shiloh Nouvel in Namibia last May.

JAMES HAVEN claims media stories that detail how fed up Pitt is with Jolie always taking the lead are nonsense.
He says, “Brad and Angelina make all their decisions together. It’s rubbish that she tries to control him. They have a very balanced relationship.”

The stars of the SIN CITY prequel have been told not to discuss ANGELINA JOLIE’s possible involvement in the film.
Jolie has been linked to the graphic novel adaptation, A DAME TO KILL FOR, but director ROBERT RODRIGUEZ is keen to keep his big name star under wraps and he’s told his cast members not to reveal any details.
Actress ROSARIO DAWSON, who will reprise her character, GAIL, opposite other Sin City alumni BRITTANY MURPHY and JESSICA ALBA, says, “The lead actress is going to be absolutely fabulous; but I can’t tell you who it is.”
But Dawson does reveal to Movies.com, “It’s going to be the prequel to my segment in the first one, so you’ll understand a little bit more what the argument was between (co-star) CLIVE OWEN and my character.”

ANGELINA JOLIE and BRAD PITT are planning a massive brood of adopted children, according to the actress’ brother JAMES HAVEN.
Haven claims Jolie and Pitt are blissfully happy with baby SHILOH and her adopted siblings MADDOX, ZAHARA and PAX – and both want to carry on adding to their family.
He says Pitt has grown into his role as a father, suggesting the superstar was reluctant at first. Haven tells Grazia magazine, “He has changed so much. He’s completely involved, he loves the children and is terrific with them.
“There is no limit on the children she and Brad are adopting. It could be scores. I’ve never heard an end number in their conversations.”

ANGELINA JOLIE will introduce her new son PAX to the world in a magazine spread, just two days after completing his adoption.
Jolie and the three-and-a-half-year-old Vietnamese orphan have posed for the Canadian edition of Hello! magazine – which will be released on Thursday.
Photos reportedly show Pax playing with his new brother MADDOX, five, and sisters ZAHARA, two and SHILOH, 10 months.
In an accompanying interview, Jolie says of the new edition to her and partner BRAD PITT’s family, “He is a very serious, very sweet little boy.
“You can imagine what courage it takes to be in all new surroundings with new people and a new language. He is very strong.”
According to the American agency that handled the process, Jolie’s adoption of Pax was finalised on Tuesday when it was approved by US Embassy officials in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi.

ANGELINA JOLIE was not given preferential treatment for her adoption of three-year-old Vietnamese boy PAX THIEN, the agency who handled it has vowed.
Jolie and partner BRAD PITT began proceedings in Vietnam last summer, US-based agency Adoptions From The Heart has revealed. The average adoption in Vietnam takes sixth months or longer to go through.
A statement from the agency’s Vietnam coordinator HEIDI GONZALEZ reads: “Throughout Ms Jolie’s adoption process, she received no preferential treatment from the Vietnamese government or Adoptions From The Heart.”
Gonzalez also hit out at claims by Vietnam’s senior adoption official VU DOC LONG that the adoption was fast-tracked because of Jolie’s celebrity status.
She says, “Contrary to earlier reports, her application was not fast-tracked.”
And Gonzalez insists Jolie has made no financial commitment to the Ho Chi Minh orphanage Pax was adopted from: “She has neither made, nor promised to make any financial contributions.”
Jolie’s adoption of Pax will become final once US officials in Hanoi approve paperwork to allow him to travel to America.

Hollywood actress ANGELINA JOLIE has hit back at critics of her aid work, challenging them to experience global poverty first hand before they comment on her charitable actions.
The MR AND MRS SMITH star – who visited Africa last month to raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis in Sudan – has toured some of the world’s most deprived countries in her role as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador.
But she has regularly come under fire from parts of the media for using her celebrity status to highlight her charity work – a critique Jolie is particularly enraged with.
She says, “Because I do care about the opinion of the aid worker, I do care about the opinion of the refugee.
“I care less about the opinion of the person who’s never been in the field but has an opinion about celebrity.”

ANGELINA JOLIE may be united with her new adopted son within weeks, a Vietnamese adoption official has confirmed.
VU DUC LONG, director of the south east Asian nation’s Ministry of Justice’s International Adoption Department, said the actress’ application had been speeded up because she had met the three-and-a-half year old on a previous visit to the country in November.
Duc Long says officials expect to complete Jolie’s paperwork by the end of March, meaning she is free to pick up the child anytime after that.
The boy will be the third child adopted by Jolie.
Together with partner BRAD PITT, she is mother to Cambodian MADDOX, five, and ZAHARA MARLEY, two.

ANGELINA JOLIE is being fast-tracked through the Vietnamese adoption system so she can adopt a young boy there in May, according to a local official.
VU DUC LONG, director of the south east Asian nation’s Ministry of Justice’s International Adoption Department, has confirmed Jolie’s application has been speeded up because she chose the child during a previous visit to Ho Chi Minh City.
He says, “She might receive her adoptive child in three months, one month earlier than the normal time frame for an adoption.
“He is between four and five and now stays at the Tam Binh orphanage.”
The TOMB RAIDER actress filed papers through a US adoption agency to take custody of the child three months ago.
Jolie, her partner BRAD PITT and their family visited Vietnam in November in between filming of A MIGHTY HEART in Pakistan.
Jolie adopted Cambodian-born Maddox in 2002 and Ethiopian-born Zahara in 2005. She gave birth to Pitt’s child Shiloh in Namibia last May.

ANGELINA JOLIE is hoping to adopt a young Vietnamese boy, an adoption official has confirmed.
VU DUC LONG, director of the south east Asian nation’s Ministry of Justice’s International Adoption Department, announced on Friday that the actress had filed papers through a US adoption agency to take custody of a child.
On Saturday, he released further information, confirming the child is a male and is younger than her current adopted son MADDOX and older than her adopted daughter ZAHARA MARLEY and biological daughter SHILOH NOUVEL.
Long said, “She has made an application to adopt a boy aged between three and four years old and her paperwork will be processed according to the regulations like everyone else.
“Normally it takes about four months to process an adoption request but if she has found the child, it could take much less.”

Hollywood beauty ANGELINA JOLIE has filed legal papers in Vietnam to adopt for the third time, an adoption official has confirmed.
The MR & MRS SMITH actress, 31, has applied to adopt a Vietnamese child, but it is not clear if partner BRAD PITT’s name was also in the documents.
VU DUC LONG, director of the south east Asian nation’s International Adoption Agency announced today he had received documents from a US agency representing Jolie.
Long admitted her application may take longer to process because she is unmarried; “She is not yet married so the file was from her individually. It will take a few months for us to consider this.”
The couple and their family visited Vietnam in November in between filming of A MIGHTY HEART in Pakistan.
Jolie and Pitt are adoptive parents to five-year-old MADDOX, from neighbouring Cambodia, and two-year-old ZAHARA MARLEY, from Ethiopia.
The actress gave birth to their sole biological child SHILOH NOUVEL in Namibia in May.

Actress ANGELINA JOLIE arrived in Africa yesterday in her role as United Nations Goodwill Ambassador to monitor and raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan.
The TOMB RAIDER star touched down in N’Djamena in neighbouring Chad because she cannot travel into Darfur itself, due to the violent conditions there.
Jolie is expected to remain in the region for a few days, in her first trip there since 2004. She is due to visit refugee camps near the border of Sudan.
On Friday, the 31-year-old was also elected to join the Council On Foreign Relations, an international think-tank also including US Secretary Of State CONDOLEEZZA RICE.
