Adam Lambert spent some time in a Finland jail after getting into a brawl with his boyfriend outside of a bar, reports TMZ.

The two lovers initially started fighting in the Helsinki bar, when eventually they took the fight out to the street. Lambert’s boyfriend is Finnish  Big Brother star Sauli Koskinen. Adam apparently also got physical with people who tried to break up the fight.

Both guys were taken to the police station, questioned and eventually released.

Afterward, Koskinen blogged about the incident saying, “Publicity is not easy, but also celebrities are just human. Love is not easy either, but it lasts forever!”

This is an interesting take on domestic violence. Normally when it’s a man and a woman in a dispute, someone is charged. But what happens when it’s a man and a man? Apparently nothing happens.

Did 30 days pass already or have I set the clocks back waaaay too much last night?

Just six hours after she was checked in, the Mean Girl was released last night at around 3 a.m. Lindsay was appointed to a 30 day sentence for violating her probation. Radar online reports she was set free due to overcrowding.

Her judge stresses Lindsay must complete her community service and therapy sessions by March. If not, then she’ll really spend time in jail – 270 days! The judge has also banned her from using Facebook and Twitter when at the morgue. It’s a strange rule but it makes sense. There’s nothing pleasant about seeing a TwitPic of Lindsay spooning a horizontal corpse.

Just as we were all ready to pop the champagne, the sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore just confirmed with TMZ  that due to overcrowding, Lindsay will not have to spend the required 30 days in county jail.

“”She’ll be out without even having to change her clothes,” one official says. Because there is a federal court order on overcrowding that trumps everything, looks like Lindsay gets away with it again.

Wow, at this rate, she should write a book on 365 ways to get out of jail. Actually, that sounds like a great idea for a desk calendar!

Looks like Christmas came early for us. It’s reported that starting November 9, Lindsay Lohan will spend 30 days in county jail. That means she’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving behind bars. Perhaps she’ll be thankful for not having butter fingers when in the prison showers?

This means 30 Lindsay free days for all of us while she tries to straighten up. It’s a win-win sitation, isn’t it? After all, Lindsay did miss 12 out of 20 of her court-appointed psych evaluations so hopefully she spends the next month self-reflecting.

Perez Hilton also reports that a new probation officer will be assigned to Lindsay after her old one got fed up and resigned. Her probation (270 days) will be reinstated after her 30 day release. She will then complete 29 more days of morgue duty and at least 10 therapy sessions.

High-five Lindsay, you’re almost on the right path. Almost.

While Lindsay’s due in court today to see if she will do jail time for violating her probation, her father, Michael Lohan has been spending time somewhere we want all the Lohans to be: solitary confinement.

It all started last week when Michael was arrested for attacking his young-enough-to-be-his-daughter girlfriend, Kate Major. After the arrest he defied authorities and continued to contact her and after being arrested a second time, he tried to escape by jumping off a balcony. I guess he thinks he’s in a Super Marios video game where gravity does not exist.

Now, according to a spokesperson for the Hillsborough County Sheriff, Michael has been placed in a private cell under “administrative confinement” while he’s awaiting trial in Tampa. It sounds scary at first but then it starts sounding totally awesome. Can Lindsay get the same treatment? Can we throw the Kardashians in one as well? If only “conducting a scam marriage on prime time television” was a serious crime.

Lindsay Lohan goes to court… again!  This time, Lindsay has decided to take a different strategy to the dreaded courtroom of Judge Stephanie Sautner and plead guilty.

This time, she’s taking heat for using the ‘five finger discount’ on a pretty pricey necklace while she was still on probation.  Lindsay’s strategy is real simple: after many, many screw-ups, she will finally take community service seriously – even though it’s not as fun as partying all night.

To prove her change of heart, she completed an impressive 24 hours of volunteering at the LA County Morgue instead of the mere 16 hours Judge Sautner originally assigned.  Now that’s going above and beyond, if you ask me!

If Lindsay can pull it off, she’s looking at a much lighter sentence.  But if her new strategy falls short, at least those new pearly whites can keep her company in the big house.

Lindsay Lohan was taken into custody following Judge Sautner’s decision that she has in fact violated her probation. The hearing concluded with Lilo feeling the familiar sensation of cold steel around her wrists as two police officers ushered her away.

Bail has been set at $100,000 and we’re presuming Lindsay is going to come up with the cash herself. If she does managed to scrape together enough cocaine covered singles to make bail, she will have to complete at least sixteen hours at the city morgue before her probation violation hearing on November 2nd.

If you’re not familiar with how the legal system works, in a few words: she fucked up. Let’s hope there’s enough room in the city jails for Lindsay this time, hopefully she’ll get to stay longer than 14 days.

Today’s hearing began with a stern lecture from Judge Stephanie Sautner and things are not looking good so far for Lindsay Lohan.

The cattiness continues in the case of The People Vs. Lilo. The judge is very upset with those challenging her authority and has already stated that the time Lindsay has logged at The Red Cross will NOT count towards her sentence. In addition, she emphasized that “probation is a gift” and that Lilo has been “looking a gift horse in the mouth.”

