While most people have been focusing on what appears to be a Jelena reunion, Selena has been focusing heavily on promoting her new single “Come and Get It.”
Her latest performance was at last night’s Radio Disney Music Awards (where she won Best Female Artist), and it was good. Not great, but not terrible. Her dancing is as good as always, and while she doesn’t have to strongest vocals, her live performances are definitely improving. Let’s just hope her rekindled romance doesn’t distract her from all the hard work she’s clearly been doing.

It’s happened folks. Your fave power couple has broken up.
According to E! News, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez ended their relationship a week ago due to distance and conflicting schedules.
Eighteen-year-old Bieber is touring to promote his latest album Believe, while 20-year-old Gomez is filming a “Wizards of Waverly Place” reunion for the Disney Channel called “The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex.”
Gomez and Bieber, have been dating for over a year since going public with their romance in February 2011 when they attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party together.
While the split may seem devastating to fans, Bieber appears to be OK (well, at least in public). On the red carpet of Wednesday’s Victoria’s Secret fashion show, he was spotted saying, “I’d rather be here than anywhere in the world.”
I can’t help but feel a little sad that Justin and Selena are no more. I actually thought they were adorable.
But while I hope the two can at least stay friends, I know a lot of girls’ hearts just started pounding a lot faster. Now that the Biebs is back on the market, the prospects of being with him have just gotten a lot bigger!!
Never say never, ladies.

One of the worst best parts of reading celebrity gossip rags is that they justify your seemingly banal life by providing photo evidence of celebrity GODS (in their books) doing the exact same thing you did just a couple days ago. The best part is that they feature the photos non-ironically, as though they actually believe celebrities are a different species, to be studied from an anthropological perspective. ”Hey look!” they say. “Alexander Skarsgard also uses grocery baskets to store his eggs and Hamburger Helper. Gosh, here I though I was the only one. What a relief”
Check out Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth (above) skateboarding down the street. I was sure they were chartered around their city in roomy private jets. In fact, sometimes they’ll skate down the street just to get Freezie.

Check out Jelena (FYI that’s Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber) posing in front of a graffitied-wall in Japan. Selena tweeted: ”Hi Japan. I heart you.” I’m pretty sure I have this exact same photo in much less spectacular places, including my local dog-friendly park and in front of the fireplace for a family Christmas card. Note that Jelena resorted to the awkward “I don’t know what to do with my hands, screw it I’ll just do the peace sign” pose, JUST LIKE YOU. What a relief.
