Heightening the Chris Brown/Rihanna drama, Joan Rivers has now made domestic violence-related joke in regards to Rihanna’s recent interview with Oprah where she admitted to still being in love with Chris Brown.
Rivers, who has been known for her harsh sense of humour, was obviously not impressed. Taking to Twitter, she said:
Offended, Rihanna responded back to the the 79-year-old comedian:
While those tweets have since been deleted, Rivers gave some advice to Rihanna. Subsequently, the comedian also invited the singer to join her on her television show:
I personally think Rihanna was very brave to stand up for herself. But seeing that Joan Rivers never seems to get offended when people give her negative feedback, I hardly think she took Rihanna’s comments harshly.
That being said, Twitter users have been calling Rivers’ joke ignorant and in bad taste. Do you think her joke went too far?
Johnny Knoxville’s dad has a dirty sense of humour. Knoxville revealed to Graham Norton and a bong smoking Joan Rivers that when he was younger his dad played a practical joke on him that involved an innocently sleeping Knoxville and a warm hot dog. But that’s all we’re telling you, watch to find out more.
Looks like Miley has a new bong buddy.
Comedian Joan Rivers was caught smoking “medical marijuana” from a bong on last week’s episode of “Melissa & Joan”.
Joan rules because she’s funny, inappropriate, brass and doesn’t care what anyone has to say about her. Hence why she decided to air the bong-smoking footage on her reality show.
At 78, Joan Rivers can do whatever the hell she wants, frankly. She can even drink water from her own shoe without us judging her.

Tracy Morgan has finally found someone coming to his defense, and it’s legendary comedian Joan Rivers. Joan says Tracy shouldn’t have to apologize and that there is a new found sensitivity in media and the world.
Joan told The Daily Beast, “He’s not a Mensa comic. He’s not the voice of this generation.” The fellow equal opportunity offender says, “At the very start of my act, I say, ‘Calm down. We’re gonna get everybody.’”
Kind of a tough call regarding Tracy. Granted we think everyone knows he’s joking, but his remarks were pretty offensive.
What do you think? Does Morgan deseve what he’s getting, or should everyone chill out?
According to TMZ, the incorrigible Joan Rivers was cancelled from a scheduled appearance on the Fox show, Fox & Friends.
The loud-mouth fashionista believes her cancellation is the product of comments she made to TMZ regarding Sarah Palin. Rivers placed partial blame on Palin for the Arizona shootings while also referring to Palin as “stupid and a threat.” Rivers was scheduled to appear on Fox tomorrow to promote her new show that she is starring in with her daughter Melissa, Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?
Fox is insistent upon the fact that their decision to cancel Joan had nothing to do with the comments she made but rather that they overbooked the show and accidentally cancelled Joan’s appearance rather than courteously rescheduling it.
Knowing Fox, one of the most conservative news channels, their story seems a little fishy. Joan may be out of line in her comments, but she is known for explicitly stating what everyone else is thinking. The River runs wild! The comments are in no way unexpected and Fox should be aware of who their guests on the show will be instead of canceling them at the last minute.
Joan Rivers, no stranger to dishing out zingers, is about to be on the receiving end of a barrage of insults for Comedy Central.
The 75-year-old comedienne will be the next comic to get the network’s “Roast” treatment during a July 26 taping in Los Angeles. The special will air on the channel on Aug. 9.
The lineup of celebrities who will be roasting Rivers has yet to be announced, though past roasters have included Jeff Foxworthy, Gary Busey, Lisa Lampanelli, Greg Giraldo and Jeffrey Ross.