Furthermore, Judge Sautner brought up Lindsay’s traveling to Milan as well as other parts of Europe and suggested it was a deliberate decision that made her unable to serve her sentence.

The hearing is streaming live on TMZ and unless her lawyer can prove that blowing off nine community service sessions somehow helped society, we’re expecting some jail time for Lindsay when it’s finished.

Upset by the probation department’s decision to side with Lindsay Lohan, the judge presiding over the case has decided to throw her weight around.

Lindsay’s dismissal from the battered women’s shelter must have really set her off because Judge Stephanie Sautner’s latest decision is reminiscent of a scene out of Mean Girls. According to our friends over at TMZ:

Judge Stephanie Sautner contacted Probation officials and told them to immediately yank Lindsay from her current community service assignment with the Red Cross. We’re told Judge Sautner ordered the Probation people to immediately assign Lindsay to morgue duty.

Basically, Lindsay will be mopping up corpse juices and taking in all the sights and smells that one can expect from a morgue. Nothing against “hard justice”, but can we just send the poor girl to jail instead? At least in the big house she’ll have to sober up and the only thing she can steal is an extra bar of soap.

Either way, this is getting seriously catty and I love it! They say the only way to recover from addiction is to hit rock bottom and for some reason, even though she’s scraping dead hobo goop off the floor,  I don’t think this is Lindsay’s rock bottom. Herbie: Fully Loaded was.

T.I. spoke to MTV News on the weekend, saying he feels fantastic since being released.

“I feel phenomenal. But I’ve always been the kind of guy — I never really get a chance to soak up the feeling of the moment because even as we speak, I’m planning for the next moment,” T.I. said during a Sunday brunch for his Akoo clothing brand on Sunday. “I’m looking to the future and trying to just move forward, just moving forward. Teen Mom’s Jenelle Evans has avoided jail after beating up another woman in March. She will only go to jail if she messes up over the next 12 months. She was sentenced to 30 days suspended jail time and 12 months probation. reports TMZ.

She’s been ordered to pay a $100 fine, take anger management courses, perform 24 hours of community service.

And this is a woman with a child. She makes a fantastic trashy role model.

DMX is going to be spending a little while longer in an Arizona jail. The rapper was caught smuggling drugs into prison.

However, that’s only part of the problem. TMZ reports DMX made the following errors while serving time in the Yuma, AZ jail:

- Drug possession

- Failing or refusing a drug test

- Smoking when he was not supposed to

- Disorderly conduct

DMX was supposed to be released tomorrow after serving seven months for a probation violation. However he will remain in jail for at least another week.

So if he was caught smuggling drugs into jail, does that definitely mean he shoved the drugs up his ass? Is that how it works?

Ja Rule is set to go to to prison, reports Billboard.

The rapper and actor was sentenced to two years in a New York prison on Wednesday, after pleading guilty in December to attempted criminal possession of a weapon.

“My last day out,” he wrote on Twitter yesterday afternoon, adding that he was spending it at the movies with his family.

Police officials said they found a loaded .40-caliber semiautomatic gun in the rear door of his $250,000-plus Maybach sports car in 2007, which they had stopped for speeding.

“Laws are laws,” Ja Rule said Monday on ‘Good Day New York.’ “There’s nothing I could really do but own up to the situation.”

“You know, I try not to regret anything I do in life, because you go through life and you do things, and you man up to them. You own them.”

In other legal news, Ja Rule also pleaded guilty to failing to pay taxes on more than $3 million in income. He faces up to three years in prison in that case, but his lawyers are trying arrange for his sentences to be served at the same time. Smart decision: kill two birds with one stone.

Ja Rule may be able to cut six months off his sentence by meeting requirements for good behaviour. Hopefully he learns his lesson, he seems to be pretty aware of the situation.

Billy Bob Thornton’s daughter has been found guilty of manslaughter, reports CTV.

The actor’s daughter, who has reportedly been estranged for years, has been found guilty of aggravated manslaughter of a child in Florida.

The Orange County State Attorney’s Office delivered the verdict on Friday to the 32-year-old, named Amanda Brumfield. She faces murder charges in the death of her best friend’s 1-year-old daughter, Olivia Madison Garcia, who passed in 2008.

Wow, not only is she guilty of murdering a child, but her best friend’s child? Disgusting.

Brumfield’s defence claimed the child hit her head after trying to climb out of a playpen. Prosecutors did not believe that for a second though, saying it was “impossible” that a fall from that height would cause the three-and-a-half inch fracture on the child’s skull.

This is a very tragic case, and I feel horrible for those affected. I can’t imagine what Thornton must think of his daughter.

T.I. has helped the family members of fellow inmates, reports Vibe.

Currently behind bars for violating probation after being arrested for drug possession, the rapper apparently financed a bus trip for the families of 14 inmates to visit their loves ones at the facility.

The Atlanta rapper, who is serving an 11-month sentence, is currently at the Forrest City Correctional Facility in Forrest City, Arkansas, where he funded the families to visit.

The bus trip reportedly transported 46 friends and family members to the facility, where they were able to visit for two days.

T.I. previously spoke to MTV about his time in the slammer: “I’ve been blessed to receive tons and tons of mail from my fans, family and friends, as well as get visits on a regular basis. Unfortunately some guys aren’t as fortunate. There are a lot of good dudes in here that haven’t been able to see their loved ones in years. Their families can’t afford the trip so I wanted to help out.”

T.I. is scheduled to be released from the Forrest City Correctional Facility on September 29. The man has such a great heart, and this is one of those rare cases where you actually feel bad that he’s in jail, even though he deserved it. Can’t they let him out on terms of niceness and charitable behaviour?

Courtney Love is back on her over-sharing bandwagon. This time around, the rocker is claiming that she saved Kelly Osbourne and Lindsay Lohan from horrible fates.

Love reveals that a few years ago, she actually had to save Osbourne’s life via CPR after she blacked out from some kind of overdose. She recalls:

“I still can’t escape the stigma [of a drug addict] for some reason,” Love said. “Even people like Kelly Osbourne feel free to f–k with me … This is a girl whose life I have saved twice, once with CPR and another time with CPR and violence — by which I mean I had to poke her furiously in certain places to wake her up from her coma. It wasn’t long ago when Kim Stewart was screaming, ‘Courtney, what are we going do? Kelly Osbourne is blue on the floor!’ Kelly wasn’t doing that well back then.”

Love goes on to explain how some young girls of Hollywood actually come to her for guidance when they hit rock bottom as well – like Lohan.

“Lindsay Lohan called me after she was arrested. The judge presiding over her case was the same judge who presided over mine. He was a very sweet man. I think he was an ex-alcoholic himself. I told Lindsay to just get it together and trust the judge, and Lindsay’s father called me for advice every day … What am I, a junkie Auntie Mame?”

That’s very nice and all, but is Love really the best person to go to advice for? Has she really gotten her act together? Sure, she’s doing a lot better than how she used to be, but she ain’t no Mother Theresa either.

Estella Warren has been arrested for a DUI, hit and run, assault, and escape, reports E Online.

The model and ‘Planet of the Apes’ star landed herself in jail after allegedly smashing into three cars in Los Angeles on Monday. Warren then drove away from the scene, was nailed by cops and ultimately arrested for DUI. But then it gets worse.

Warren, who was driving her Toyota Prius when the incident happened, then resisted arrest and kicked a cop. After trying to flee from the scene, police caught up with her and cuffed and hauled her off to the station. She failed a field-sobriety test just past midnight (obviously.)

But the sad saga continues.

When Warren was being booked, she managed to slip her skinny model wrists out of her handcuffs and bolted for the back door of the station, where she tried to escape yet again.

The ‘Sports Illustrated’ model was quickly caught (again) and was booked on an additional charge of felony escape. Which brought her rap sheet total up to four for the night.

Incidentally, while Warren has publicly cited her age as 32, her booking report lists her as 40. Maybe that’s why she was so desperate to flee – she didn’t want her real age to be revealed. Her bail has been set at $100,000.

This is such a crazy story, I love for things like this. She gave a good fight, but in the end, she’s going to have to pay big time. Good efforts, though.

Rapper Cassidy is a suspect in a murder case, TMZ reports.

The rapper has been named a suspect in a murder case and two attempted murder cases in Philadelphia, according to law enforcement.

Cassidy was arrested in Hackensack, New Jersey this weekend on a probation violation, and according to police forces, the arrest was made in connection with alleged crimes in Philadelphia.

The police said forces in Philadelphia had phoned in a favour to the Hackensack Police Department, telling them to arrest Cassidy on the probation violation and warned them “to consider [Cassidy] armed and dangerous,” saying it was a “high-risk warrant”.

Undercover officers with the Hackensack PD followed the 28-year-old rapper, whose real name Barry Reese, and then arrested him during a felony motor vehicle stop.

Cassidy previously did an eight month jail stint for involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime. He was released in 2006.

Cassidy is reportedly still in custody in New Jersey, with bail being set at $200,000.

Former ‘Skid Row’ frontman Sebastian Bach has been arrested for marijuana possession, TMZ reports.

For the second time in 6 months, Bach has been arrested for weed in New Jersey. Bach was pulled over for “failing to keep right” on a highway in Monmouth County, NJ at 3:32 AM on Tuesday, and during the stop, the officer conducted an investigation and discovered weed.

The 43-year-old was arrested for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bach was then hauled in to a local jail and was eventually released pending a future court hearing.

Bach was previously arrested for weed possession here in Canada back in December, after getting rowdy at an Ontario bar.

Not very shocking, and to be honest, not very awful. The world has more to worry about than ‘less than 50 grams of marijuana.’ Let’s just hope he’s more discrete and secretive next time around.
